They've Already Lost the Election! Get Over It!

On January 6, 2020 Silvio Canto, Jr. posted this article,  Are the Democrats afraid of presenting the articles of impeachment saying:

Sooner or later, Nancy Pelosi will have to name some impeachment managers and make the case for removing President Trump.   So what's the delay? There are probably a few reasons but my guess is that the Democrats understand that their case is rather weak.

He goes on to quote Professor Jonathan Turley who wrote over the weekend:

Securing an impeachment so fast does not earn you a historic prize. It simply earns you a historic failure. By not seeking to compel numerous key witnesses, the House now relies on the Senate to complete its case.   Since the House has maintained that the record overwhelmingly proves that Trump is guilty, the Senate could simply try the case on the record supplied by the House. Indeed, in the 1999 impeachment of President Clinton, Senate Democrats, including Minority Leader Charles Schumer, fought against any witnesses and sought a summary vote without a trial...........

Here's the fact of the matter.  There is no impeachment if the House fails to send their impeachment vote to the Senate.  How long will they continue to fail to act on their Constitutional responsibilities for their own political consideration?  That remains to be seen.  But one thing is clear, they've not been able to produce one iota of evidence that a crime has been committed, at least by the Republicans or Donald Trump!  As for corruption and crimes committed by Democrats, well now,  that's another story!  They've managed to demonstrate undeniable truth of Democrat corruption and criminal activity, so now they want the Senate to produce a crime committed by Republicans or Donald Trump for them.

That's not how it's supposed to work.

The House is supposed to uncover any crime committed by the President, and then provide the evidence of that crime, vote on that evidence, and then present their evidence to the Senate. The Senate would then vote on whatever evidence is presented and either convict or acquit.

Think of it in this manner. In a court of law we don't expect the judges to be prosecutors. It's the prosecutors job to present evidence of criminal activity, and then the judge or jury decides if their evidence is valid.

Let's face it. If at this point they don't have the evidence they need, that means they didn't have the evidence to vote for impeachment. How could they honestly then vote to impeach?

Abuse of power, isn't a crime if there's no evidence of a crime, it's merely a claim. It's the House's job to find that evidence. So, what evidence do they have? Apparently none! Otherwise why do they need the Senate to provide it for them?

Obstruction of Congress isn't a crime the President of the United States can be charged with. It's his job to obstruct Congress when he disagrees with them, and under our Constitutional system, he's granted power to do just that. 

The Democrats created their own nightmare by allowing the farthest left loons this nation has ever elected to Congress to intimidate them  And no matter what anyone says, Pelosi was so intimidated by them her backbone of wet spaghetti crumbled.

"Liar, Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire", Adam Schiff, who may be facing criminal charges himself when all of this is over, claims:

.....withholding the articles has thus far flushed out where Mitch McConnell’s coming from... it’s my hope that, that pressure will result in a real trial fair to the American people as well as fair to the President.

Baloney!!

Not High Crimes and Misdemenors

Here's reality. The Democrat party is going to nominate a lunatic for President, we just don't know which lunatic yet.  Ocasio-Cortez says:

“Oh, God, In any other country, Joe Biden and I would not be in the same party, but in America, we are.”

We must remember there are no boundaries to the left.  It turns out he's not entirely on board with her insane New Green Deal and Anthropogenic Climate Change insanity, therefore he's not left enough for the "true" left.  But, let's face it,  no one can ever be left enough for people like her.  AOC is the "Queen" now. She's the one who beat down Pelosi, and she has spoken!

 As of right now, today, it looks like Bernie Sanders has a good chance to get the nod. Although I still think it will be a brokered convention, because Bernie has the back room boys shivering in their boots.

Here's something no one seems to be talking about. Millions are being spent by these candidates just to get nominated. How much money will be available for the election? And not just for the Presidency, that will also impact those running for the House and Senate.

Let's get this right. This whole impeachment fraud was all about the 2020 election, not High Crimes and Misdemeanors. It was to prevent Trump from being re-elected. Either by actually kicking him out of office, or to demean him so badly it would keep the public from focusing on the lunatics running the Democrat party, and Democrats running for President.

Impeachment is all they have. Their policies are insane,and the banner carriers of their party are even more insane. They need the impeachment to distract the American public from looking too closely at their policies and their candidates. It hasn't worked.

Well, now they're really in trouble. Trump has gone and done it. He finally put the foreign policy of the United States on a firm footing letting the world know he's not Obama with his phony "red lines". That he believes protecting America isn't done by giving these Iranian lunatics billions of dollars and making deals with them that will ultimately come back to haunt the rest of the world.

By attacking and killing one of the most violent war criminals in the Muslim world (a man Obama praised) he's flushed out the Democrat party (and the Republican elites) and exposed their past history of appeasement, along with Hollywood loons having the audacity to lecture America on morality, and even offering to kill the President of the United States. Then there are the Obama administration talking heads with their insane comments.  He has now humiliated them beyond belief with their hypocrisy. Let's make no mistake about this: Unlike the cowardly, corrupt and self serving actions of the Obama administration,  - There will never be a Baeghazi on Trump's watch. 

As Brian C. Joondeph says in his article, Svengali Trump Hypnotizing Democrats and the Media:

Congress didn’t seem to mind Obama’s “lethal drone strikes”. This included “killing of innocents” (possibly as many as 800 civilians) and a US citizen. Obama ordered 563 drone strikes........... Democrats didn’t fuss about not being briefed before those 500 plus drone strikes, yet now they piss and moan, standing up for due process for terrorists. Magical.

He in effect has forced them, including the main stream media, to defend Iran and terrorists, and to condemn him as inexperienced and stupid, yet all the while outperforming any President since Ronald Reagan. Imagine that? Perhaps it really is mind control that forces them into such easily observable absurdities!

Nah, stupid is as stupid does.

This was the final straw. The Democrat party has already lost the election for President of the United States, the House of Representatives, and the Senate will be strengthened. Get over it.

The only question is what kind of Republicans will take those seats.
