L.A. Sheriff: 235 Arrests Enforcing COVID-19 Restrictions

As of Wednesday, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department had made 235 arrests over this month in an effort to enforce coronavirus restrictions as the region continues to see a surge in COVID-19 cases, officials said Wednesday.  Sheriff Alex Villanueva said his agency has patrolled and targeted underground parties. “I have made it clear that we will seek out and take law enforcement action against all “Super-Spreader” events occurring anywhere within Los Angeles County,” Villanueva said in a news release.........To Read More....

 

My Take - Remarkable! Did I miss something here? Isn't this the same county where the county prosecutor is being sued by his prosecutors because he refused to prosecute real criminals?  Here, and it isn't just California either, and Here, Here. 

But don't you dare stand too close to someone, socialize with friends or not wear your mask, because they will come down on you hard and fast.  Besides, arresting real criminals can be dangerous.  Villaneuva is a hero for law enforcement is Villaneuva.  If your a bribed politician, stupid, corrupt, or a complete naive moron.  

But hey....no one's perfect.  Right?
