An Independent Judiciary Would Be Wonderful, But We Don't Have One

The only legitimate judiciary is an independent one because only an independent judiciary has any right to issue decisions. A judiciary that is just an arm of an ideological movement is an abomination whose only function is abusing the law to promote its cause.

Such a judiciary is entirely illegitimate, unconstitutional, and the only one that we actually have.
