DOJ Says Atty. Gen. Used Alias to Conduct Official Business to Protect Security, Privacy

Illustrating how government hides information from the American public, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch used a fake name to conduct official Department of Justice (DOJ) business in agency emails obtained by Judicial Watch. As the nation’s chief law enforcement officer Lynch, Barack Obama’s second attorney general, skirted public-records laws by using the alias Elizabeth Carlisle in emails she sent from her official DOJ account. In the records provided to Judicial Watch, the DOJ explains it as necessary to “protect her security and privacy and enable her to conduct Department business efficiently via email.”

This begs the question of how many other government officials use fake names and whether those aliases are searched when agencies process Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Besides Lynch, we have only discovered the use of such aliases among government operatives to conduct official business at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Obama’s EPA administrator, Lisa Jackson, famously used the alias Richard Windsor in a government email account to conduct official business and communicate with staff. Jackson even took required EPA computer training under the fake identity with the handle Windsor.Richard@epa.gov. She eventually resigned over the scandal, which brought to light the agency’s violations of federal open-records laws.

In Lynch’s case, Judicial Watch requested the records as part of an investigation into the Obama administration’s involvement in a United Nation’s international law enforcement coalition called Strong Cities Network (SCN). The purported mission of the global coalition was to build social cohesion and community resilience to counter violent extremism.

The DOJ masterminded the agreement and Americans found out about the U.S.’s participation when Lynch announced it during a U.N. speech on September 29, 2015. Lynch referred to SCN as a “truly groundbreaking endeavor” and assured the notoriously corrupt world body that the Obama administration was deeply committed to the new initiative. “The government of the United States is fully invested in this collaborative approach and we have seen the value of empowering local communities by promoting initiatives they design and lead themselves,” Lynch said.........To Read More.....

While the liberal media is celebrating the announcement that former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn has pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, a bigger scandal was practically ignored.  On Thursday, Judicial Watch released 29 pages of FBI emails regarding the inexcusable June 27, 2016 meeting between former President Bill Clinton and then Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the tarmac of the Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, AZ.

This meeting was not accidental, as Clinton purposely delayed the takeoff of his aircraft to arrange the supposedly impromptu encounter with the Attorney General.  According to Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton,   “These new FBI documents show the FBI was more concerned about a whistle-blower who told the truth about the infamous Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting than the scandalous meeting itself.”............Americans had a right to know that the Attorney General was involved in a questionable meeting while an investigation was purportedly ongoing..........To Read More.....

We deserve to know the truth about the Clinton Foundation and the Uranium One deal and should expect the guilty to be punished

Many House and Senate Republicans are calling for a new special prosecutor to investigate the 2010 Uranium One deal, the Clinton Foundation, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and James Comey. Former Attorney General Eric Holder should be added to the list, as he was a sitting member of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) before the vote to approve the sale of Uranium One to the Russians, at the time the FBI was investigating the Russian bribery plot............

1.) Was Mrs. Clinton under oath when she was deposed by the FBI? If not, then why not?...........
2.) Did the FBI record Mrs. Clinton's 2016 deposition? If not, then why not?............
3.) The FBI was investigating the charges that the Russians were trying to influence the Uranium One deal............What we need to know is whether Comey notified Attorney General Eric Holder of the investigations into the bribery and kickbacks the Russians were making to try to influence the vote.............

Loretta Lynch's email problems mount

Thanks to Judicial Watch (donate here, please!),we have another 417-page look into the mind of Loretta Lynch, particularly in the wake of the unexpected media revelation of her tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton while the DoJ was investigating his wife.   That was supposed to be secret, after all.  And there was panic, and help from the MSM, in trying to tamp it down. My Take - Trump needs to fire Mueller now and take his hits early in his presidency.  One of the things I'm not sure the Republicans or the Trump administration understands is all these investigations and charges coming from the left is mere strategy.  A strategy to keep Trump, Sessions, the Justice Department and the FBI from going after Obama's myrmidons, along with the Clinton mob, who seriously violated federal laws.  Once some of these people start getting prosecuted they'll start squealing in order to save themselves.  I can picture Lynch going to jail for Obama, but  I just can't picture Susan Rice going to jail for Obama, or Huma going to jail for Hillary.  Once the prosecutions start and people are sent to prison - these charges against Trump will stop, the Swamp will be easier to drain, the Shadow Government people will be much easier to eliminate.  The answer is to attack with determination and aggression.  

Is that going on in the background?  I don't know but there's one more thing that's become clear.  These former Obamanistas didn't just want Hillary to win - they needed Hillary to win to avoid being prosecuted.  Trump and his crowd need to get that.  Why is that so hard to understand?  Win or go home.

When Democrats were calling for James Comey to testify before Congress, a number of Republicans warned them to be careful what they wished for. After all, this is the man they blame (when it's convenient) for Hillary Clinton's election loss.

Comey's comments about Loretta Lynch and the Hillary Clinton "matter" have raised a few eyebrows on Capitol Hill, including those of Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). Feinstein was unnerved by Comey's characterization of Lynch's conduct and is now calling for an investigation into whether there was an obstruction of justice...........

Loretta Lynch, Swamp Thing

It may turn out that Loretta Lynch and James Comey interfered in the 2016 election more than Vladimir Putin could even have dreamed of.

This is far worse than President Trump asking Comey in a private conversation to wrap up the Flynn investigation after Flynn was dismissed as National Security Adviser. This was a director order by Comey’s immediate superior to align his rhetoric with the Clinton campaign spin. This is what Comey did, calling it a “matter” and not a criminal investigation, which is the only thing the FBI does.

Couple this submissive compliance to an order to help the Clinton campaign with their spin with the meeting on the tarmac between Lunch and Bill Clinton, the husband of the target of that criminal investigation, and you have an obvious case for charging Lynch with obstruction of justice. ............More
