Well, Kimmel's Back! Imagine That!

By Rich Kozlovich

It turns out Disney has the courage of their convictions.... they have none.  After six whole days their resolve crumbled.  Kimmel's viewership was dying, he's sworn to double down on his attacks on Kirk and company, and because all these leftists are demanding their myrmidons cancel their Disney subscriptions, along with making outrageous claims justifying Kirk's murder, of which Kimmel publicly lied about, ABC and Disney have decided he's going back on the air, and he will continue to lose viewership and money for ABC and Disney.  Now... who could possibly find fault with that kind of logic?

Today the I & I Editorial Board published this article, Disney Caves, Nobody Wins, quoting Mark Ruffalo discussing Disney's stock price dropping since the suspended Kimmel saying, “It’s going to go down a lot further if they cancel his show. Disney does not want to be the ones that broke America.”

But the fact is Disney's stock only went down 3% since they kicked Kimmel to the curb, but it "plunged" by 38% when they "decided to step into the political swamp in early 2022 and attack a Florida bill that banned schools from teaching children up to the third grade about transgenderism – a bill Disney vilified as:

“Don’t say gay.”'........ “I want to be crystal clear: I and the entire leadership team unequivocally stand in support of our LGBTQ+ employees, their families, and their communities. Bravo!”

In short, Disney is in serious trouble because of their far left positions and listening to members of the  like Ruffalo.   But this must have really been the straw that broke Disney's back, Howard Stern cancelled Disney+ to show his support Jimmy Kimmel.

Wow!  That must have really hurt?  Right?  Well, I really find that interesting since very soon his views will no longer befoul the airways as his listening audience has almost totally collapsed and he will be gone soon.  Does anyone really believe that will hurt American democracy?

The only reason anyone knew anything about Jimmy Kimmel is that the liberal media would traffic his rantings to their audiences. He hasn’t been funny in decades, if he ever was. His show had been getting ratings that were lower than Keith Olbermann’s 14 years ago.........As long as Disney puts politics over entertainment, the poisoning of America’s culture will continue.

Lower than Kieth Olbermanns?  How bad can someone be if their ratings are worse the Olbermann's, who was one of the most arrogant insufferable ego maniacs to ever befoul the airways?  Here's his latest disgusting bits:

  1. Keith Olbermann After Jimmy Kimmel Suspension: ‘Burn in Hell, Sinclair. Alongside Charlie Kirk’
  2. Keith Olbermann Threatens CNN Analyst Scott Jennings: ‘You’re Next Mo.......ker’.
How can anyone be that vile and not be considered certifiable?  In some states a threat like this is considered criminal, and Scott Jennings should pursue that.
  • Disney Caves: Kimmel Coming Back - “Last Wednesday, we made the decision to suspend production on the show to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country,” Disney said in a statement. “It is a decision we made because we felt some of the comments were ill-timed and thus insensitive. We have spent the last days having thoughtful conversations with Jimmy, and after those conversations, we reached the decision to return the show on Tuesday.”

Ill timed and and insensitive comments?  Really? So that's what they're calling lying now?

  •  ABC Caves: Jimmy Kimmel to Return After Mere Six-Day Suspension Amid Charlie Kirk Assassination Outrage - The man arrested for the assassination, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, has been described by family as a leftist who was living with his transgender boyfriend. Kimmel wasted no time exploiting the national mourning for political points. On September 15, during his monologue, Kimmel lied to tie the suspected killer to the MAGA movement. The backlash was swift and intense, with FCC Chairman Brendan Carr stepping in to pressure ABC to take action against the host’s false claims..........

Not everyone is buying into this insanity, Sinclair Stations Still Won't Air Jimmy Kimmel after his suspension, late-night show stays off in 30 major markets.  Their view is:

His comments were "inappropriate and deeply insensitive," and called for formal talks about professionalism with ABC before the show might return. Sinclair also demanded Kimmel directly apologize to the Kirk family and make a donation to Kirk's nonprofit, Turning Point USA.

