Now, For the World as I See It!
I've linked a lot of pieces over the years about the EU and their embrace of economic, ethnic, and cultural suicide, and it's been so obvious J.D. Vance's comments about Europe shouldn't have shocked anyone when in February he went way off script.... at least their script.... and read them the riot act saying.
“The threat that I worry the most about vis-à-vis Europe is not Russia. It’s not China. It’s the retreat of Europe from some of its most fundamental values.” Europe, according to Vance, had become hostile to free speech. It was hostile to free speech because it was hostile to democracy. And you could measure its hostility to democracy by the fact that for 50 years European voters had kept asking for less immigration and had kept getting more of it. Vance admitted that it reminded him a bit of the United States........He has been particularly critical of Germany.......[where] the AfD was kept out of the Munich Security Conference, so Vance went out and met with their leader, Alice Weidel. In so doing, he waded into a live controversy..........
It's interesting that seven AfD candidates have died just ahead of the local German elections, with the official position being there's no evidence of chicanery and this isn't uncommon, but statistically, that borders on impossible. Well, if this isn't uncommon, why is it in the course of my life I've never seen that number of candidates die just before and election and why is it they were all from one party? The party challenging the ruling party.
While there were benefits in the creation of the EU, it's steadily been destroying national sovereignty turning Europe's nations into "whimpering, simpering, dysfunctional shadows of the proud nations they once were." They're censoring any kind of speech that fails to tout the official line, and in point of fact, speaking your mind in the EU, and the UK can get you arrested. Europe is foundationally socialist, and they hate free speech.
Britain is not the land of the free, and the recent arrest of Irish comedian Graham Linehan has stirred up a hornet's nest to the point even Farage has weighed in on this. Britain is reaching a flash point over the leftist tyranny of this leftist Labour government, and the incompetent Tory governments that preceded them. If they can force the Parliament to be dissolved there will be new elections, and Farage will be the new Prime Minister, and he says he will not form a coalition government as none of the others can be trusted to do what needs to be done to save England, including mass deportations.
I've posted pieces about the Scottish Ax Girl who defended she and her younger sister from a sexual molester, and the police went after her and the predator walked. Well, that really stirred up the nation's emotions, and now the police discovered their real duty charging a man and woman in this incident. Well, who knows, they might actually stop arresting the hundreds of people they've gone after for daring to say what everyone else is thinking, and know to be true. Nah.. the police, the courts, the bureaucracy is corrupt to the core and it will take an even bigger political explosion than Trump has been in the US to start fixing the UK.
According to Liam Calnan the UK's Labour Party has already lost out with their approval ratings at 20% due to their disastrous policies involving social, economic, and migration issues, taxes, health care reform, which the Brits had foolishly hoped would be addressed "after 14 years of [the so-called] Conservatives’ apathy."
Winston Churchill once gave a speech saying

Angela Merkel was a absolute disaster for Europe and in particular Germany, and it should have been obvious to the most casual observer the outcome of her polices would be disastrous, yet the German people kept putting her into office. Well, Germany is in deep, deep trouble as are result of her schemes, and yet she has no regrets, and recently even insisted more immigrants needs to be brought in to .... and get this.... save Europe.
Here's the reality of her idiocy, Germany enters the economic doom loop. Disasters such as this all start slowing, and then instantly as their failures metastasize and then cascade like an avalanche gaining destructive momentum as it moves downward. That's Germany, and much of Europe.
Western civilization has been playing an international game of RISK with the Muslim world. All this is like two chess players competing and one of them is trying to watch television at the same time as he plays chess. He loses. That's the history lesson the west needs to start paying attention to. Islam never really goes away. As this article explains the Battle of Tours in 732, and the siege of Vienna in 1653 western civilization based on Christian values and ethics knew they were facing an implacable enemy that needed to be defeated. Apparently all these western "leaders" never read a history book.
Leftists, always sure, rarely right, and never regret the disasters they leave in their wake. Obama is all up on Mamdani and reparations. Given the recent intelligence being released, that's not what he should be concerned about.
Remember when South Africa's racist thug leader Ramaphosa met with Trump has had his butt chewed off over the issue of white African farmers being murdered and their land stolen, and called the whites cowards who fled to America to keep from being murdered. Well refusing to sit and wait to be murdered isn't cowardice, it's survival. Now he's once again demonstrated he's the same murderous racist thug he's always been praising Zimbabwe’s murderous land reform and displacement of white farmers. There's a reason Trump has considered resettling 40,000 white South Africans in America. Their lives depend on it. But the UN never seems to think the mass murder of whites is genocide.
