In Banana Republics like Cuba, when an administration takes power, it
persecutes the losing candidate and everyone connected to him, iconic
Civil Rights Lawyer Alan Dershowitz said Sunday.
“That’s happening in America right now,” the former Harvard Law
professor warned in an interview with WABC 770 AM discussing last week’s
FBI raid of the home of once-lawyer to former President Donald Trump:
"In Banana Republics, in Castro's Cuba, in many parts of the world,
when a candidate loses for president, they go after the candidate, they
go after his lawyers, they go after his friends. That didn't happen in
America. And, that's happening in America now."

Fifteen years ago, the editor-in-chief of the Middlebury Campus
resigned for portraying its upcoming commencement speaker, former New
York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, as Adolf Hitler.
The Middlebury College campus newspaper redeemed itself this week,
seemingly convincing the Vermont liberal arts school to consider
rescinding Giuliani’s honorary law degree.
Several hours after the editorial board demanded the rescission of
the degree, comparing Giuliani to convicted rapist Bill Cosby,
Middlebury President Laurie Patton said the college would formally

If
you read the leftist press and watch its broadcast cohorts, you will
likely hear nothing but bad things about Rudy Giuliani. President Trump
has reportedly put him in charge of heading up the legal challenges over
Democrat election fraud. To those who believe that Election 2020 is being stolen from the president, this is nothing but good news, though.
The former mayor of New York and Mr. Trump’s personal attorney knows
his way around the scum and low-lifes of the world and is prepared to do
what it takes to expose voter fraud. Mr. Giuliani’s elevation to the
top spot comes on the heels of a series of legal setbacks for Team Trump
in Michigan, Arizona, and other hotly contested states. These legal
losses indicate that playing nice in a dirty sandbox is not going to
work.
Enter Rudy
Giuliani is a hardscrabble politico who will go up against anyone and
anything to expose the truth. If the New York mob doesn’t scare you,
nothing will, and Giuliani has demonstrated his ability to handle Mafia
family crime syndicates. If there’s anyone who can get to the bottom of
election fraud, it is Rudy.
The Democratic party’s media wing has printed article after article
claiming that Giuliani’s presence has upset the Trump Legal team’s
apple cart. This may be just the ticket as Trump challenges the ballot
counts in several battleground states.
Regarding the addition of Mr. Giuliani, TheNew York Times cited “internal tensions” that resulted in law firms withdrawing from the president’s legal team. CNN parroted the Times
report asserting: “Giuliani’s now involvement has ‘vexed’ Trump
campaign staffers and the White House.” Meanwhile, Politico reported –
without source – on a contentious White House meeting concerning
election fraud: “As the group batted around options before the
president, Giuliani interjected and derided them as insufficiently
aggressive. Some in the room were taken aback.”
While the leftist press finds this tension within the president’s
legal team problematic, it is music to the ears of those who back
Trump’s efforts to get to expose what they believe to be a stolen
election. The president originally chose David Bosse to lead efforts to
get to the bottom of possible election fraud. However, Bosse is not an
attorney and has recently tested positive for COVID-19.
Articles across the American media landscape keep repeating the approved mantra:
“thus far, there is no credible evidence that voter fraud has taken
place.” But the Trump base remains unconvinced. As there is still time
for challenges to votes that have not yet been certified by the states,
this appears to be as good a time as any for Giuliani to take the reigns
and begin filing legal challenges on the president’s behalf.
Should there be any provable fraud, Rudy Giuliani is likely the best
man to uncover these electoral abnormalities. The Trump faithful are
hopefully optimistic that it will not be too little, too late.
Facebook and Twitter sacrificed the final shreds of their integrity to try to censor the N.Y. Post article revealing the existence of Hunter Biden's laptop. But in their rush to throw themselves in the path of the bullet to save Joe, there was a big problem. They forgot that Rudy Giuliani has the evidence.
The N.Y. Post article was an exclusive. That means all "fact checkers" that Facebook and Twitter will unleash to fact-check the article will be based on speculation, not fact. Because they don't have the laptop.
And, judging from a new video from Giuliani, things may be about to explode in the social media giants' faces.
If just a quarter of what Rudy Giuliani alleges is true, the evidence contained on the laptop is, finally, the true smoking gun. This isn't some salacious accusations bundled by a hired spy relying on Russian disinformation and gossip. It's Hunter's own laptop. That fact alone could be an enormous blow to the Biden campaign.
Giuliani released bombshell after bombshell in a video released Wednesday evening after the media did their best to censor the N.Y. Post article — making the social media censorship even more damning to those who tried to hide it from the public. Since receiving the copy of the hard drive, Giuliani has been poring through it, carefully documenting and preparing his prosecution. What he says he found is the actual evidence of payments, the money-laundering scheme they used, "illegal money for bribes," and how "some of that money from Ukraine ... went to Joe Biden."........To Read More...........

The news that Rudolph Giuliani is under investigation by federal prosecutors in Manhattan hasn't gained quite the attention it should. The New York Times put the story on its front page earlier this month under a four-person byline, attributed to two anonymous "people familiar with the inquiry."
The Times characterized it as "a stark turn for Mr. Giuliani, who now finds himself under scrutiny from the same United States attorney's office he led in the 1980s, when he first rose to prominence as a tough-on-crime prosecutor."............What’s striking is that the tactics faced by Mr. Giuliani and his associates — and others in recent years — almost precisely echo those that Mr. Giuliani himself used in the late 1980s against financial industry figures such as Michael Milken, Richard Wigton, or Timothy Tabor. There’s the use of criminal charges to handle issues that are more appropriately considered civil violations, if they are violations at all....................
