Los Angeles County prosecutors sue Gascon for not enforcing the law

 Jazz Shaw December 31, 2020

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon hasn’t even been in office for a month yet but he’s been making more headlines than the pandemic. Unfortunately for Gascon (and the citizens of his county), few of those breaking news items have been of the good variety. The wildly liberal, anti-cop DA has been working overtime to empty the jails and prevent the prosecution of criminals, even as crime rates have been surging in the City of Angels. The latest news out of his office won’t be changing that pattern at all. His own prosecutors are going to court to ask a judge to block their new boss’s orders and prevent them from having to break the law themselves by carrying out his directives. And it looks like they have a pretty solid case............To Read More....

My Take -   I hope these prosecutors lose this case. The people of Los Angeles County voted for him, and they're getting exactly what they deserve.   I don't think the judiciary has the authority to interfere with his decisions, provided they're not illegal, and these decisions may be within the bounds of prosecutorial discretion.  That makes this a separation of powers issue.   I don't think the judiciary has the ability to remove him from office or countermand his orders.  If that's so, and I think it is, then we can be grateful because he will continue in his insane course and LA County will serve as a shining example of who and what the left is and what not to do for the rest of the nation.

Once again, we can thank California.  They're the touchstone for the nation.  They've consistently made it clear that if we want success, we do just the opposite of what they do.   Thank you Gascon, George Soros, and a special thanks to the people of California!!