Well, none of that's going to happen.  He's made it clear he won't apologize, and he most certainly won't be making a donation to Turning Point USA, insisting he will continue down the same road he's been traveling, and ABC will not negotiate over their lack of professionalism.  So those stations won't be carrying his show, and that means even less revenue.  In this case a lot less revenue for ABC/Disney, and since his contract is up soon, he'll be gone and ABC/Disney will be right back where they are now.

I'm betting before this year is out Disney's stock will drop a whole lot more than 3% and their viewership will continue to collapse, since most of America isn't part of the Nitwit Brigade.   If ABC and Disney are still in business by this time next year I'll be surprised, and if they are, it will be under entirely new leadership.

Stable Families Create Stable Societies

By Rich Kozlovich

As my readers know I save a lot of articles for use on every subject that's in the news, and one of the subjects I've followed and talked about for years is single parent families, and how that's destroying America.  On April 11, 2022 Paul Bois posted this piece,  ‘That Fraud’: Leftists Rage at Tony Dungy for Standing with Gov. Ron DeSantis on Fatherhood Bill saying:

Left-wing Twitter went ballistic on Monday over coach Tony Dungy standing with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signing a pro-fatherhood bill into law.........“This is going to be tremendous and such a good help to fathers in Florida,” Dungy said. “This bill is so important. I want to thank all of the men and women that have been behind this. It is going to allow groups like All Pro Dad and people like those here today to do great things for our fathers here in Florida.”

What was the reaction from the left:

Leftists on Twitter, however, believed that Tony Dungy had shown his true colors by standing alongside DeSantis, who they described as a homophobic bigot due to his anti-child grooming bill that will prevent school teachers from discussing sexuality with kindergarteners.

Others referred to him as a fascist prop, which means of course they have no clue what is the definition of fascism.  Not only are they historically ignorant, they've embraced Thomas Sowell's observation about language and definitions, and are not only ignorant, but stupid, and I think they're vile, like Keith Olbermann who called Dungy a "fascist political prop", and went on to attack him personally.  There's a reason has been fired by just about everyone he's worked for.  But he wasn't alone with his pathetic views.

Here's the true story:

"I had a dad who was around me all the time and supported me, and I thought everyone was like that," he said. "I got to my job at the National Football League, started interviewing our players, and I began to understand not everyone had that same blessing that I had."..........

Dungy recalled that during his first year as coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers he visited a prison with a pastor and was surprised to see so many "19- and 20- and 21-year-old kids who looked like my boys." He asked the pastor how those boys got there.

"And he told me it’s not socioeconomic. It's not racial. It’s not education. It's none of that. Ninety-five percent of these boys did not grow up with their dad. And that hit me,"..........

His thoughts also echo the thoughts and views of Former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, in an interview with WND in 2020, said, It started with my dad.

"Black leaders such as Al Sharpton are largely ignoring the devastating impact of the $22 trillion spent on welfare and poverty programs over the past 50 years that have had the unintended effect of fostering fatherless homes, with 75% of blacks born out of wedlock."...."The first thing we need to do is a self-examination of our black community. Leave white men out of this for now..... "Look at the cultural dysfunction, the growing underclass, the ineffective parenting, the fatherless homes, the school failure, dropping out of school early, joining gangs, drug and alcohol abuse, teenagers having kids."

"Clarke acknowledged he was "blessed" to grow up in a two-parent household........."My dad instilled a sense of discipline in me, and he taught me to respect authority, and it started with him,"... "He was my first authority figure."..........."They carried my dad's authority when I was in the outside world," ... "They knew, 'All we've got to do if we're having problems is get a hold of Mr. Clarke.'"...........

One thing Obama did get right, and should be commended for it when he said he had "the chance to be the kind of father he never had." And as far as I can tell, he has been a good husband and father.  What I can't understand is why he then is so supportive of all the narratives and initiatives that are so antithetical to that view and destructive to family stability?

