No Kings Day Protests

Democrats and their leftists’ supporters set up protests called “No Kings” events in every state and approximately 2000 cities and towns in America on June 14, 2025 and again on July 4. These episodes weren’t organic, they were well funded. The first was planned for months purposefully to coincide with Flag Day and the 250th birthday of the U.S. Army. The second was to conflict with our nation celebrating Independence Day.

Based on numerous signs that “Trump’s a Threat to Democracy,” and many Mexican flags, a naïve bystander would assume the protests’ focus were on existential crises caused by President Donald Trump, who’s in charge at home and abroad, OR many “No Kings” participants want to live in Mexico. After all, 8th graders who took American civics classes in the 1960’s know the 1787 Constitutional Convention established the United States as a federal constitutional republic -- not a democracy. Buy a lake in the Sahara Desert if you think the protests are about “threats to democracy.”

That’s the cover story and deception.

So, what’s the real purpose of the “No Kings” protests? Thomas Jefferson’s quote summarizes the tyranny of the masses: “A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where 51% of the people may take away the rights of the other 49%.”

These protests ignore the U.S. Constitution’s specific Article II provisions that the President and Vice President are elected to serve a four-year term indirectly through the Electoral College, not majority rule by the uninformed masses screeching like Greek mythology Harpies -- “threats to democracy!”

Investigations are underway to determine who are the organizations and individuals funding logistics behind some protests and the Los Angles’ (LA) riots. Who’s behind it? Follow the money sources!

1. The Chinese Progressive Association—a self-proclaimed pro-Mao organization using Hispanics and immigration as a ruse.
2. Code Pink—a pro-China, pro-Hamas, anti-Israel organization.  
3. PSL—The Party for Socialism and Liberation.
4. ActBlue—The fundraising arm for the DNC. 
5. CHIRLA—The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights Los Angeles that is funded by the U.S. taxpayers - created to help illegal aliens in America. 
6. Shanghai resident and businessman Neville Singham, married to Jodie Evans, the cofounder of Code Pink. Singham has ties to the Chinese Communist Party. 
7. Singham is described as a “comrade” of and financial backer of the People’s Forum, a Marxist revolutionary group, based in New York City that’s been integral to backing the Columbia University encampments. 
8. Singham served on the Central Committee for the League of Revolutionary Black Workers and is linked to funding BLM Marxist movements in America. 
9. Labor Unions—Service Employees International Union (SEIU). 
10. In the LA riots, GPS and cell phone data linked representatives from the Soros Open Society Foundation, Media Matters, Disruption Project, Rise and Resist, Indivisible Project, Troublemakers, Democratic Socialists of America, the Vera Institute of Justice, Brennan Center for Justice, and many other leftist NGOs to the riots. 
11. Walmart heiress Christy Walton, who is one of the biggest backers of the Lincoln Project, an anti-Trump super-PAC. She promoted a planned “No Kings” nationwide protest against President Trump by placing full-page color advertisements in the New York Times.

Ronald Reagan warned that the socialist and Marxist long-term plan was a stealth agenda to transform America from a constitutional republic into a top-down, central and controlling socialist form of government. We’re witnessing this fact unfold clearly in California with a governor and LA Mayor who have no loyalty to our founders’ gift.

The “No Kings” protests and LA riots are about destabilizing our constitutional republic and transitioning us into a socialist utopia first, then a Marxist society where there are two echelons: the controlling elite and the masses of worker bees. President Trump, because he is a strong leader and not intimidated by anyone on the geopolitical stage, is boldly dismantling their power base and propaganda. They’re running scared for good reason! Protests genesis are a demand for true democracy that has failed wherever implemented, including ancient Athens, Rome, Venice, Russian Bolsheviks, French revolutionaries, and the Chinese Revolutions of 1911 and 1949.

Under socialist and Marxist elitist, the U.S. middle class will be demoted to serfdom.

A Palestinian State?

World history scholars, in high school and college during the 1960’s, taught chronicles in the Middle East based on facts. Historical revisionism by Islamic extremist, Marxist institutions and college activists has “muddied the waters.” For instance, the toxic anti-Semitic Palestinian student group called the Students for Justice in Palestine is active on over 200 campuses across the United States.

The history of the Jews and Judaism in the Land of Israel has its origins in the 2nd millennium, between the years of 2000 BC and 1001 BC. A United Kingdom of Israel existed prior to the disputed territories in Israel.

Never in world history has Palestine existed as a nation. Palestine’s region was ruled by Rome, by Islamic and Christian crusaders, by the Ottoman Empire and, briefly, by the British after World War I. In the 1917 Balfour Declaration, the British restored part of the area to the Jewish people as their ancestral homeland. Palestine never was ruled by Arabs as a separate nation.

