None of these fabricated prosecutions against Trump are really against Trump. They're against

A RICO investigation? Really? Well, I'm not the only one who sees this as a massive nationwide conspiracy to destroy Trump in order to subvert the 2024 election. And guess what, the America public is convinced there's a double standard for Trump versus Biden regarding these document cases. If that's true, and it is, then how much doubt can there be this is a national criminal conspiracy being conducted by politicized government agencies and directed by Democrat party elitists? Apparently the
House Republicans also think that's a very real possibility as they're wanting to investigate collusion between Fani Willis and the Jan. 6 Panel, which might be facing a criminal investigation of it's own.
In all my years in
law enforcement, I never saw anything like the bizarrely contradictory
and extra-legal behavior of judges in the Donald Trump affair. One can
only conclude every judge involved has decided Donald Trump must be
destroyed at all costs, even if that results in the utter destruction of
public faith in our system of justice. The latest example is provided
by Judge Scott McAfee in Fulton County Georgia. The text of his ruling is available at the link.
McAfee issued his ruling on the dismissal
of Fani Willis from her bizarre persecution of Donald Trump. In a
pseudo-Solomonic muddle, he decided Willis, Wade and their supporting
witnesses are perjurers and Willis engaged in all manner of impropriety.
McAfee delivered a tongue lashing, and decided either Willis or Wade
have to go, but hey, prosecutors will be prosecutors and maybe some
other entity will do something about them.......
In short, this nitwit judge is declaring they're guilty of all the things they've been charged with, including perjury, which before Bill Clinton was considered a serious crime, and it seems clear Willis has misused federal funds, which also used to be considered a serious crime, but neither one of them will be charged with these crimes and one of them can stay on the case anyway. However, I'm only going to deal with one involving Fani Willis, and I will start by saying, Georgia is one screwed up "Republican" state, with a Governor, Secretary of state, and Republican party with some serious issues with sanity and intelligence. If we're to judge them by their actions regarding the provable voter fraud in their state, the kindest thing that can be said of them is they're corrupt, stupid, or both.

In August of 2023 the state's Republican party took this stand:
State Sen. Colton Moore, a Republican in Georgia dared to
stand up to Fulton County DA Fani Willis for bringing indictments
against former and potentially future President Donald Trump to do with
the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. Days after the
indictment, Moore called for an emergency session "to review the actions of Fani Willis" in bringing the charges. He also circulated a petition. Not only Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) reject that call, but Moore has now actually been removed from the state Senate GOP caucus.
These persecutions by corrupt prosecutors and judges of Donald Trump, if successful, will make ordinary activities of American citizens a crime, if what's being done offends these corrupt Democrat prosecutors and judges. And now we're finding out Willis took expensive trips, a number of them in six months, and there's a lot of questions as to where the money for this came from. However, she claims she keeps a stash of up to 15,000 dollars in her house all the time. Her daddy told her to do that. As a result, no one really knows where that money came from, who paid for what, and for whom on these trips, including her boyfriend. I'll tell you what, we'll come back to that.
Allegedly she spent hours every day on the phone with her former Black Panther father, up to ten times a day. She spent untold hours daily on the phone with her boyfriend, which makes me wonder when she worked? My guess is, she didn't work. My guess is she's a rude, arrogant, lazy, abusive, self-serving boss who never saw a burden so great she couldn't place on someone else's shoulders. According to Timpson, the aide, Michael Cuffee, planned to use part of a $488,000 federal grant—earmarked for the creation of a Center of Youth Empowerment and Gang Prevention—to pay for "swag," computers, and travel. "He wanted to do things with grants that were impossible, and I kept
telling him, like, 'We can't do that,'" Timpson told Willis in a Nov.
19, 2021, meeting. "He told everybody … 'We're going to get MacBooks,
we're going to get swag, we're going to use it for travel.' I said, 'You
cannot do that, it's a very, very specific grant.'"...........
Less than two months later, Willis abruptly terminated Timpson and
had her escorted out of her office by seven armed investigators,
according to Timpson. When Timpson filed a whistleblower complaint the
following year that alleged wrongful termination, Willis's office issued
a statement
describing Timpson as a "holdover from the prior administration" who
was terminated because of her "failure to meet the standards of the new
administration."............
To Timpson, these twin incidents demonstrate "a pattern" in Willis's conduct............... "Ethical violations, abuse of power, and the misuse of county, state, and federal funds."

