(March 22, 2014) is the first anniversary of Antonio Santiago's murder. His mother, Sherry West,
says his death has changed her life forever.
The 13-month-old was shot and killed while on a neighborhood stroll with
West. De'Marquise Elkins, 18, is serving a life sentence for the murder. A
