You Won’t Believe How This Federal Court Just Ruled on Concealed Carry

In a 7-4 decision by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, it was ruled that concealed carry is not a right covered in the 2^nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. California is known for its stringent gun control laws. As a “may issue” state, local authorities can judge whether or not to issue concealed carry permits to applicants. Obtaining a concealed carry permit is easier in the more rural counties compared with larger urban areas such as San Francisco and Los Angeles.
