Who Will Answer For The Slaughter of Innocents?

By Rich Kozlovich

An article entitled Planned Parenthood sues maker of undercover videos was posted by  (@pw_cunningham) in the Washington Examiner today which I found to be  remarkable.....remarkable and audacious.  The article is small but thought provoking as she says:

partialbirthabortion"Planned Parenthood is suing the maker of undercover videos highlighting its involvement with supplying aborted fetal tissue and the group he founded to obtain the footage.  The women's health and abortion provider announced Thursday it has filed a civil lawsuit in a California federal court against David Daleiden and his fake group, the Center for Medical Progress, which he used to infiltrate several of its clinics and a national conference held by the National Abortion Federation. Planned Parenthood says Daleiden broke multiple laws and violated confidentiality agreements to obtain interviews with officials to discuss how some clinics were compensated for providing aborted fetuses for medical research purposes."

My first thought as I read this was: Is it illegal in any form to expose people who are performing illegal acts?  I would think that would be viewed as a public service, expecially since law enforcement does this all the time.  Remember Marion Berry?  If it is - it shouldn't!

Then I wondered: How many people from Planned Parenthood have been indicted?  Then I wondered: Have they really broken any laws?  Well, the answer is....yes they have.  There are at least four federal laws they've broken, and as far as I can tell no one has been indicted.

posted an article entitled, Stop the spin: A step-by-step look at the four laws Planned Parenthood broke, saying:

"There are four federal laws and regulations that Planned Parenthood has almost certainly violated."

1. There's a law against selling fetal tissue is here.

2. Committing Illegal Partial-Birth Abortions: Federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act and the U.S. Supreme Court case that upheld it, Gonzales v. Carhart, to know that partial birth abortions done for the purpose of collecting baby parts are illegal. Plain and simple.

3) Illegally Manipulating Abortion Procedures: Federal law states that an abortionist is not allowed to change procedure to collect “tissue:” Federal HHS regulations state:....

4) Illegally Committing Abortions with the Knowledge that the Baby Will be “Donated” Even if Planned Parenthood could prove that they have never made one red penny off of fetal tissue “donation,” the abortion giant would still be in hot water, also known as legal trouble.
Another HHS provision provides (emphasis mine):..........The doctor performing the abortion should not even know that this particular baby’s mother has consented to give the body parts to research. CNN quoted Insoo Hyun, associate professor of bioethics at Case Western Reserve University, to drive this point home,.....(Editor's Note: Please go to the original article as there's much more  there than the meager offerings I present here.)

Could anything be more stunningly and obviously illegal?  It would certainly appear they not only are morally contemptible they're criminals.  Criminals that should be charged for racketeering under the RICO Act. "Racketeering is a pattern of illegal activity carried out as part of an enterprise that is owned or controlled by those who are engaged in the illegal activity. The latter definition derives from the federal Racketeer  Influenced and Corruption Organizations Act (RICO), a set of laws (18  U.S.C.A. § 1961 et seq. [1970]) specifically designed to punish racketeering by business enterprises."

Instead we find they're suing the good guys, not uncommon for a society that's lost it's moral compass. This would appear to me to be a form of SLAPP lawsuit.  SLAPP stands for "strategic lawsuit against public participation".  The goal isn't so much winning as to intimidate and silence critics by burdening them with massive legal costs, to the point they abandon their criticism.  It would appear this is an effort to scare anyone else from doing the same thing.

However, it occurred to me the cat's already out of the bag - we now know they're guilty of criminal behavior - how can they stop someone from exposing them any more than has already been done?  I think it's because they intend to stay in business at taxpayer's expense with the blessings of both parties, and the administration has a backroom deal saying, "we're not coming after you", and they want to make sure no one exposes their contemptable behavior again.  And as far as I can find....Planned Parenthood and it's officers remain unindicted and free to do everything they can to destroy those who exposed their illegal activities, or may do so in the future - with the blessings of very rich and powerful people.

Since both parties have agreed to a budget that continues Planned Parenthood's funding - it would appear  - "The corruption is this country runs so deep and is so pervasive that the rule of law has become meaningless. We have a president who has acted in blatant disregard of both the rule of law and the Constitution for years, and yet has received nothing more than token criticism. A host of Cabinet members have repeatedly violated the law, all with impunity. Our current Sec. of State committed treason under the UCMJ, and yet still holds that high position. The Supreme Court has seized powers not granted to it under the Constitution, and Congress watches it all go by, padding their bank accounts and playing paddle ball."

Fifty eight million of these beautiful innocent children have been slaughtered since Roe Vs Wade was imposed on the nation in 1973 by the Supreme Court of the United States, of which almost seven million Planned Parenthood is responsible. Why is this not  a crime against humanity?

I can't even begin to describe how this breaks my heart!  But there's a higher court to which they will all answer as this innocent blood "cries out to me from the ground".
