New York Attorney General’s Shifting Approach to Climate Pro[er]secution

Very few of the 17 attorneys general who joined New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman’s AGs United for Clean Power press conference in March are following through with plans to persecute ExxonMobil and nonprofit groups that are skeptical about the supposed dangers of human-caused climate change.
