NJ 2nd Graders Taught ‘Allah Loves Those Who Make Themselves Clean’
Imagine you are the non-Muslim parent of a 7-8 year-old who just started second grade and learned that your child was being taught verses from the Quran. As Christian parent, how would you react? I know I would be outraged and at the school in heart beat demanding answers and changes.
Then how would you feel if school officials just shrugged it off as innocent mistake by a newer teacher who was just filling in for a regular instructor?
That’s what happened to Chris Sharpe who’s second grade daughter showed him what they were studying in class when he saw the quote ‘Allah loves those who make themselves clean’ in her school lessons.
