Illegal immigrant activist, Adolfo Tony Yapias-Delgado, is the director of Proyecto Latino de Utah, whose maintained that Mexicans aren’t rapists. Yet he was arrested this spring for raping his ex-girlfriend– and illegal immigrant. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 27, 2016. Ten days after he was dumped,Yapias-Delgado went to his ex’s home and forced himself on her. She was afraid to report the assault because of her non-citizen status, of which he was well aware.
