Head-Spinning Stupidity: You Only Want Your Guns Because You’re Racist

Liberals are always twisting themselves in knots trying to find ways to demonize gun owners and anyone they disagree with in general. Now under the guise of “new research” comes the idea that opposition to gun control is because of white resentment of minorities. The idea and the articles really are funny, in a sad way. The Washington Post breathlessly said that researchers “found that whites were significantly less likely to support gun control measures when they had recently looked at pictures of black people, than when they had looked at pictures of white people.”

By the logic of these “researchers” white gun owners in those states must spend much of their time looking at photos of blacks to fuel their opposition to gun control just to satisfy liberal researchers looking for evidence to support their preconceived conclusions. The logical flaw in that statement apparently was not evident to the intrepid staff at the Post, so anxious were they to have their preconceptions affirmed. According to this idiotic world view, whites will only support gun control if they are actively looking at pictures of black people. If only they would stop looking at those photos, things would be better for the country! When they only look at pictures of white people, support for gun control goes up, according to the Post.

My Take - One thing has become so abundantly clear it should be obvious to the most casual observer.  When people are constantly being labeled as racists no matter what they do, no matter how hard they try to avoid being a racist eventually they will give up trying and act accordingly. However, the word racist is so misused it's startling. 

The word racist means you dislike someone simply because they belong to another race - and Islam isn't a race. Is it possible many whites don't like blacks simply because of the way they act? To dislike a person - or a group of people - because of the way they act is normal, it's rational, it's judgmental - and that's the normal functioning of the mind, and it isn't automatically wrong! We really need to get that!

So that brings us to the word prejudice. The word prejudice means to prejudge. The fact of the of the matter is whites aren't prejudging blacks.  To dislike any group for the way they act isn't prejudice or racism.  It's evaluation!  And black society in America has been found wanting. Black America has a 70% illegitimacy rate, blacks commit a massive amount of crimes per-ratio to their population, blacks kill the vast majority of other blacks, black on white crime is massively higher than white on black crime, including violent beatings, rape, murder and theft. So how is disliking that kind of behavior racist or prejudice?

Okay, well I guess that's discrimination, right? Discrimination is another word that's unending misused.  To be discriminating means being judgmentmental based on likes or dislikes. Can it be unfair? Sure, but so what?  Who wrote the book of fair? Why is it "wrong" to have likes and dislikes, especially when those dislikes are based on real world actions that are so obviously destructive for those living among blacks, including other blacks. Let's see a show of hands of how many white liberal politicians live in those neighborhoods!

White liberals pushing this 'racist' agenda are the real racists because it's fueling behavior in the black community that's historically been so destructive!  White liberals aren't only racists, prejudiced, and discriminatory - their actions are so destructive they can't be construed as anything but treasonous.