There's a reason why the Republican party is called the stupid party. Five Republicans join Dems to stop censure of LaMonica McIver:
Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., sponsored a resolution that would have condemned McIver’s actions in May and removed her from her position on the House Homeland Security Committee. The House voted 215-207 to table the measure, with Republican Reps. Don Bacon and Mike Flood of Nebraska, Dave Joyce and Mike Turner of Ohio, and David Valadao of California voting against the censure along with all Democrats. Rep. Andrew Garbarino, R-N.Y., and Rep. Nathaniel Moran, R-Texas, voted present.
Remember, she was charged with physically assaulting federal agents, and the video's show...she's guilty. Yet the reasons given by Republicans who voted against censure didn't seem to matter when they ousted George Santos before he was found guilty. Not censure, kicked out, a bit of gutless hypocrisy, don't you think? And now, the Squad’s Tlaib is facing censure for "calling for the destruction of the state of Israel and by dangerously promoting terrorism and extremism, while Israeli and American hostages remain in terrorist captivity.”
Will it happen? No, the same invertebrates who refused to censure McIver will stink up the place again.
If they don't get their heads on right the Republicans could lose the Senate, as RINO Senator Cassidy is sinking, as Louisiana risks becoming the next Nebraska. Remember when John McCain was chosen to be the Republican nominee in 2000 and lost? It was estimated he lost because over five million conservatives simply refused to vote for him. They'd watched the leftist Rockefeller Republican candidates destroying the nation, and that was the defining moment for what would become the MAGA movement. Conservatives, at least a substantial number of them, will simply not voter for any Republican who isn't a solid conservative, and since it appears the Republican leadership in every state is dominated by RINO's that may cost them the Congress.
In Trump's seven months as President he's exposed what must be described as either gross incompetence or treason, I go for both, and has been dismantling all the sacred icons of leftism:
Green New Deal subsidies, the diversity/equity/inclusion industry, biological males competing in women's sports, and the USAID revolving door--are either comatose or in their death throes. The historic drop-off in military recruitment reversed shortly after Trump took office. Republican voter registration is up, and Democratic registration is down. Abroad, Trump finds remarkable successes.
As a result, there's an effort to make it legal to give President Trump a third term, and that just ain't gonna happen. A massive waste of time as it would take a Constitutional Amendment. That kind of effort needs to be put into passing an amendment to place age and term limits on the federal judiciary. That would be a much bigger fix than having Trump serving a third term.
The judiciary is filled with political hacks, and not so very bright political hacks, and I'm referencing Justice Jackson. In all of my 79 years I've never, ever, seen this happen before. In the past Justices would dispute views, but never saw where SCOTUS justices issued what's being called a "scathing rebuke of Associate Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson" saying:
We will not dwell on Justice Jackson's argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself. We observe only this: Justice Jackson decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary,"........ "Justice Jackson would do well to heed her own admonition: [E]veryone, from the President on down, is bound by law.”...... That goes for judges too.....
Rhetoric aside, Justice Jackson's position is difficult to pin down. She might be arguing that universal injunctions are appropriate—even required—whenever the defendant is part of the Executive Branch,.......If so, her position goes far beyond the mainstream defense of universal injunctions." "As best we can tell, though, her argument is more extreme still, because its logic does not depend on the entry of a universal injunction: Justice Jackson appears to believe that the reasoning behind any court order demands universal adherence,” at least where the Executive is concerned......
And we're shocked she's proven to be an idiot? Two more things about this. Where are the comments by other far left justices defending her? There are none! I would like to see what former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, who's related to her through marriage, and praised her when she was nominated thinks now, because it's clear all.... and I mean all... the other justices think she's an idiot, including Sotomayor. In fact she may like Jackson since now she's no longer the dimmest wit on that bench.
The federal judiciary is in a state of sedition, and the media is giving them a platform to promote their sedition, presumably without consequence.
NBC News gave a dozen federal judges an anonymous platform on Thursday to harshly attack the Supreme Court’s handling of cases revolving around President Donald Trump’s agenda. In the article, “In rare interviews, federal judges criticize Supreme Court’s handling of Trump cases,” NBC News cited 12 judges who were “frustrated” that the highest court continues to overturn lower court rulings in favor of Trump “with little to no explanation.” Ten of those judges accused the justices of behaving inexcusably” by allegedly “assisting” the administration.
America in is serious need of a 28th Amendment!
Here are doable fixes that need to be addressed that don't require a change in the Constitution:
- Med students should be chosen by merit, not by DIE - We’re supposed to be past the age of legalized racial discrimination in college admissions. But old habits DIE hard.
- Do not renew Renewable Fuel Standard - Americans don’t have time for these political games in the marketplace.
I have a lot more sitting in my draft file that needs to be added, but that will have to wait for another day.
