While on the surface DEI may seem relatively harmless, but the left knows this is ruse laying the groundwork to impose conditions and values on society that's antithetical to everything America has stood for.  There's that old axiom that says when conservatives decide to stop eating meat and become vegetarians that's with they do. When leftists decide eating meat is wrong, they demand everyone stop eating meat, and that's where DEI is taking the nation, and has now become a state sponsored religion promoting the destruction of America.

The nation is coming to a point where we're going to have to recognize Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is diametrically opposed to Truth Justice, and the American Way, and is in point of fact economic, cultural, national suicide, and imposing it is unconstitutional, and the fact is, it's treason, which this next piece highlights.  This is what these DEI misfits really believe, and everything else is a load of horsepucky.  Get over it!

DEI, which stinks to the public, morphs into creative new acronyms - May 8, 2024 By Jack Hellner -Some states have made laws to have universities get rid of their DEI offices. Good luck with that, because now the infamous equity offices are morphing into other acronyms, same way ACORN used to change its names every time another scandal broke. DEI, which is "diversity, equity, and inclusion," is a disastrous policy, but harbors a big, decadent, racism industrial complex, so Democrats, as they always do, are "rebranding" the concept  instead of getting rid of, to intentionally mislead the public. Start with Texas.........

City 'equity' chief calls for U.S. to 'burn to the ground' - A city "equity' officer being paid some $75,000 a year by College Park, Maryland, is being profiled online for desiring that the United States "burn to the ground" so that her ideology "can rise from the ashes." And she wants it all to happen without any effort on her part, apparently, as she insists, "I don't want to work."...............The report reveals she said she is working with activists to orchestrate "how we will eat and live and grow after we burn it all down."...............She reminded, in 2021, "Remember we are at war against colonialism. We can't forget," and "I can't wait for society to collapse so MY ideology can rise from the ashes!".......

It turns out that this kind of search is akin to shooting fish in a barrel: You cannot fire without hitting something. The latest case is the DEI official at UCLA’s School of Medicine, an institution that’s completely abandoned itself to the worst excesses of DEI, CRT, and other Democrat madness. And as is so often the case, the culprit is a black woman.............

 

My Take - Harvard has standards, only integrity, truth, honesty and justice aren't among them.  Claudine Gay was a DEI plagiarist DEI appointee, but even after being exposed for her corruption she retained her faculty position....for a paltry 900,000 a year. But telling any truth that's in direct contradiction to the leftist narrative of the moment is absolutely intolerably.  Your fired!  RK

 

The anxiety of snowflakes - April 16, 2024 by George Shuster - Anxiety is a most mutable condition. How like the Cancel Culture to ignore all its many shapes, save that by which it tries to justify its tyranny. The most pervasive excuse offered by the fascists on the academic Left for their censorship has been their alleged therapeutic concern to shield their "snowflake" students from anxiety. The hypocrisy of that claim is demonstrated by all the forms of anxiety such censorship creates but which the Left has never seen fit to acknowledge. Here are three examples.  First, consider the implications for education, which is supposed to provide preparation for the real world after graduation. The decisions that the Cancel Culture makes about which narratives are "safe" inevitably means others are deemed "unsafe." Students are thus denied the opportunity of learning how to deal with those other issues. When those students graduate into reality, their anxiety will be heightened, not lessened, by their impaired inability to deal with the unfamiliar...............

Two-Thirds of Colleges Mandate DEI Courses for Graduation, Report Finds -Eric Revell, Fox News, April 11, 2024 -  "This is actually going to take a lot more effort by the states to actually disentangle DEI from campus."  A new report released Thursday by the group Speech First finds that nearly two-thirds of colleges and universities reviewed have requirements for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) courses to satisfy graduation requirements.The report, titled “No Graduation Without Indoctrination: The DEI Course Mandate,” investigated 248 colleges from all 50 states plus the District of Columbia and found that 67% of the institutions reviewed mandate DEI courses to satisfy general education requirements. Of the 165 institutions identified that enforce DEI requirements, 59% were taxpayer-funded public institutions and 41% were private institutions. Speech First Executive Director Cherise Trump — no relation to the former president — spoke with FOX Business’ Lydia Hu about the report and said that the idea to look into DEI graduation requirements came about through conversations with college students.....

