Justice Is Served in Loudoun County After Superindendent Found Guilty in Non-Binary Rape Cover-Up

By Bonchie September 29, 2023

That feels like an increasingly rare moment of sanity, a former Loudoun County superintendent has been found guilty of retaliation. That came as part of his attempt to cover up the rape of a young girl by a boy in a dress. Scott Ziegler now faces up to a year in prison as well as the associated fines.

A jury of six women and one man on Friday found ex-Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler guilty of using his position to retaliate against a teacher for cooperating with a grand jury investigating how the district handled sexual assault.

After a four-day trial plus a day of deliberations, the jury found that Ziegler wrongfully fired a teacher who had disclosed to Virginia investigators about mishandling of sexual assault in her classroom. Ziegler was convicted of using his official position to retaliate against someone for exercising their rights, and acquitted of punishing someone for testifying to a jury, both misdemeanors.

The background of the situation revolves around the rape of a female student by a boy in a dress that occurred in 2021. The boy was allowed to be in the girls' bathroom because of a then recently enacted school district policy meant to apply to transgender students.

Fearing the blowback, multiple school board officials allegedly worked to cover up the rape. That push culminated in the arrest and charging of Scott Smith, the father of the raped girl, after he tried to demand accountability at a school board meeting. Smith was eventually pardoned by Gov. Glenn Youngkin. ........ To Read More....

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin Pardons Parent Arrested at Loudoun County School Board Meeting

Elaine Mallon5

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) granted an absolute pardon to a father arrested at a school board meeting for coming to his daughter’s defense after she was reportedly raped in the school bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt.  During a Loudoun County School Board meeting in June 2021, Scott Smith was arrested and charged and later found guilty of obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct when he started to swear at a community member threatening to spread false and malicious information about his business, the Daily Wire reported. His daughter was just about to share on a megaphone about how, just weeks before, she was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom, which the school board had allegedly attempted to cover up..............To Read More...

My Take - This was an outrage, and the ones who should have been arrested were the members of the school board, and truthfully, that's true all over the nation.  Kudos to the Governor.

Loudoun County Parents Rip School Board After Grand Jury Report, ‘You Chose to Be History’s Villains’

Breccan F. Thies

ASHBURN, Virginia — The Loudoun County School Board faced a barrage of angry parents Tuesday evening as they held their first public school board meeting in the aftermath of a damning grand jury report detailing their incompetent response to the sexual assaults of two female students.

The grand jury was charged with investigating the county’s response to the rape of one female student at Stone Bridge High School and the violent sexual assault of another female student at Broad Run High School by the same male student..........To Read More....

My Take - Where did all these misfits in education come from?  Academia!  And in California they've dropped their standards for teachers because they can't find enough teachers.  Why?  Maybe because normal people won't be a part of this insanity?  And this resistance by the normals isn't just in education.

Education must become Job One in America.  It's been totally taken over by leftists, Marxists, socialists, communists, Democrats.....sorry....I'm repeating myself.....and if America is to survive education at all levels must be totally transformed, and that has to start at the local school boards.  Then expanding to the state boards of education.  To fix this it must become an organized national effort, and one the Republican party would do well to adopt and promote.   From there to the elimination of the Department of Education and any funding to universities, and tax their endowments that are worth billions of dollars.

Force them to become for profit institutions that have to compete without government grant money or student loans.  Then as totally private businesses, it they wish to push their leftist agenda and compete for student dollars in an open market, that's their business.  But the government must be forced to stay out of it and not force these insane diversity, inclusion and equity programs that are doing nothing more than destroying the nation.

Verdict in for male teen busted in girls' bathroom sexual assaut

School board, superintendent implicated in coverup to promote their leftist agenda

Bob Unruh By Bob Unruh October 26, 2021

A male "transgender" teen has been convicted of sexually assaulting a girl in the girls' restroom at a school in Loudoun County, Virginia, in a battle that has implicated the school board and superintendent in a coverup to promote their leftist agenda for students.  The Washington Examiner has documented that the teen, whose name was not released, was found guilty of sexually assaulting a ninth-grade girl in the women's restroom at Stone Bridge High School.

