Praying Versus Looting

There will be much written and said in the months ahead regarding the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Among the leading takeaways is proof that we are two distinct nations under one flag sharing the same territory. A beloved conservative is murdered weeks before his 31st birthday and supporters throughout the United States hold prayer vigils. His wife speaks to the nation through tears about his life devoted to faith, family and country. Whether you met Charlie Kirk or only knew him through his events, you cried and prayed.

However, when something happens that upsets liberals (such as a drugged criminal dying while resisting arrest), major cities burn, stores are looted, and innocent people are attacked or killed.

We are not the same.

Patriots are tired of repeatedly being told we must continue to be one nation when in reality we aren’t. Our values do not align, and they are growing further apart every day.

As Steve Bannon said on his program:

“Anybody telling you we need to embrace Democrats is lying to you. We’re not going to embrace them, we’re going to defeat them.”

And Wayne Allyn Root wrote:

“Don’t let Charlie’s death depress you, weaken you, or stop you from fighting. Use it to motivate you to win this battle of good vs evil. To destroy the evil demons on the left. Yes, they really are demonic. Yes, they really are possessed. These people on the left aren’t normal. They hate America. They hate us. And they want us dead. They’ve made that clear. We won’t hurt them, or kill them. That’s not us. But let’s end their political careers. And end their hold on power. Forever. In memory of Charlie.”
