The Obscene Imprisonment of Tuo Thao

Chauvin Partner Speaks Out, Blames Obama, Walz, enemies “inside the gates”

By Jack Cashill @ Jack's Substack

Editor's Note:  I stopped publishing the works of others some time ago, with exceptions.  This is one of those exceptions.  RK

After spending nearly three years in prison, Tuo Thao is prepared to speak out. When asked why, Thao told American Reformer’s Daniel Strand, “If I know the truth and allow an innocent man to languish in prison, what good am I to God?” The innocent man in question was his partner on the night of May 25, 2020, Derek Chauvin, now serving a 22-year prison sentence.

In the Federal court, Thao was sentenced to 42 months in prison for violating George Floyd’s civil rights. The State of Minnesota sentenced him to 57 months for aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter. With “good time,” Thao served a little more than three years.

Thao has often been asked, “How someone who was doing crowd control and never touched Floyd could have been charged.” The reason, he believes: was that “I would not bend the knee to the mob and could not be bribed as a witness.”

Thao had particular value to the prosecution as a racial minority. His people, the Hmong of Laos, were persecuted for having sided with the Americans in their shared struggle against the Communists. The son of grateful refugees, Thao was not willing to collaborate with the crypto-commies who run Minnesota. “It was only by the grace of God and His mighty hand,” explains Thao, “that I was able to stand up to evil and call it out as such, knowing that it would cost me much pain.”

The prosecutors hoped Thao would turn on Chauvin. He refused. “I knew Derek personally. As a minority officer, if he were racist, why would I want to work with him?” says Thao. “I have never heard of anyone complaining that he was racist. That racial narrative was purely manufactured to stoke racial tension within the country.”

Thao knows his history. “I think we can also trace some of the racial tensions back to when President Barack Obama was in the White House,” said Thao. “You really see this oppressor and oppressed ideology being employed during election years. It’s kind of ironic because President Obama was elected as the first black president.”

Police Chief Medaria Arradondo lied under oath about Chauvin’s restraint

The case against Chauvin, elaborates Thao, was “absolutely unfair.” Knowing the case as well as he does, he cites the specifics. The restraint Chauvin used was “taught by the police department.” The original prosecutors, when “pressured to charge us and/or add charges,” removed themselves from the case.

The medical examiner, Andrew Baker, was “pressured professionally by an outside colleague, Dr. Roger Mitchell,” to add neck compression to the diagnosis or face public rebuke. The prosecutors schemed “to avoid any illicit drug discussions.”

These corruptions in the Chauvin case went unchecked because the powers that be had pre-positioned their thumbs on the scale of justice. Thao does not shy from naming names, citing “Tim Walz, Keith Ellison, Jacob Frey, Minneapolis Police Department Chief Medaria Arradondo…and Judge Peter Cahill,” not to mention “the Biden Department of Justice” and the “mainstream media.” Under these circumstances, says Thao, “It is impossible to defend yourself.”

Daddy comes home after 3 years in prison

Prison was not easy. On day one, he narrowly avoided an assassination attempt. For the duration, he desperately missed his wife and three children. What sustained him was his faith in Jesus. Says Thao, “As we know, Jesus says that in this life we will have trials and tribulations, but he has overcome the world. That is a promise those who are suffering can hold on to.”

For further education on this subject, Thao recommends The Fall of Minneapolis and Minnesota Mao, both films by Liz Collin and Dr. J.C. Chaix. “The enemies of our nation are not at the gates,” he concludes, “but inside the gates now, infiltrating all our institutions.”

Not without hope, Thao adds, “I believe it is our responsibility to ensure fertile ground for the faith of our children to be practiced and matured in this nation.” Thao’s valiant story undermines every virtue our friends on the left attribute to themselves. Please share.

DNC boss challenged after claiming Democrats 'never hesitated to take action' on sexual misconduct allegations

by Naomi Lim November 04, 2018

Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez was challenged Sunday when he said his party has "never hesitated" to act on sexual misconduct allegations leveled at its members.

Perez made the comments when asked during an interview on CNN's "State of the Union" program why Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., was still serving as his deputy at the DNC, despite being accused of domestic violence by his former girlfriend. A probe by Minnesota's state Democratic Party reported last month that it found no evidence to substantiate Karen Monahan's claims, which Ellison has vehemently denied.