The assault was by a male wearing a skirt, and the report revealed a juvenile court judge found evidence enough to convict, but the sentencing was postponed until the convict, now 15, is tried for a second assault.  Bill Stanley of the Stanley Law Group represented the victim and said in a statement, "We are relieved that justice was served today for the Smith’s daughter. This horrible incident has deeply affected the Smith family, and they are grateful for today’s outcome."...............To Read More...

Loudoun County Requires Parents to Sign NDA-Like Form to View CRT-Style Curriculum

Landon Mion Oct 26, 2021

Parents of students attending Loudoun County Public Schools are being required to sign a form similar to a non-disclosure agreement to view part of a curriculum linked to critical race theory.  LCPS spent about $7,700 to become a licensed member of the Second Step Programs, a branch of Committee for Children, a progressive nonprofit.   The presentation of the material can only be provided in person and parents are required to acknowledge that the viewing of the curriculum is "not a public event" and prohibits "copying, broadcast or recording of any kind."

Portions of the curriculum can be downloaded from LCPS' website.................."Terry McAuliffe and his allies want to keep parents in the dark and shut them out of schools while they force their radical political agenda into classrooms," Youngkin spokesperson Christian Martinez told Townhall. "McAuliffe pushed Critical Race Theory into Virginia’s education system when he was governor, but Glenn Youngkin will ban it on day one so kids can learn how to think instead of what to think. That’s why Republicans, Independents, and Democrats are coming together in support of Glenn Youngkin for governor.".......To Read More.......

My Take - How is it legal to not permit the public to see public records, and no matter how they frame this, it's a program that will be implemented in their schools, so how can this not be public records?  How can any NDA be imposed on the public to see what belongs to the public?

I have to believe this NDA clabber is unenforceable.  And if someone violated it what would this school board do?  Sue them?  After all, Virginia has sunshine laws, which in Virginia are called "The Freedom of Information Act is a series of laws designed to guarantee that the public has access to public records of government bodies at all levels in Virginia."

Virginia also has the "Virginia Open Meetings Law, under the Freedom of Information Act, legislates the methods by which public meetings are conducted", so are they going to court and say these parents right to transparency is wrong, the State's transparency laws are wrong, and claim it's wrong to expose the public to information they have a right to know in accordance with Virginia law?

What arrogance by these people.   CRT should now be the least of their concerns, because there's a move to investigate this Board of Education criminally over rape.  As the evidence starts to pile up against them, you have to wonder how can these people not end up in jail for being complicit in concealing a crime, and a serious crime to boot.  While they claimed they weren't aware of this rape, we now know they lied, it was a crime they were informed about and tried to conceal.

One thing is clear, this Board of Education will not be there after the next election, short of massive voter fraud, and these people need to be criminally charged....then we'll see the arrogance disappear.... especially, if found guilty, they end up in prison filled with rapists.

That will be interesting.

Virginia County School Advisory Board Demands Firing of Teachers who Disagree with Critical Race Theory

By Eric Lendrum March 31, 2021

In Loudoun County, Virginia, an advisory board for the school district demanded that any and all teachers who criticize critical race theory, and other far-left ideas being infused into the curriculum, be fired from their positions, according to Fox News.

The demand was made in an email sent by Keaira Jennings, the head of the Minority Student Achievement Advisory Committee (MSAAC), which serves the Loudoun County Public School (LCPS) district. In the email that was sent to the LCPS superintendent, the NAACP, and other officials with the school district, Jennings said that she was “disheartened” by criticism of the new curriculum from teachers within the district.

“That simply cannot and should not be tolerated by anyone employed by LCPS! If our teachers and staff cannot be open and willing to learn how to be culturally competent then they do not need to be in the classrooms any longer,” Jennings declared. “They will only hinder the process and most importantly cause irreparable harm to the vulnerable hearts and minds of our students.”

Jennings also demanded that the district hire an “equity consultant” so that they “can get it right this time” in forcing all teachers to comply with the new policies and curriculum. Jennings claimed, without evidence, that “LCPS has missed the mark in this area time and time again,” before adding that “we are uniquely positioned to stand tall on the right side of history and let hate know it has no place in our community schools.”...........To Read More...