"Dungy has responded to his critics on Twitter, but without apology. He pointed out that President Obama "said the same things almost verbatim" 14 years ago."I'm assuming people were outraged at him too," Dungy said. The former coach concluded: "I am serving the Lord, so I’ll keep supporting dads and families."  "We know the statistics – that children who grow up without a father are five times more likely to live in poverty and commit crime; nine times more likely to drop out of schools and 20 times more likely to end up in prison," Obama said. "They are more likely to have behavioral problems, or run away from home or become teenage parents themselves. And the foundations of our community are weaker because of it."

By the way, Tony Dungy and his wife Lauren are parents to ten children, seven of whom they've adopted.  Keith Olbermann, who's stunningly obnoxious, who's never been married, never had children, thinks he's qualified to judge whether of not Dungy qualifies as a loving parent.

Imagine that!

Race, the Left and Fatherhood in Black America

By Rich Kozlovich

The Natural function of the human mind is to see patterns. I find often times I see them more easily and more quickly than others.  Now that's a good thing, isn't it?  Yes and no.  Fifty years ago I worked at a newspaper and it seemed to me the news was being controlled by a handful of people in the world because the same news, about the same subjects, kept being touted everywhere, and the AP the UPI had a major influence on that news.

However, just about everything fascinates me and I read more than the local newspaper, so I knew there was a whole lot more going on in the world than what was typically being reported in newspapers, magazines or on television.  As a result, I could see the pattern and I said that to others.  Big mistake.

When and if you see things farther, deeper and wider than everyone else, you might want to keep it to yourself, or you become the outsider.   It's impossible to explain anything to people who are so ignorant that they don’t even know they're ignorant. Worse yet, they think they have all the answers when they don’t even know the questions. In order to teach them the truth you have to first teach them the lie. Since they like being ignorant you're spitting into the wind. Of course they must defend their level of ignorance by attacking you personally, which compounded their ignorance with stupidity.  Furthermore, if there's a crowd they will resort to consensus stupidity and do it with great glee.

Not only have I become comfortable with being on the dirty end of the stick, I've learned to like it, and I will admit, that's not normal, since "normal" people want acceptance.  Unfortunately, that may require the "normals" to abandon their friends and their values.  And make no mistake, heterodoxy isn't for the faint of heart.

As the years went by I saw that pattern of selective news more and more clearly, and I would often say everything you see on the news, everything you read in the newspapers is either a lie of commission or a lie of omission.  Overstated I will admit, but my intention was to make everyone think, as overall, that was true.   Now, everyone knows all the news they've been fed has been a lie, and is controlled by those with an agenda with narratives they demand everyone to accept, and will anyone who dares oppose them, attacking their character!

The satisfaction is seeing all you said for years come into being, and that's the punishment.   I would rather have been wrong.

In my early 30's I began to grasp the number one problem in black America was single parent families.  I doesn't matter what ethnic group it may be, single parent families destroy the foundational structure that makes a society work.

No group can lift itself up by their boot straps without the interlinking mutually beneficial support of a community committed to family values.  The values that were the foundational moral values of the Judaic/Christian ethic that made America great, the only stable moral foundation that's ever existed.  The values that bound society.  The values America is abandoning.

These values have been hated by the left forever, since leftism is foundationally atheistic.  Values the left has been working to destroy starting with the French Revolution and imported to America in the late 19th century.  By the middle of the 20th century, they were making huge strides in destroying those values, and it started with public education, and a corrupt media that reinforced the leftist dogma being foisted on the nation.

Their goal was to make sure the "apple fell as far away from the tree as possible".  The government, not the children's parents nor the churches, but the government would be the ultimate moral arbitrator and all would obey, or else.