At UCLA’s medical school, suicide is a valid protest against societal pathologies - By Andrea Widburg - Last month, Aaron Bushnell, a member of the United States Air Force, decided to show his support for Hamas by setting himself ablaze. It was, perhaps, an appropriate form of suicide given that Hamas burned alive and otherwise tortured in medieval ways hundreds of Israelis prior to executing them, along with those whom they simply shot to death. Bushnell was obviously a deeply sick man, whether because he was mentally ill or just plain evil, I do not know. However, at the UCLA Medical School, in the psychiatry department, he was celebrated as a mentally healthy man making a reasonable protest against America, a sick society. This isn’t just creepy; it’s also how you create a society of future suicide bombers.......

Washington’s Latest Health Care Whipping Boy - April 13, 2024 By Deane Waldman, M.D. - U.S. healthcare is failing (obviously).  Over the years, Washington and their complicit media have identified many different groups as blame-worthy, including wealthy insurance companies, greedy doctors, Big Pharma, and over-charging hospitals.  Their newest target and designated bad boy is private equity.  The true guilty party remains in shadow and protected. The Biden administration’s latest healthcare culprits are private equity firms, who have invested more than $1 trillion purchasing healthcare facilities such as hospitals and nursing homes as well as medical practices.  “Private equity acquisitions of U.S. physician practices rose sixfold over a decade, from 75 deals in 2012 to 484 in 2021.”  Currently, approximately 8 percent of U.S. hospitals are owned by for-profit, private equity companies. Washington has begun a federal probe into private equity in healthcare citing a single government-funded study reporting substandard outcomes.  Their investigation sends a clear message: “Our failing healthcare system is their fault!”.......

(Childhood and Society, 1950). Generativity involves the need for individuals to guide the next generation. This may take the form of successfully raising children and mentoring and teaching the next generation. Faculty members and administrators at American universities seem devoid of effective generativity and leadership. They are failing their students, their institutions, and America. Leadership by a college professor requires more than excellent research, publications, and preparation of lectures. ......

 

The DEI Buzzsaw - April 13, 2024By Bruce Olav Solheim - In June 2022, the California Community College Curriculum Committee published a set of guidelines entitled: DEI in Curriculum: Model Principles and Practices.  This document is representative of the flurry of equity activity in the academic world and beyond after the death of George Floyd on May 25, 2020, and the subsequent nationwide protesting and rioting. Driven by emotion, sometimes idealistic and well-meaning programs can morph into nightmarish draconian doctrine and dogma with its requisite enforcement and punitive mechanisms. DEI has indeed become such a nightmare.  Having taught college history and enjoyed academic freedom since 1991, I was shocked to see some of the guidance in the curriculum document that employs incendiary language and precepts. I resisted earlier pressure for antiracism at the beginning of my career when an administrator told me to focus on George Washington Carver instead of George Washington. I was puzzled and asked: “Why can’t we talk about both of them?”.............

My Take - It appears sanity is starting to emerge in academia, and while this is a small start, it's a beginning, and I think it will grow.  RK

University of Texas at Dallas Lays Off DEI Staff - Tasha Tsiaperas April 10, 2024 -  UT Dallas is the latest Texas public university to lay off staff due to the new law barring diversity, equity and inclusion programs at state institutions. Why it matters: Texas is one of at least nine states to pass legislation limiting or prohibiting DEI programs on college campuses.  Anti-DEI bills have been introduced in 21 states since 2021. State of play: Senate Bill 17, which took effect in January, bars public universities from maintaining offices or programs dedicated to supporting historically underrepresented groups, such as people of color or members of the LGBTQ community.  Critics of the programs say they are discriminatory and emphasize assisting only certain groups.......

Multiple Texas Universities Ditch DEI In Accord With State Law - Multiple universities in the University of Texas system have recently announced the firing of their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) staff, in order to comply with state law. The Austin American-Statesman confirmed Friday that the University of Texas at Austin (UT) laid off a total of 66 DEI administrators at the school and axed the Multicultural Engagement Center, which had housed six DEI-related programs. News of the layoffs first broke early this month. On April 2, the Statesman reported that “a person with knowledge of the terminations said at least 60 people have lost their jobs, 40 of them in the Division of Campus and Community Engagement  [DCCE] alone.”............

