What happens if the EU or the IMF decides Greece should have complete debt forgiveness? Spain, Italy and Portugal are waiting in the wings.

 

Well then - hey EU/IMF I have a loan I would really like forgiven - can you give me a hand? After all, how am I expected to repay a debt on a loan arrangement I willingly entered into and still have money for a good time?

 

I hope you're not going to start with all that "responsibility" and "integrity" crapola on me? This is a wonderful opportunity for you to demonstrate capitalism has a heart and relieve me of any responsibility while never questioning my integrity! See - Problem solved.

 

Oh, by the way. To show what a good fellow I am, I still want to be a customer. I saw this really hot Mercedes Benz at the dealership yesterday and I'm going to need a loan to buy it. Since I no longer have to repay a loan, which was a clear act of Corporate Social Irresponsibility on the bank’s part, I can afford it now. When can I expect the check.