“The latest trend in language is to make certain words mean everything. When that happens they mean nothing. The other trend is to reverse what they had always meant in the past. This only clouds understanding. Is it possible that is the goal of those engaging in such practices?”  - Thomas Sowell

Well, many like Thomas Sowell saw this coming long ago, and now society has realized - it's here!

Lies, Liars, Journalists, Authors, Democrats: Sorry, Repetition for Emphasis! Part II

Trump DOJ Obtained Data on Schiff and Swalwell, Two Long-Time Champions of Domestic Spying  - Glenn Greenwald Jun 11, 2021 - The two California Democrats join the long list of politicians who enable spying on ordinary citizens, then angrily object when they themselves are targeted.............The two House Democrats, among the most fanatical disseminators of baseless Russiagate conspiracies and long known to serve as anonymous sources of leaks to liberal media outlets, reacted with predictable outrage. “This baseless investigation, while now closed, is yet another example of Trump's corrupt weaponization of justice,” Schiff intoned on Thursday night. As difficult as it is, Swalwell, as he often does, found a way to be even more melodramatic than Schiff: “Like many of the world’s most despicable dictators, former President Trump showed an utter disdain for our democracy and the rule of law.”........

‘Simply wrong’ — Rank hypocrisy in Biden’s press criticisms of Trump - - Friday, June 11, 2021 - President Biden uttered “it’s simply, simply wrong” when news arrived that the Trump Justice Department had spied on reporters’ phone records and emails to try to catch leakers. Mr. Biden’s verdict sounded great for the First Amendment in an era of left-wing muzzling. You would never guess that the not-so-long-ago Obama-Biden administration conducted some of the most mindboggling spying on journalists in modern U.S. history.............

Keith Olbermann Reminds Us What An Awful Person He Is: 'Breitbart is a Dead Drunken Moron' - Rebecca Downs Jun 11, 2021- Keith Olbermann really is a terrible person, one of the worst. His rants are insane. He makes no sense, and it's really a wonder why if anyone is going to be thrown off of social media, it isn't this man. The leftist loon provided one more reason why he's such an awful human being when he responded to Alex Marlow promoting his book, "Breaking the News."

Alex Marlow is the current editor-in-chief of Breitbart, which the late Andrew Breitbart founded. As Olbermann himself acknowledged, Breitbart is dead, meaning he had the gall to go over a dead man who can't defend himself.  The outlet definitely took notice. "Olbermann Triggered by Marlow, Throws Twitter Tantrum, Attacks Defenseless Andrew Breitbart," Hannah Bleu reported for Breitbart. "Olbermann," as Bleu pointed out, "was clearly disturbed by the author’s tweet of gratitude, though he was unable to debunk any of Marlow’s assertions, devolving into a sequence of uninventive name-calling and baselessly smearing the late Andrew Breitbart."............

Politico: Leak prosecutor no "Barr crony" after all - Ed Morrissey Jun 12, 2021 - Readers of the New York Times may have been shocked to read their report on the Trump-era Department of Justice’s secret search warrants on communications of members of Congress. Friends and colleagues of federal prosecutor Osmar Benvenuto were even more shocked to find him characterized as a “crony” of then-AG William Barr. The New Jersey Democrat got tapped for the job over his own misgivings, not because he knew Barr but because Barr had been told that Benvenuto was a tough, action-oriented independent thinker within the DoJ............At least two of Benvenuto’s friends spoke on the record to Gerstein about their shock at the way the NYT story characterized him. One called the effort to cast Benvenuto as a Barr “stooge … just outrageous.”...............

Nolte: Media Matters Forced to Retract Fake Story Smearing Texas Republican - John Nolte
Glenn Greenwald calls out another leftist lie -  By Andrea Widburg June 13, 2021 - Exactly five years ago, Omar Mateen entered the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida, where he killed 49 people and wounded 53 others. AP now reports that Biden plans to name the nightclub as a national memorial standing for all targeted gay victims of gun violence – which outraged reporter Glenn Greenwald, who believes in facts.

