We Cannot Afford This Criminal Government to Continue

 Like a heavy, suffocating blanket being drawn up over our nation to keep us warm, the dark, godless tenants of Marxism are being drawn over what was once the great American Republic to make and keep us enslaved to their religion of government free-living whether we want it or not. By its very nature, Marxism must become a totalitarian state to maintain its power. That’s a given, and they know it and, while that power rush won’t’ last, it’ll’ last long enough to erase the memory of what a wonderful blessing God gifted us with our hard-earned Constitutional Representative Republic. Soon, if we don’t’ take action now, it will indeed be gone.

This Covid business, an unannounced gift from China, grew in the demented little minds of Biden’s Progressives as an unexpected opportunity to spread fear by implementing the idea that mandates would work to control us with fear. It became their vehicle for bringing on the fundamental changes to America that Obama promised, especially our rights of refusal. They have until the next elections to get it right, by their standards, and it is our duty to do all in our power to assist in their failure by slowing down or stopping their odious unconstitutional programs. In 1832, a crisis ensued between the federal government and the South over the right of the federal government to impose tariffs on foreign goods entering the country for purposes other than revenue. South Carolina was hit particularly hard as foreign manufactured goods were cheaper than those manufactured in the North, especially because of the cost of shipping those goods from the North. Washington forced the South to purchase those overpriced goods to protect Northern interests and political benefactors. South Carolina decided to declare the tariff null and void. The crisis only ended when the federal government lowered the tariff to where it was acceptable to both the South and the federal government.

Nullification (a state officially declaring a federal law or executive order void because of its dubious constitutionality) has come back. Several states have recently declared that they will nullify all federal unconstitutional acts. Much blame can be placed on a political party with a nefarious agenda that, according to more than half of the country, has stolen power. Criticism can also be placed on a Supreme Court that has actively pursued inactivism in the face of constitutional questions regarding federal elections and questionable results in one or more states. Oklahoma Governor Nullifies Biden’s Executive Order — With His Own

Charging that Executive Order 13990 issued by President Biden “is in contravention of Article II Section 2 and the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution,” Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt issued his own executive order this week to, in effect, nullify it.

Governor Stitt is a Republican, elected in 2018. His order is challenging Biden’s order as “adverse to energy producers throughout the United States and Oklahoma. His decision terminates the Keystone XL pipeline and claims to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord while failing to seek ratification by the U.S. Senate.” According to the U.S. Constitution, a presidential agreement with the government of another nation is not law until at least two-thirds of the Senate ratifies it. President Barack Obama placed the United States in the Paris deal without a treaty vote. This was reversed by President Trump, and now President Biden has put the United States back into it.

“These policies [of the Paris Accord] allow the world’s powers to continue CO2 emissions,” Stitt wrote, “causing the U.S. to harm its own economy, threatening millions of jobs in states like Oklahoma, while making no meaningful difference in world’s emissions.