Forty years ago, there was no controversy on Palestine’s statehood. Why is the issue of a two-state solution being discussed today? The answer is because of an extensive misinformation campaign and unabated terrorism.

Remember late Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir made an audacious political statement: "There is no such thing as a Palestinian people." Golda Meir was corroborated by historical records and by the candid, but underreported, pronouncements of Palestine Liberation Organization’s (PLO’s) Yasser Arafat.

Arab propagandists promote Golda Meir's "racism." They rejoice proclaiming she’s in historical denial and her statement is patently false – an intentional lie and strategic deception.

They avoid discussing similar statements made by Arafat’s inner circle of political leadership years after Meir told the truth. There is no distinct Palestinian national identity. In March 1977, a Dutch newspaper published an interview with PLO executive committee member Zahir Muhsein:

“The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today, there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians, and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "Palestinian people" to oppose Zionism.”

Arafat made a similar unequivocal statement in 1993 that the Palestinian nationhood argument is the strategic deception – one designed to empower the destruction of Israel. After Arafat signed the Declaration of Principles on the White House lawn in 1993, he explained his actions on Jordanian TV:

"Since we cannot defeat Israel in war, we do this in stages. We take any and every territory that we can of Palestine, and establish a sovereignty there, and we use it as a springboard to take more. When the time comes, we can get the Arab nations to join us for the final blow against Israel."

Israel and the West mustn’t surrender to terrorism by granting the murderers a public relations triumph and strategic victory. It's not too late to confront terrorism and say no to another Islamic terrorist state. It's never too late to tell the truth about Palestine.

Dodging DOGE

Liberals are railing against many of President Trump’s policies. They describe him as a “bully and authoritarian.” Criticisms span from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), to Ukraine, and finish with the Gaza Strip. Following President Donald Trump’s joint address to both houses of Congress, many liberals were nicknamed the Dour O’Crats.

President Trump leads a de facto third party rising from the rotting corpses of the Democrat and Republican Parties, or if you prefer, the Washington D.C. Uniparty. President Trump is destroying these party brands forever. It’s cooler to be a proctologist than a Democrat and Republican Uniparty member nowadays.

Criticisms of Donald Trump and DOGE are simply fine. In a republic, everyone who holds public office, runs for public office, or exercises any form of public responsibility is fair game. As Elon Musk has acknowledged, DOGE has made some mistakes, while trying to take aggressive action in the face of nearly $37 trillion in federal debt. The DOGE audits have uncovered government waste, fraud, and abuse that affects our national security. DOGE has confirmed one universal fact:

“When you trim the fat, pigs squeal.”

However, ad nauseum, in a constant stream of hysterical hand wringing, the absurd anti-Trump “resistance” sounds pointless desperate alarms. The cabal of nitwits expressing trepidation that President Trump is a fascist because he’s “single handedly rewriting the US foreign policy” and simultaneously wailing in unison that Trump is “seizing control of the military” are intentionally ignoring the U.S.

Constitution’s, Executive Branch, Article II powers of the president. One of the worst offenders is The View, which Wall Street Journal’s Andy Kessler recently called:

“a gaggle of Greek mythology’s human-tormenting screeching harpies with a TV show.”

DOGE, inferior officer Elon Musk’s, appointment has been ruled constitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court under the U.S. Constitution’s Appointments Clause. Congressional approval or legislation isn’t required for Elon Musk’s temporary 18-month appointment by the chief executive. DOGE teams at federal agencies aim to identify spending cuts and “modernize federal technology and software to maximize governmental efficiency and productivity.” DOGE is not coming after your money, they’re coming after the people that are “stealing” your money. Those people are squawking the loudest against DOGE audits.

As we acclimate and tune out this meaningless gibbering, President Trump becomes insulated from criticism. Are they both an Ostrich Party and unconscious? No one is making Donald Trump more untouchable than his “critics.” Here’s a quick poll:

1. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), who deceitfully claimed serving in Vietnam.
2. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who lied about an FBI informant’s account that Vice President Joe Biden accepted a five-million-dollar bribe.
3. Adam Schiff (D-CA), who fabricated evidence to destabilize a duly elected president, CNN.
4. The Atlantic warns the Trump administration has done something deeply troubling. 

Who takes notice? Or are you so bored that you roll your eyes so hard that you nearly pass out? Imagine you pay for car insurance every month. Then one day, someone rear-ends you, but the insurance company doesn’t help you pay for damages, and instead buys a Rolls Royce for someone who doesn’t have insurance. That’s how we get treated as the American taxpayer. And then the cheaters will call you a racist, fascist, or worse for noticing. DOGE has already identified over $100 billion in wasteful spending and has until July 4, 2026, to conduct its mission.