We’ve known for years now why Mateen shot up the Pulse nightclub: He was committing a religious jihad. His goal was to shoot up a nightclub – any nightclub – as revenge for American airstrikes in Syria and Iraq. Facts make it clear that he didn’t target Pulse because it was a gay nightclub; he targeted it because it was a crowded nightclub. Nevertheless, that’s not how either the Democrats or the media (but I repeat myself) are selling the decision to establish Pulse as a memorial:

Will Any Anti-Trump Story Hold Up? - Derek Hunter Jun 13, 2021 - No profession loves themselves like journalists love themselves. After all, they “write the first draft of history.” However, as with any writing, history gets its say as well, and story after story in that “first draft of history” is proving to be untrue. It’s enough to make you wonder if any story from the Presidency of Donald Trump will stand up to even basic scrutiny in a year?

People get things wrong – we’re people, after all, and wildly imperfect. But journalists have gotten so much wrong over the last 4 years it makes you wonder if they got anything right. You name the “scandal” some left-wing outlet reported between 2016 and today about the former President and you will see a story that not only strains credulity, but one that doesn’t stand up to basic fact-checking.

  • Trump called dead Allied soldiers “losers.”
  • Russia “hacked” the 2016 election.
  • Trump ordered Georgia officials to “find votes.”
  • Hydroxychloroquine has no value and is basically poison that will kill people with COVID.
  • Trump ignored Russia putting bounties on US soldiers in Afghanistan.
  • COVID was not from a lab in Wuhan.
  • Trump ordered the teargassing of “peaceful protesters” so he could have a photo-op.
  • Trump called neo-Nazis and white supremacists “very fine people.”
  • Donald Trump Jr. got early access to Wikileaks emails.
  • Russian collusion, etc., etc.

You name the story and the odds that it held up to simple research and reporting is about zero. It makes you wonder why the most basic of reporting wasn’t done before they hit the “publish” button.......The Washington Post famously kept a running total of “Trump lies” on their website. As it turns out, their website, and the websites of their fellow “news” outlets were the biggest lies of them all. ................

DEBUNKED: Eight times the MSM got the facts about Trump COMPLETELY WRONG, But don't hold your breath for any apologies- -  On the radio program Friday, Glenn Beck shared an article from the Daily Caller titled, "Eight Anti-Trump Narratives the Media Finally Had to Admit Were False All Along." From the Lafayette Square controversy to the denial that COVID-19 could have anything to do with a lab in China to the "Russian bounties" story, the list of mainstream media conspiracy theories goes on and on. If it were anyone but the liberal media who got the facts this embarrassingly wrong, they would have been out of a job long ago........

Keith Ogre-mann: Condé Nast-y’s Misogynist-in-Chief

by Michelle Malkin August 30, 2017 10:45 AM @michellemalkin

He’s the same old foul-mouthed beast he was on cable TV. Once a woman-hating blowhard, always a woman-hating blowhard. Keith Olbermann, the “new” face of the Democratic resistance on Condé Nast’s digital video platform, is the same old foul-mouthed beast he was on cable TV. Over the weekend, the former MSNBC frother went berserk over Trump education secretary Betsy DeVos’s anodyne call for prayers “for all those in the path of #HurricaneHarvey” and her promise to “assist impacted schools.” “The hurricane is going to do less damage to schools than you are, Motherf—er,” Olbermann snarled in response (and no, he did not use dashes in his unfiltered, uncensored tweet).............Read more

Olbermann: Imagine That!

By Rich Kozlovich

In an article entitled; “Fired Again: Keith Olbermann Humiliated by Current TV” by Katie Pavlich, she commented that “it is clear Olbermann just can't seem to get along with anyone, anywhere and has been fired from Current TV effective immediately” This is just after being fired by MSNBC about a year ago. She also noted that; “The progressive network issued an embarrassing statement surrounding the firing. Olbermann will not be allowed to sign off and say goodbye to viewers.” Imagine that!

