Don't just sit there, do something!
That's a commonly used phrase to encourage action. Observing life going by and doing nothing will result in nothing done. Observation is important, but that isn't enough, provided getting things done correctly is important to y0u. Active engagement to find solutions and making contributions is what's necessary to get things done, and more often than not when taking on deeply entrenched forces the qualities necessary are guts, fortitude, patience, and long suffering, because time and truth are on the same side.

Suspending Habeas Corpus?
Habeas corpus is about a detained person appearing before the court so it can be determined if their confinement is legal. Translated, the phrase means: “you shall have the body.”
With Communist Democrats doing their best to keep illegal alien invaders inside our borders, there is chatter (trial balloons?) regarding President Trump suspending habeas corpus. To do this, the President would likely state that the United States has been INVADED by illegal aliens. (And we have been thanks to Joe Biden!) The writ of habeas corpus has been suspended FOUR times in our nation’s history: 1) Parts of the United States that were in rebellion during the Civil War. 2) Eleven South Carolina counties that were under threat of the Ku Klux Klan during Reconstruction following the Civil War. 3) Two provinces in the Philippines in 1905 when the Philippines were a U.S. territory. 4) Hawaii following Japan’s bombing of Pearl Harbor. MAGA: Make Alcatraz Great Again One of San Francisco’s major tourist attractions (besides counting homeless tents and feces on the sidewalk) is Alcatraz. President Trump has promoted the idea of returning the 22-acre island to a prison for the worst of the worst. It would be a perfect location since it is just one mile offshore from one of the worst of the worst American progressive cities. Here is some history about the island:- Its name comes from the Spanish word for pelicans: Alcatraces, given in 1775 by Spanish explorer Juan Manuel de Ayala.
- During the 1850s, the island was a military fort and had the first lighthouse on the West Coast.
- Confederate prisoners and Yankees accused of treason were kept in Alcatraz during the Civil War.
- In the early 1900s, it was a military prison.
- In 1934, it was converted to a federal prison, designed for the “worst of the worst.”
- Although it was just one mile offshore, everything (from prisoners to guards to food) had to be shipped by boat. Its high maintenance costs resulted in closing Alcatraz in 1963.
- Native Americans illegally occupied the prison for 19 months starting in 1969.

In 1972, Alcatraz became part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. More than 1.2 million people visit the island every year.
Rebuild and Open Alcatraz! For too long, America has been plagued by vicious, violent, and repeat Criminal Offenders, the dregs of society, who will never contribute anything other than Misery and Suffering. When we were a more serious Nation, in times past, we did not hesitate to lock up the most dangerous criminals and keep them far away from anyone they could harm. That’s the way it’s supposed to be.
No longer will we tolerate these Serial Offenders who spread filth, bloodshed, and mayhem on our streets. That is why, today, I am directing the Bureau of Prisons, together with the Department of Justice, FBI, and Homeland Security, to reopen a substantially enlarged and rebuilt ALCATRAZ, to house America’s most ruthless and violent Offenders.
We will no longer be held hostage to criminals, thugs, and Judges that are afraid to do their job and allow us to remove criminals, who came into our Country illegally. The reopening of ALCATRAZ will serve as a symbol of Law, Order, and JUSTICE.