Let’s review the politicians, policies and programs that liberals voted for on November 5th: · Voted for the worst presidential candidate in history – dishonest, lazy, and incompetent. Kamala Harris was a walking neon sign for Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

1.  Voted for a political party which is anti-woman, anti-American, anti-peace, and delusional. · Allowed fraud and embezzling of funds for Covid relief aid totaling 10 percent of the disbursed $4.2 trillion by the U.S. government.
2.  Allocated $42.5 billion to connect people to high-speed internet; but, no one was configured to high-speed internet.
3.  Allocated $22 billion to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for free housing and cars for illegal aliens.
4.  The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) granted $20 billion in subsidies to green energy charlatans.
5.  Allocated $12 billion to the Navy for submarines but not one submarine was built.
6.  A “popup NGO shell” company, “Climate United Fund,” linked to Democrat Party activists, was awarded with a whopping $6.97 billion grant.
7.  Allocated $101 million for DEI contracts at the Department of Education.
8.  Allocated $60 million for Indigenous peoples and Afro-Caribbean empowerment in Central America.
9.   Allocated $59 million for illegal alien hotel rooms in New York City.
10.  Allocated $45 million for DEI in Burma.
11.  Allocated $42 million for social and behavioral change in Uganda.
12.  Allocated $40 million to improve the social and economic inclusion for sedentary migrants.
13.  Allocated $32 million for left-wing propaganda in Moldova.
14.  Allocated $20 million for Arab "Sesame Street" in the Middle East.
15.  Allocated $14 million for improving public procurement in Serbia.
16.  Allocated $10 million for male circumcision in Mozambique.
17.  Allocated $8 million for LGBTQI+ promotion in Lesotho, South Africa.
18.  Allocated $8 million for making mice transgender.
19.  The Veterans Administration paid $56,000 to have a “plant contractor” water eight potted plants.
20.  Hired more than 85,000 new IRS agents to extort money from conservative voters.
21.  Removed restrictions on billions of Iranian assets and regime sanctions -- the biggest funder of terrorism in the world. 

Liberals now control only 20 big hellhole crime ridden cities. The reason they are going the way of the dinosaur is President Trump and his sidekick Elon Musk are killing their income streams.

Tip O’Neill said it best: “Money is the mother’s milk of politics.” Without money a political party or candidate is finished. Democrats, or if you fancy, Dour O’Crats, have just lost all their best sources of income because of President Trump, Elon Musk, and DOGE.

Birthright Citizenship

What’s the citizenship status of the children of illegal aliens? That question has spurred fierce debate over the 14th Amendment. The post-Civil War 14th Amendment, ratified in 1868, extended citizenship to freed slaves and their children.

There are key themes from the debate:

1. “Birthright” champions claim that anyone born in the United States is automatically a U.S. citizen, even if their parents are here illegally.
2. The amendment’s original meaning refers to the political allegiance of an individual and the jurisdiction that a foreign government has over that individual.
3. Birthright citizenship has been implemented by executive fiat, not because it is required by federal law or the US Constitution.

The 14th Amendment, Section 1, doesn’t say that all persons born in the United States are citizens. It says, that “all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” are citizens. That second, critical, conditional phrase is conveniently ignored or misinterpreted by advocates of “birthright” citizenship.

“Birthright” citizenship supporters’ position that anyone born in the United States is automatically a U.S. citizen ignores the text and legislative history of the 14th Amendment. Citizenship activists erroneously believe that anyone present in the United States has “subjected” himself “to the jurisdiction” of the U.S., which would extend citizenship to the children of tourists, diplomats, and illegal aliens alike.

But that is not what that qualifying phrase means. Its original meaning refers to the political allegiance of an individual and the jurisdiction that a foreign government has over that individual. The fact that a tourist or illegal alien is subject to our laws and our courts if they violate our laws does not place them within the political “jurisdiction” of the United States as that phrase was defined by the framers of the 14th Amendment.

Senator Lyman Trumbull, a key figure in the adoption of the 14th Amendment, said that “subject to the jurisdiction” of the U.S. included not owing allegiance to any other country. John Eastman, former dean of the Chapman University School of Law, clarified that many do not understand “the distinction between partial, territorial jurisdiction, which subjects all who are present within the territory of a sovereign to the jurisdiction of that sovereign’s laws, and complete political jurisdiction, which requires allegiance to the sovereign as well.”

In the famous Slaughter-House cases of 1872, the U.S. Supreme Court stated that this qualifying phrase was intended to exclude “children of ministers, consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign states born within the United States.” This was confirmed in 1884 in another case, Elk vs. Wilkins, when citizenship was denied to an American Indian because he “owed immediate allegiance to” his tribe and not the United States.

