Although the news media and Hollywood relish telling stories about horrific crimes and serial killers, they are strangely silent about Dr. Kermit Gosnell, an abortionist who killed living, viable babies by snipping their spinal cords with scissors, and who is “America’s most prolific serial killer,” said actor Kevin Sorbo and his wife Sam Jenkins in a video to promote funding for a movie about Gosnell.
“Kermit Gosnell is America’s most prolific serial killer,” says Kevin Sorbo, who starred in the TV series Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. “For more than three decades he was an abortion doctor in Philadelphia, where he delivered live, viable babies, who cried and fought for their life before he murdered them by severing their spinal cords with a scissors. He called it snipping. It’s the crime of the century, but most of the media and Hollywood have ignored the story.”.....To Read and See More.... Much More.....

McElhinney and McAleer are developing a true crime drama film about abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell,[3][26] who was convicted on three of the murder charges, 21 felony counts of illegal late-term abortion, and 211 counts of violating the 24-hour informed consent law, May 2013. The murder charges related to a patient who died while under his care and seven newborns said to have been killed after being born alive during attempted abortions.[27] The current film project is called the Gosnell Movie, and it has raised more than $2.3 million on Indiegogo as of June 26, 2015.[28][29][30] On Friday, 9 May 2014, the filmmakers, McElhinney and McAleer, announced that they had hit their funding goal for the movie and that the movie will be made.[31] The Gosnell movie project has raised more money than any other movie project in Indiegogo history.[31] During the fundraising period the project received endorsements from Hollywood actors such as Kevin Sorbo.[31] Crowdfund Insider has called the Gosnell movie project the "Most Successfully Funded Campaign on Indiegogo".[32] The campaign received contributions from 28,181 donors.[32][33] Andrew Klavan has been hired to be the screenwriter for the movie.[34] Nick Searcy will direct and John Sullivan is the executive producer.[1]
