Barack Obama delivered his valedictory address before the United Nations General Assembly.
It sounded like the opening speech in his campaign to become secretary general of the U.N. Obama envisions a new dawn for globalism, though it might be high noon.  In his overlong and lecturing speech, the president revealed what he meant when he said he sought to fundamentally transform America.