East Coast students are shunning elite universities and fleeing to Southern universities -report - April 23, 2024 By Monica Showalter - Looks like it's not just the taxpayers who are fleeing from one-party blue states to red ones. The kids are fleeing, too. They've started shunning the Ivy League universities and are flooding into Southern universities.......An unprecedented number of students are gravitating away from Ivy League universities and looking to Southern colleges that wouldn’t have been on their radar twenty years ago. The exodus is fueled, sources told me, by warmer weather, great college sports, and a more relaxed atmosphere, which stands in stark contrast to the Covid restrictions many Northern universities put in place from 2020–2023.........The warmer weather claim is nonsense, the weather has always been warmer in the South, plus, it's not like our warmer weather in San Diego. Heat, humidity, mosquitos, and gargantuan bugs come with the territory in the South, which is a different challenge.  More likely, it's the progressive politics, as the report delicately notes. Antisemitism, such as is seen at elite ivies is a major one, as the chaos at Columbia and Yale now show.......

DEI Cronyism and Woke Grifters - When ideology replaces meritocracy or provides immunity from the consequences of illegal behavior, systemic mediocrity follows. Under toxic National Socialism, Stalinism, and Maoism, millions of cronies and grifters mouthed party lines in hopes that their approved ideology would allow them to advance their careers and excuse their lawbreaking.  The same thing has happened with the woke movement and the now-huge Diversity/Equity/Inclusion conglomerate.  Grifters and opportunists mask their selfish agendas under the cloak of neo-Marxist care for the underprivileged or victimized minorities. Meanwhile, they seek to profit illegally as if they were old-fashioned crony capitalists.......

Nashville police department lowers its standards… so it can recruit more women -  March 19, 2024 by Olivia Murray - Has there ever been a scenario in which lowering the standards for candidates trying to enter a career field has raised the quality of said candidates? I’d think the obvious answer would be “no” but apparently the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, or the Nashville police, doesn’t agree, because the agency is doing just that in an effort to recruit more women/  As long as suspected criminals in Nashville only hop small fences and don’t run too fast, the police department’s newest hires (recruited after standards were lowered), shouldn’t have a problem apprehending these suspects. Irene Tahliambouris suffered a fractured skull, black eye, and numerous bruises from the vicious assault that took place outside of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church on 152 Street in Briarwood around 8.20 on Sunday. Jayvaun Prince arrested. April 12, 2024.......

 

Kim Reynolds Signs Texas-Style Immigration Law Criminalizing ‘Illegal Reentry’ Into Iowa -  Gov. Kim Reynolds has signed a Texas-style immigration law allowing Iowa officers to arrest undocumented immigrants under a new crime of “illegal reentry” into the state. Reynolds signed Senate File 2340 Wednesday, making it a crime to attempt to enter Iowa after being previously deported or barred from entering the United States. It takes effect July 1. “The Biden administration has failed to enforce our nation’s immigration laws, putting the protection and safety of Iowans at risk,” Reynolds said in a statement announcing the law signing. “Those who come into our country illegally have broken the law, yet Biden refuses to deport them. This bill gives Iowa law enforcement the power to do what he is unwilling to do: enforce immigration laws already on the books.”.......

 

Man on Terror Watchlist Remains in U.S. After Being Released by Border Patrol - An Afghan migrant on the terror watchlist spent nearly a year inside the U.S. after being apprehended and released by Border Patrol agents in 2023, U.S. officials tell NBC News. The Afghan national was arrested last month and then released again by an immigration judge who was not told he was a national security threat. Mohammad Kharwin, 48, is currently out on bond as he awaits an immigration hearing in Texas, scheduled for 2025. There are no restrictions on his movements inside the United States, U.S. officials said. Kharwin was initially apprehended on March 10, 2023, near San Ysidro, California, after crossing the Mexico-U.S. border illegally.......

Blue City Plans to Defund Its Police Force to Pay for Illegal Immigrants - The Democratic-run city of Denver, Colorado, plans to defund its police department to pay for illegal immigrants. Denver, which is commonly referred to as a “sanctuary city,” announced on Wednesday that it will spend $89.9 million on services for incoming illegal migrants, pulling some of the funding from roughly $45 million in public programs and services. Denver’s police department will be hit with an $8.4 million reduction — about 1.9% of its total operating budget, the city confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation. Denver became the top destination per capita for incoming migrants in 2023, having had more than 40,000 arrive that year alone — putting the total migrant population at roughly 710,000, Denver already spent over $42 million in 2023 in housing and medical services for migrants and plans to spend over $100 million on similar costs in 2024.  The fire department will also suffer a $2.5 million reduction, or about 0.8% of its total operating costs...........