American Indians and their children did not become citizens until Congress passed the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924. There would have been no need to pass such legislation if the 14th Amendment extended citizenship to every person born in America, no matter what the circumstances of their birth, and no matter the citizenship status of their parents.

U.S. immigration law (8 U.S.C. § 1401), that defines who is a US citizen at birth, simply repeats the language of the 14th Amendment, including the phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” So, current immigration laws don’t substantiate claims that anyone born in the United States is automatically a U.S. citizen.

The State Department has erroneously interpreted statute 8 U.S.C. § 1401 to provide passports to anyone born in the United States, regardless of whether their parents are here illegally and regardless of whether the applicant meets the requirement of being “subject to the jurisdiction” of the U.S. Consequently, “birthright” citizenship has been implemented by executive fiat, not because of federal law requirements or the U.S. Constitution.

We are only one of a ridiculously small number of western countries that provides “birthright” citizenship. Granting such citizenship is not based on federal law requirements or the U.S. Constitution, but, determined upon an erroneous executive interpretation. Congress should clarify the original meaning of the 14th Amendment and associated U.S. immigration laws and reverse this unconstitutional and unlawful practice.

Democrat Party Lawfare

A recent opinion piece in my local newspaper listed symptoms from the Republican writer’s Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) affliction. The accusations serve to highlight how the GOP Idiot Savants (GIS) wing of the Republican Party is impervious to middle-class voters’ concerns about Democrat Party lawfare against Mr. Trump utilizing Democrat prosecutors, judges, juries, and George Soros funded Marxist district attorneys. GIS membership is characterized by a low political acumen (i.e., IQ 70) in every policy area except one – hypocrisy IQ 140.

Anti-Trumper Liz Cheney is President of GIS. Her legendary skills include destroying evidence that exonerated President Trump of insurrection charges investigated by the US House Select Committee Investigating the January 6th attack. GIS Vice President is anti-Trumper Adam Kinzinger who is skilled at emotional meltdowns and providing leftist commentary on the Clinton News Network (CNN).

The best antidote to TDS is to sample actions and policies of the Democrat Party and the Biden/Harris administration, that, our adversaries would have implemented had Harris/Walz won the election. As you read this list, say “Thank God Trump and Vance were elected!”

• Opening the borders to millions of illegals who weren’t screened for their risks, dumping them into communities where they are overwhelming existing communities and the infrastructure.
• Introducing economic policies and massively increase spending without regard to their impact on inflation and the consequences for low-income Americans and the increase in our deficit and national debt.
• Withdrawing from Afghanistan, abandoning our local partners and the civilians who collaborated with us in an unprepared, overnight withdrawal that led to American casualties and destroyed the lives of Afghani women and girls for generations.
• Introducing thousands of unnecessary regulations in addition to existing regulatory policies that interfere with our businesses’ ability to compete, restraining the development of desperately needed housing, infrastructure, and energy production.
• Modifying the bail system so that violent criminals were released without bail. = Destroying our street retailers and communities and promoting lawlessness by making shoplifting (except above thresholds) no longer a criminal offense.
• Limiting or banning fracking and LNG so that U.S. energy costs increased substantially and the U.S. loses its energy independence.
• Promoting DEI ideologies that awarded jobs, awards, and university admissions on the basis of race, sexual orientation, and gender criteria, and teaching our students and citizens that the world is an unfair battle between oppressors and the oppressed.
• Educating elementary children that gender is fluid, something to be chosen by a child, and promoting hormone blockers and gender reassignment surgeries to our youth without regard to the longer-term consequences to their mental and physical health.
• Encouraging and celebrating massive protests and riots that led to the burning and destruction of local retail and business establishments while at the same time requiring schools to be closed because of the risk of Covid-19 spreading during gatherings.
• Encouraging and celebrating anti-American and anti-Israel protests and flag burning on campuses around the country with no consequences for the protesters who violated laws or university codes and policies.
• Allowing antisemitism to explode with no serious efforts from the administration to quell this hatred.
• Mandating vaccines that have not been thoroughly tested nor have their risks been properly considered compared with the potential benefits adjusted for the age and health of the individual and censoring differing research of top scientists.
• Litigating to make it illegal for states to require proof of citizenship, voter ID, and/or residence in order to vote when many Americans have lost confidence in the accuracy and trustworthiness of our voting system.

Dear GOP Idiot Savants and Democrat Marxists, this is a partial list of reasons many Americans avoided supporting Kamala Harris and instead voted for Donald Trump without reservation or apology.
