Only Once In 6,000 Years

To the Marxist Democrats and their Republican enablers, bad programs can simply not be admitted to for any reason, even the ones that do more harm than good

In the 6,000 years of recorded human history various versions of governments have risen and fallen over and over again.  Only once in human history was a government formed that was based on self-governing by the people to be governed.  Only once in 6,000 years was a government formed with the guaranteed right of each individual to pursue life, liberty, and happiness.  Only once in the existence of humankind was a government created that intentionally limited the power of government rather than limit the power of the people being governed.

We’ve all heard the concept that the road to hell is paved with good intentions

“If an angel should be winged from Heaven, on an errand of mercy to our country, the first accents that would glow on his lips would be, Beware! Be cautious! You have everything to lose; nothing to gain. We live under the only government that ever existed which was framed by the unrestrained and deliberate consultations of the people. Miracles do not cluster. That which has happened but once in six thousand years cannot be expected to happen often. Such a government, once gone, might leave a void, to be filled, for ages, with revolution and tumult, riot and despotism.”~ Daniel Webster

The Founding Fathers, in their wisdom, struck upon a formula that had never been tried before in human history.  And, so far, it has yet to be successfully duplicated even after seeing the tremendous success and prosperity of the United States of America.  For any body to ascend from a mere idea to the greatest force for good the earth has ever seen in less than 200 years is truly unique. And to have this nation contribute treasure and the blood of its citizens to aid other nations without expectation of rewards is God’s second best gift to the world.

Now in 2021, elements within the nation have been systematically trying to destroy this gift of God as they tied to destroy His Son over 2,000 years ago.  Sadly, the only reason for this is that these agents of Satan want nothing more than to satisfy their lust for power.

“Good intentions will always be pleaded, for every assumption of power; but they cannot justify it ... It is hardly too strong to say, that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intention, real or pretended.”Daniel Webster

We’ve all heard the concept that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.  That was the very system employed by the Marxists to gain the position they have attained in the United States government today.  It started with the “good intentions” of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, when his government began buying off the voters.  First with work programs and with a thing called “Social Security,” which they claimed would “never” exceed 1% of a person’s pay check. Then there are the good intentioned programs the Marxists/Democrats started in 1960s and 1970s, and of course, we can’t forget ObamaCare.  None of these programs have ever met the objective they were designed for and more than one have been utter failures, yet they are never killed off.  To the Marxist Democrats and their Republican enablers, bad programs can simply not be admitted to for any reason, even the ones that do more harm than good.

I’ll leave you with these words of Daniel Webster:

“That which has happened but once in six thousand years cannot be expected to happen often. Such a government, once gone, might leave a void, to be filled, for ages, with revolution and tumult, riot and despotism.” Daniel Webster

“Nothing will ruin the country if the people themselves will’ undertake its safety, and nothing can save it, if they leave that safety in any hands but their own.” Daniel Webster