  

Austin: Where 'weird' turns dangerous - February 25, 2024  By Mike McDaniel - Austin, capitol of Texas, an island of blue in a sea of red. When I taught in Texas, I avoided Austin as much as possible.  I had to visit for the occasional class, or to speak at a conference, but other than that, Austin was far more big, leftist city, and far less Texas than I could easily stomach. It has worsened since:..................This isn’t surprising.  In 2020, following the ascension of Saint George Floyd, Austin cut $150 million from the police budget. Things got so bad, Gov. Abbott sent state troopers to handle calls in Austin, and the city council sort of backtracked, but not before serious damage to public safety in the “Keep Austin Weird” city................To put one officer on the street 24/7/365 requires hiring at least 4.5 officers, one for each eight-hour shift, and 1.5 to cover for vacations, illness, personal time, court, training and other absences. Newly hired officers aren’t on their own for about a year, drawing salary and benefits for undergoing training, but providing no real services for the public...............

 

Louisiana’s police shortage is what Democrats wanted - March 2, 2024 by Michael A. Letts -  If you defund the police, do you expect them to work for free? In Louisiana, the Louisiana Sheriff’s Association estimates that sheriffs’ offices across the state are currently understaffed by approximately 1,800 deputies. This has created problems for agencies keeping the needed levels of officers on the street and increasing the response time for calls. Governor Jeff Landry said, "Currently, our state is facing a shortage of officers, resulting in increased crime and less public safety." The problem has gotten so bad that Landry, who is a former local police officer and sheriff’s deputy, issued an executive declaring a state of emergency this month. The order also allows lifts limits on how many new employees Louisiana sheriffs can hire and on payroll increases for their departments. The hope is that by lifting the limits, the agencies will be able to fill their ranks in a relatively short amount of time. Police officer resignations were up 47 percent in 2022, compared with 2019, the year before the pandemic and George Floyd’s murder, according to a survey of nearly 200 police agencies by the Police Executive Research Forum. Retirements are up over that period are up 19 percent......

It's hard to do a difficult job when the political class doesn't support you. Instead, they always side with the criminal, especially when the police officer is targeted by iPhones shown on TV indiscriminately.........

 

Marilyn Mosby: finally, justice comes to Baltimore - May 12, 2024 by  Mike McDaniel - Freddie Gray was a small-time petty criminal and drug dealer, who back in April of 2015 was arrested for possession of a knife illegal under Baltimore law. Richly ironic was Gray was hanging out, likely making drug connections, in a Baltimore neighborhood notorious for that. Officers were there that day at DA Marilyn Mosby’s direction in response to community outrage at the lawlessness in the area. Officers made a lawful Terry stop on Gray who ran, was caught and searched, and the knife was found. On the way to jail, Gray was seated in the back of a transport van and was seen and heard to be bashing himself against the interior of the vehicle. Before he arrived at the jail, he managed to break his neck and died, but not immediately............

 

The Dangers of Falling in Love With a Serial Killer - By Josiah Lippincott March 2, 2024 - The Thomas Creech case is a stunning indictment of the American legal system. A regime that cannot bring itself to punish serial killers is a regime in crisis.  - - If you overlook the time he murdered a fellow inmate by beating him to death, Thomas Creech has been a model prisoner. He writes poetry for his guards at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution (IMSI) and plays the guitar in his cell. Very sweet.  He murdered five people in three states. Those, at least, are the killings for which he was convicted. 

 

Creech is suspected in a half dozen other cases.  Creech has been sitting on death row in Idaho after murdering, in cold blood, a fellow prisoner, a mentally disabled man named David Dale Jensen, who was serving a sentence for car theft. While working out with Jensen, Creech pulled out a sock filled with batteries and beat him over the head until he was stopped by guards. Jensen died of his injuries. This was in 1981............. 

 

The inability of the Idaho Maximum Security Institution staff to perform their legal obligations is a sign of the profound degeneration of our political order. A regime that cannot bring itself to punish serial killers is a regime in crisis. ...........There is a whole cottage industry blathering about the importance of the “rule of law” in American life. Stories like this show how hollow those claims really are. ............