"What I say is that we should always take those complaints seriously, and we do, and that's why an investigation was conducted, that's why Congressman Ellison asked for a House Ethics investigation," Perez said. "And Democrats have never hesitated to take action, unlike Republicans."............To Read More.....

Democrat Hypocrisy: You "Must" Believe Women and Keith Ellison

Keith Ellison reeling after abuse allegations.  The No. 2 at the Democratic National Committee is running behind in his bid for Minnesota attorney general.

By Matthew Choi 10/27/2018

Minnesota hasn’t elected a Republican attorney general in over 40 years. Keith Ellison — the prominent Democratic congressman and No. 2 at the Democratic National Committee — is putting that streak to the test.

Rocked by accusations of domestic abuse, Ellison has fallen behind former Minnesota Republican state legislator Doug Wardlow, according to a poll this week. And while each candidate has tagged the other as too far outside the mainstream to be the state's top law enforcement official, in reality the race revolves around Ellison and what voters make of the misconduct allegations he’s facing.............

Wardlow’s campaign manager, Billy Grant, said it was hypocritical for Minnesota Democrats to portray themselves as defenders of sexual assault survivors if they don’t denounce Ellison. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) played a central role questioning Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh during his tumultuous confirmation hearing, and Minnesota Democrats were quick to remove then-Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) after allegations surfaced that he groped women when he was a comedian. “They refuse to rescind endorsements. They’re still campaigning with him,” Grant said. “But then with the Kavanaugh hearings, it’s the complete opposite. So I think people just see the glaring hypocrisy in that, and that it’s really all about power for them.” .......... To Read More.....

Senator Booker Quotes Violent Racist Who Urged Murder of Jews, White People

“The only good Zionist is a dead Zionist we must take a lesson from Hitler”

September 10, 2018 Daniel Greenfield

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing was the beginning of the Democrat 2020 primaries, and the winner was the Senate Democrat who yelled the worst possible thing.
That was Senator Cory Booker.  Unlike some Senate Dems, Booker didn’t just confine his attack to Brett Kavanaugh, a mild-mannered man widely beloved by both the Democrats and Republicans who worked with him, he went for broke.

The Founding Fathers were racist geniuses, Booker insisted. Their constitution was flawed. Originalism, interpreting the Constitution as it was written, rather than whatever social justice activist the Dems had managed to plant on the bench, is going to be racist and sexist, because its authors were deplorables.

“Native Americans were referred to as savages, women weren’t referred to at all, African Americans were referred to as fractions of human beings. As one civil-rights activist used to say ‘constitutu, constitu, I can only say three-fifths of the word,’” Booker bloviated..........The left’s standards, like its vision, are all double.  Stokely Carmichael, better known as Kwame Ture, was a leftist bigot who had called for racist violence............Carmichael’s anti-Semitism had been defended in the past by Rep. Keith Ellison, the number two man at the DNC and Dem nominee for Minnesota Attorney General. He was attended by Rep. Maxine Waters............To Read More....

My Take - Well, it's settled.  Booker is now a member in good standing of the Club For the Galacticly Stupid.

Keith Ellison Once Proposed Making A Separate Country For Blacks

Justin Caruso

Some newly discovered columns shed light on the shocking views expressed by one of the Democrat’s favorite politicians.  According to columns written several years ago in the Minnesota Daily, obtained exclusively by The Daily Caller News Foundation, Ellison was once a proponent of a blacks-only nation carved out of America and cash reparations paid from whites to blacks. Ellison also called the U.S. Constitution the “best evidence of a white racist conspiracy to subjugate other peoples.”

Rep. Keith Ellison of Minnesota, now in the running to be DNC Chair, has attracted the support of Sens. Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Harry Reid. Many think that Ellison, an African-American Muslim, would make a powerful statement leading the DNC. Ellison’s past has gained attention from the media, with Ellison being accused of anti-Semitism and ties to the Nation of Islam.  The Washington Post also recently wrote about Ellison’s past columns, with an article published last week citing an Associated Press article about Ellison:......To Read More.....
