Rep. Moore: Drug Tests For Tax Filers With Itemized Deductions

(CNSNews.com) - Rep. Gwen Moore (D-Wis.) has introduced the "Top 1% Accountability Act of 2016", requiring drug testing for all tax filers claiming itemized deductions in any year over $150,000. In a press release on the measure, Moore says she is deeply offended that there is a stigma surrounding those who depend on government benefits, “Republicans across the country continue to implement discriminatory policies that criminalize the less fortunate and perpetuate false narratives about the most vulnerable among us.”.......To Read More....
My Take - She goes on to say she's deeply concerned and offended. No....she's deeply disturbed....mentally. The fact of the matter is these people are living on benefits from the work and efforts of others, and many of them have never had a job in all of their lives. If you're the one paying the bills you have the right to make the rules, and if those paying the bills demand those living off their largess demand to know if they're on drugs - then so bit it. If that offends them - then they can refuse to accept those benefits. If these are false naratives then there's nothing to fear. However, If they're on drugs they can't get work, won't work, and in point of fact should be in jail. But the real question everyone should really be asking this: Since this woman is such an obvious blithering idiot - just how stupid are the constituents who elect her?