 

There is no rule of law in America today. Instead, we have the rule of lawyers. The system of legal “experts” prevails over the will of the people and the consent of the governed. The state of Idaho has spent four decades failing to carry out the sentence to which Thomas Creech was sentenced.............The purpose of punishment in a civilized regime is reparation and restraint. A decent society punishes criminals not to get revenge or to bring closure to the victim or the family but to repair the wrong (to the extent it can be) and to restrain the criminal (and others!) from performing wicked and dissolute deeds...................

According to Burton Abrams  "progressives in the Democrat Party, backed… by left-wing sociologists and political scientists":deny basic economic principles and theory. They deny that incentives matter, that markets work better than government dictates, that scarcity and opportunity costs exist, that the laws of supply and demand are operative, that benefit-cost analyses have merit, and that economic efficiency makes consumers and producers better off. Okay, fine. So how do progressive experience things? 

They rely heavily on the vaguely defined concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion. In other words, politics. In another proof of God's existence, my brother-in-law pointed me to a piece in Claremont Review of Books that addresses this question. It's a piece by Helen Andrews about the lights going out in South Africa.  Briefly, the ANC regime in South Africa has followed the progressive line to a T. And South Africa has gone straight to hell, economically and culturally and politically. Why? Because the ANC thinks that all you need to do is hand over the levers of the economy to its supporters, and bingo! 

Except that everything goes straight to hell. And plenty of people in today's South Africa are witnessing it. Does the daughter of an ANC "activist" get it? No. Malaika, 30 years after Mandela rose to power, thinks that "the perks of white society are… withheld from her." .....

Texas tells BlackRock to kick rocks March 20, 2024 by Chris Talgo Texas has officially divested $8.5 billion from the woke monster-asset management-company.  In yet another stunning blow to BlackRock and its dubious environmental, social, governance (ESG) scores agenda, Texas has officially divested $8.5 billion from the woke monster-asset management-company. Specifically, the Texas Permanent School Fund, which oversees the $8.5 billion, told BlackRock it would terminate its relationship with the world’s largest asset management company due to BlackRock’s penchant for bullying and boycotting energy companies. According to Texas Permanent School Fund chair Aaron Kinsey, “BlackRock's dominant and persistent leadership in the ESG movement immeasurably damages our state's oil and gas economy and the very companies that generate revenues for our PSF... 

 

My Take -  If a privately owned company wants to be  All Woke, and waste their money on all these insane practices, then that's their money, and that's their business.  However, if companies have stockholders, and they're following all this leftist insanity and it's costing the investors money, then they're violating their fiduciary responsibilities to their investors.  They are required by law to do everything legal to maximize returns to the investors, not waste their money on every leftist social issue that comes down the pike.  And the investors are starting to sue!  Well, it's about time.   RK

Can martial law be far behind? -  Letitia James New York’s attorney general wasn’t happy when NYFD firemen booed her and chanted “Trump” at a recent promotion ceremony. A memo instructed all firefighters that they “should understand that (the department’s Bureau of Investigations) is gathering video and identifying members that brought discredit … to the department.” The memo said all malefactors “will come to HQ to be educated why their behavior is unacceptable.” It is not just New York but the legion of cities run by socialist democrats. These cities, once the envy of the world, are on the path to ruin via one party rule like any other third world country. Government is to work for its citizens, not against them. Having refused border integrity, the nation’s interior must be militarized. If Donald Trump did such a thing the left would bemoan nonstop how this is a “threat to democracy.” A police state is no answer, but steadfast policing that is unafraid to do their job is. Hochul needs to restore former Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s Broken Windows and stop-and-frisk policies that turned New York into one of the world’s safest cities. In a country where the military must protect its citizens from internal conflict, anarchy will always reign.

Firefighters Who Booed At Letitia James Will Be Sent to HQ for Woke 'Re-Education' Classes - Sarah Arnold March 10, 2024 - New York Attorney General Letitia James was met with a roar of boos and chants of “Trump” from firefighters during a speech at an FDNY promotion ceremony this week.  However, in the classes Democrat-led state of New York, those firefighters are facing consequences for their outbursts toward the woman who will do anything in her power to take former President Trump down.  “Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump,” the crowd of firefighters shouted at James, while many booed.  “Oh, come on. We’re in a house of God. First, Uhm, simmer down,” James said, attempting to simmer the crowd down. “Thank you for getting it out of your system.” In a statement, FDNY Chief of Department John Hodgens said that the firefighters who disrupted James’s speech will be forced to take woke “re-education” classes. ....................