That brings us to her relationship with Nathan Wade. First, I don't care that she had a intimate relationship with this guy, that's not my business. It may have a reflection on her ethics, specifically since she condemned others for such activity, but that's not the real issue. Again, her ethics is seriously flawed as she paid this guy, who had no experience in RICO law, far more than others, allowed Wade to make personnel decisionswhile he wasn't even an employee.
If anyone is having a worse time right now than Joe Biden (or, at least the people still trying to defend Joe Biden), it has to be Fani Willis. In just the past few weeks, The Georgia State Senate has opened an investigation into the Fulton County District Attorney AND introduced articles of impeachment against her; it was revealed that she fired a whistleblower
who was alleging misuse of funds by her office; another revelation
showed that her personal boy toy Nathan Wade -- who led her
investigation against Donald Trump -- secretly met with the Biden administration
immediately following Trump announcing his presidential campaign; and
just last week, as the cherry on top of her corruption sundae, the House
Judiciary Committee announced that it was issuing her a subpoena to inquire about her possible misuse of federal funds (more on that subpoena in a bit).
Hmmm, based on Willis' understanding of American law can we assume that's now a RICO violation? Nah, it's all racism! The same pattern of misconduct is always met with the same claim, it's racism, or at the very least misogyny, and racist misogyny to boot.
None these charges of corruption have anything to do with race or misogyny, it's all about actions. Did they do what they're being charged with or not? And it appears they are guilty of the charges, and there's serious and legitimate claims Willis may lose her license to practice law. But just keeps getting better, as already noted: Jim Jordan Subpoenas Fani Willis over her mishandling of federal grant money.
After WWII they tried the Nazi judges that condemned so many innocent people to death, which was the basis for a great movie called the Judgement at Nuremberg. The fact is, America needs it's own Judgement at Nuremberg style trial, even if it's done via Senate and/or House investigation hearings, and it should include prosecutors as well as judges.

One
question Johnathan Turley asks regarding the corrupt activity of Willis
and Wade I think absolutely requires an answer and that is: How can
one be guilty and the other not?
I keep reading about the Republican civil war in Congress involving spending, and McCarthy's penchant for going along to get along, and the unwillingness of so many in the Republican House, and the leadership of the Republican party, to put a stop to it.
In politics the prevailing mentality has been there's a need for finding common ground and compromise in order to get things done. Well, that sort of advice that was worth something in day's gone by.....maybe. But that "bipartisan" mentality got us to where we are now. But for sure, it's not going to work to the nation's benefit now.
Take as an example the deal Reagan had with the Democrats regarding the five million illegal immigrants he pardoned. He did so because they promised to "absolutely" make sure the border would be secured. It didn't happen, and they never intended for it to happen. In Reagan's day, it was assumed the opposition was the "loyal" opposition. It only appeared to be the "loyal" opposition, but it never was "loyal"! It was only the opposition!
The left was still making it's "long march through the institutions", and had to maintain an appearance of "loyalty". But now, the "long march" is finished, they've thoroughly infected education, science, commerce, government, entertainment, the news industry, and even the military. Now the opposition can be openly vile, virulent, and doing everything in it's power to destroy everything that makes a society stable.
Education has become nothing more than an intellectual sewer of Marxist propaganda, race baiting, and anti-Judaic/Christian rants, turning out kids who can't read, write, spell, think clearly, and at the higher levels of education they're turning out unqualified intellectual zombies.

If those are the options, then we have to ask: Do they suffer from stupidity, insanity, or both? Do they actually believe they and their families will not be impacted negatively by the collapse of a civilization built on Judaic/Christian principles and values?
Do they really believe if Islam or leftism takes power, both of which share the same goal of attaining power in any way that works, and sharing the same more foundation of hate, greed, envy, lust, and violence, that will not impact they and their families negatively?