Lucas Shaw, in his article quotes the official announcement by Current TV saying that their programming "was also founded on the values of respect, openness, collegiality, and loyalty to our viewers. Unfortunately these values are no longer reflected in our relationship with Keith Olbermann and we have ended it". He goes on in the article to claim there was a great deal of unhappiness with Olbermann over a great many things; including the supposed difficulties he had coming to work.  Small as it is, he won’t even have to opportunity to sign off to his audience. But here is the insult of insults. “Starting Friday night, the former New York governor Eliot Spitzer will replace him at 8 p.m.” Imagine that!

Replaced by Eliot Spitzer! Wow… I’m not sure what burns worse; getting fired twice in just one year for being an arrogant obnoxious jerk, or being replaced by Eliot Spitzer; poor Keith. Maybe it would help if he showed them his Cornell graduation papers that he must carry around with him to show people that he really is smarter than his viewers! He did however apologize; for Current TV's failure. He says, "I'd like to apologize to my viewers and my staff for the failure of Current TV." He says he is going to sue! Imagine that!

I really find this to be amazing. Are we to assume that the man was such an arrogant obnoxious jerk they wouldn't even let him sign off? Well, the man has played the role of an arrogant obnoxious jerk for as long as he has been on the air is it possible that's what he really is?

Based on public reports he left ESPN for being an arrogant obnoxious jerk; he appears that he was fired from Fox News for being an arrogant obnoxious jerk, (Rupert Murdock called him crazy, although that may the pot calling the kettle black) and seemingly he was fired for being an arrogant obnoxious jerk at MSNBC. Current TV hired this man knowing that he is generally viewed by a great many people who know him as an arrogant obnoxious jerk. If that is the case, one would have to assume that is what they hired him to be…. an arrogant obnoxious jerk. Right? Especially since he apparently reveled in the role! So now they are offended by him for being himself. Imagine that! Did they somehow think that in real life he wasn’t really an arrogant obnoxious jerk? I just can't imagine that!

What is even more amazing is the hiring of another man who seems to be roundly regarded as a corrupt arrogant obnoxious jerk, Elliot Spitzer, to take his place. A bully who made his bones by attempting to destroy the lives of innocent people; a man who abused his power at every turn; abused his wife and family by living the life of a serial womanizer; was forced to resign as the governor of New York state for corruption; and clearly has some serious emotional problems. What in the world could he possibly have to say that was worth listening to?

He has already failed on one show, so why would anyone think he will succeed now? In days gone by a man with such a record of conduct would have been expected to ride off into the sunset as the disgraced cad he is and never be heard from again. He has no shame, and based on their declaration that Current TV was "founded on the values of respect, openness, collegiality, and loyalty to our viewers", they have no dignity or integrity. I wonder if they give psychological profile tests to their potential employees and what the criteria is?

One more thing! Aren’t these the same people that think Sarah Palin is stupid and incompetent?   Imagine that!

Michelle Malkin called him Keith Ogre-mann: Condé Nast-y’s Misogynist-in-Chief saying:

"he’s the same old foul-mouthed beast he was on cable TV. Once a woman-hating blowhard, always a woman-hating blowhard..........the same old foul-mouthed beast he was on cable TV. Over the weekend, the former MSNBC frother went berserk over Trump education secretary Betsy DeVos’s anodyne call for prayers “for all those in the path of #HurricaneHarvey” and her promise to “assist impacted schools.” “The hurricane is going to do less damage to schools than you are, Motherf—er,” Olbermann snarled in response (and no, he did not use dashes in his unfiltered, uncensored tweet)"

Daniel Greenfield says as a  shameless lying MSNBC Hack he's the face of the media, Andrea Peyser outlines tales of Olbermann’s unhinged behavior going back almost to the beginning of his career. And he's upset they fired him, imagine that!