FDNY Won't Investigate Those Who Booed Letitia James, But Don't Expect Love for Anti-Trump AG - Earlier this month, New York Attorney General Letitia James spoke to a group of firefighters at a promotion event held at the Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn. She was welcomed with boos and shouts of "Trump" in reference to her obsessive crusade against the former and potentially future president. James didn't take too well to the reception, as one can clearly see in clips of the event. Not long after, it was revealed through internal documents that the FDNY was actually going to investigate the hecklers and subject them to "re-education," inviting those involved to come forward or even tell on their friends. My Gazette: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is Suicide

Diversity without accomplishment is philosophy without form and incompetence without consequence.

What in the world is wrong with these people's minds?  They're destroying the very fabric of civilization by destroying the Judaic/Christian ethics and values that made western civilization the envy of the world.  Why?  Let's try and get this right ....once... please, just once.  This isn't incompetence or stupidity.  It's a deliberate, organized, and planned effort to destroy America and western civilization in order to impose a tyrannical system of world governance, all the while screaming about saving "our" democracy.  Only it's "their' democracy they're wanting to save, and "their" democracy means destroying "our" republic.

The cry for civil rights back in the 60's was a valid cry, and most Americans, including me, agreed something needed to be done to bring equality to all Americans.  We didn't get equality, we got equity.  Not equal rights, but equal outcomes, and in order to do that meritocracy had to be destroyed in order for the incompetent, uneducated, lazy, and stupid to prosper.

• The core purpose of DEI is theft -  January 11, 2024 By Lewis Dovland - The recent Claudine Gay debacle at Harvard should once and for all open everyone's eyes to the destructive nature of the DEI movement and its place in the Big Picture. After she completely flubbed an easy answer (for a sane person) about calling for the killing of Jews, it took the discovery of a series of over 40 separate examples of plagiarism to force Harvard to fire (actually, demote) her at full pay. It's easy to understand the emotional appeal of DEI, which is that it is only fair to promote a few unqualified people into positions they haven’t earned and do not deserve to bring about equality. This view holds that the only necessary qualification under a DEI appointment is the person’s continued compliance with and support of DEI as they manage their position. No matter any other skills or lack thereof, the Marxist lie is that only this type of hiring will force equality on institutions..............

We started attempting to grease a few squeaks. Squeaks that needed greased.  We ended up with an unending number of squeaks that couldn't be greased enough.  What started out as a valid moral issue has morphed into a corrupt destructive force in America, and western civilization.   

We're being forced to accept mentally disturbed views as rational, we're expected to accept ridiculous and destructive restrictions over a false pandemic as an effort to save humanity, and we being forced to believe incompetence is good for the nation and constructive to society.  That murdering the unborn is health care and any who won't play along must be punished. We have an overwhelming bureaucracy that is actively sowing division with their subsidizes madness.

Why should a man in makeup and a dress be given extra legal rights to sue anyone who sees through his delusions?  Why should rational men be expected to allow mentally unstable men to use public restrooms with their wives and daughters?  Why should parents be expected to entrust their children’s welfare with psychologically troubled men who have sought out jobs at schools, amusement parks, and daycares?  Why would government agents intervene to support the fantasies of people inclined to mutilate their bodies and traumatize others with their deceptions?  How can any government maintain its legitimacy for long when it embraces insanity as reality and condemns reality as imaginary?

For a long time, psychologically balanced people have done their best to ignore the government’s increasingly psychotic behavior.  When pressed, they have even reluctantly played along: You need me to wear this filthy paper mask that does nothing to prevent the transmission of viral particles floating in the air, so that you know that I know that this is somehow all Trump’s fault?  Fine, don’t break down in tears or start screaming or call the cops.  I’ll play along.  

Playing along, however, has gotten psychologically healthy people nowhere.  For every insane concession they make to government authorities, those authorities invent half a dozen new insane demands of society.   

In the name of food justice, social justice, ocean justice, racial justice, and climate justice, just to name a few, any insanity must be accepted.....or else! And every branch of the federal government is in collusion with this corruption.

As the diversity office at Johns Hopkins hospital put it, “White people, able-bodied people, heterosexuals, cisgender people, males, Christians, middle or owning class people, middle-aged people, and English-speaking people,” all enjoy privilege.  In this utopia, a disabled black trans lesbian would go to the head of the line for admission to MIT, and white males from an affluent family to the back. This is a transformational revolution that redefines family, what is “normal” sex, crime, how laws are enforced, and the values that guide civilized life..............

In Major Win For Diversity, Airline Hires Blind Pilot - Spirit Airlines has hammered yet another nail into the coffin of ableism by hiring the world's first blind commercial airline pilot. Flight 2047 from Orlando to Saint Louis is set to be the first vision-impaired flight. The co-pilot will reportedly wear a blindfold for the duration of the flight out of solidarity with its blind captain.

According to sources, Isaac "Fuselage" Bartimaeus dreamed of being a pilot ever since someone described to him what planes look like. The rookie pilot, who has been blind since birth, earned a pilot's license after spending two years studying theoretical flight. Due to his condition, he was not permitted to fly a plane as part of his schooling. Spirit Airlines waived the requisite 1,500 hours of flight time as a way of accommodating his disability....................

On the FAA’s Diversity and Inclusion webpage, the agency claimed, “Diversity is integral to achieving FAA’s mission of ensuring safe and efficient travel across our nation and beyond,” adding diversity is “critical.”......

However, my curiosity had never gone so far afield as to wonder about the amorous activities of that little bug. However, having a humorous as well as curious nature, I flippantly proposed a federal grant for the creation of a dental school for the blind. Dentistry was both financially and socially appealing, so why should those unfortunate individuals, lacking only sight, be deprived of the ability to become a member of my noble profession? Elon Musk Criticized by Civil Rights Groups Over Claim That Diversity Efforts Make Flying Less Safe -  David Ingram, NBC, January 10, 2024 - Tech billionaire Elon Musk drew a swift rebuke from two of the nation’s best known civil rights organizations Wednesday, after he criticized efforts by United Airlines and Boeing to hire nonwhite pilots and factory workers. The criticism came after Musk claimed in a series of posts on X that efforts to diversify workforces at those companies have made air travel less safe. He offered no evidence for the claim, and one of his replies directed attention to a post by someone else speculating about the IQ of Black airline employees. Marc Morial, president and CEO of the National Urban League, said Musk’s statements were “abhorrent and pathetic.” He noted that Tesla, where Musk is CEO, is being sued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for alleged abuse of Black employees, including claims of racial slurs and nooses found in the workplace. “Musk’s company not only refused to investigate complaints or take any steps to end the abuse, it viciously retaliated against employees who complained or opposed the abuse,” Morial said in a statement to NBC News, citing allegations from the suit.....................

The underlying idea is that if you give everyone a college diploma, they will reap the benefits of what used to take high-level natural talents and hard work. Their adoption has diminished the value of higher education, substantially raised its cost, saddled thousands of students with large college loans they will not be likely to repay because the course of study they chose will never result in the high salaries they imagined the receipt of a diploma would yield. Until these ludicrous notions took hold, the average IQ to perform at college level was 115 to 130. A wiseguy might say it’s really a simple IQ test, though a wise guy understands it’s a soul and sagacity test. DIE Training at University of Washington Forces White Staff to Answer How They Are Working ‘Every Day to Stop the Killing of Black People’  -  American News Jan 15, 2024  -  University of Washington Health in Seattle, Wash. has mandated its white employees to undergo extensive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training that forces them to yield positions of power to non-whites to atone for the racism that they were allegedly naturally born with, per documents obtained by End Wokeness and shared to X.  The DEI Training also requires white employees to learn how to be “antiracist” and forces them to provide examples of their so-called white privilege and fragility. It also instructs employees to take courses on unlearning the systemic racism that they were inherently born with, according to documents.................

Instead, the law paved the way for progressives to conquer the United States. It needs to go. A minor panic has broken out among the chattering class after a few conservative commentators showed an interest in questioning the civil rights revolution and its accompanying legal framework. Liberal and conservative publications alike have expressed grave concern that anyone might question the need for an oppressive bureaucracy that has spent trillions of dollars and wielded unprecedented state power to detect the slightest amount of wrongthink in the public and private sectors. While the ideological core of wokeness may have involved a heavy dose of cultural Marxism, the juridical and moral vehicle used to advance the ideology was clearly civil rights law. The fear of being called mean names has driven conservatives away from many critical battles, but if the right cannot face the fact that civil rights law has played a central role in the destruction of the nation, then the movement simply has no future.............
