NEW YORK CITY: A dying city thanks to Democrats
Truckers, businesses and hopefully all Patriots will start avoiding crime-ridden New York City following the lawfare ruling by fanatical New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron. From Armstrong Economics:
“The Rule of Law has completely collapsed in New York City. It is no longer investment grade for there is no possible way to secure your property.”
Grant Cardone, CEO of Cardone Capitol, ordered his underwriters to stop doing business in the Big (rotten) Apple:
“Dear Cardone Capital team, Immediately discontinue ALL underwriting on New York City real estate. The risk outweigh the opportunities at this time. Recent political decisions will continue to deteriorate price and benefit states that don’t have these challenges. Focus on Texas & Florida.”
Kevin O’Leary – “Mr. Wonderful” on Shark Tank; real estate investor (Fox Bz)
“This award, I mean, just leaving the whole Trump thing out of it and seeing what occurred here … And I’m no different than any other investor, I’m shocked at this. I can’t even understand or fathom the decision at all. There’s no rationale for it. It was already on the top of the list of being a loser state. I would never invest in New York now. And I’m not the only person saying that.”
Even before the ridiculous ruling, New York City was an impossible city for many businesses. In “Trump’s Historic Civil Fraud Trial Ruling Could Spur an NY Business Exodus,” Charles Gasparino writes in the New York Post:
This is exactly why Goldman Sachs is moving asset-management jobs to Texas; hedge funds are bolting to Florida; private equity titans like Blackstone shifting operations to Miami. More than $2 trillion in assets from the companies leaving the city and state for somewhere that isn’t here over the past four-plus years, I am told. Expect even more to leave because they see the cost of doing business in what’s happening to Trump.
Why did a demonic judge in a failing city like New York make this outlandish judgement? Maybe it was more than the judge’s obvious hatred of Donald Trump, displayed throughout the trial in the judge’s vivid facial expressions showing disgust along with his biased comments. Could the judgement have been to help the city pay for the massive influx of illegal alien invaders aka future Democrat voters?
During the American Revolution War, our new government printed money. However, printing money was meaningless without assets to back the currency. Following America’s Declaration of Independence from Great Britain, the assets of colonialists who supported the king were confiscated. Just as Democrats in New York seek to confiscate the assets of Republican Donald Trump … could one reason be to use the money for government giveaways to illegal alien invaders (and future Democrat voters)?
GEORGE SOROS: Expanding his radio empire
Try as they might, throughout the years, liberals have not been able to succeed with their version of “liberal talk radio.” Currently, 91 percent of talk radio is conservative. In 2004, Air America premiered as the liberal alternative, but it only lasted until 2010.
But that might be changing.
Leftist (and some say communist) billionaire George Soros has filed the paperwork to purchase a large chunk of Audacy radio’s $415 million senior debt, which will make Soros Fund Management the largest stakeholder. Audacy is the nation’s second-largest radio company with 220 stations nationwide. The number one U.S. radio broadcaster is iHeartMedia with more than 860 live broadcast stations in 160 markets across the United States.
In 2022, Soros took over 18 Spanish language radio stations when his company purchased Latino Media Network.
How talk radio started.
In 1949, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) authorized the Fairness Doctrine. This required radio and television stations to offer both sides of every issue. In 1987, the FCC abolished the Fairness Doctrine. That allowed radio and television stations to offer programming without needing a contrasting viewpoint.
At about the same time that the FCC lifted the Fairness Doctrine, more cars were being manufactured with AM-FM radios as standard equipment rather than just AM radios. Also portable radios featured more FM stations. People discovered that the music they had been listening to on AM radio stations sounded much better on FM. As listeners switched to FM, AM stations needed something to keep their audiences. Having talk show hosts speak on issues of the day and encourage listeners to call in with comments, was the start of talk radio.
Rush Limbaugh, credited with pioneering conservative talk radio, passed away three years ago this month. Rush will always be the gold standard for other radio talk show hosts. In 2019, he had over 15 million people listening to his show every week, making him the most popular talk-radio show host in America.
Today, there are more platforms than radio and television for finding conservative programming. Their choices include cable, podcasts on various platforms, X/Twitter, to name a few. But AM talk radio remains a potent voice for conservatism.
George Soros, who has weaved so much destruction throughout the United States and other Western nations, surely hopes to advance insane leftist/communist propaganda through his radio networks. INTEREST: That’s where most of the government's money goes
Congress keeps sending billions of dollars to Ukraine to protect their borders, but does nothing for our own borders. Maybe Russia President Vladimir Putin isn’t wrong when he told Tucker Carlson that Ukraine is a satellite nation of the United States. Where is Joey and Congress getting the money anyway? This year, the U.S. government will pay $870 BILLION in INTEREST on the federal debt. That’s more than the $766 BILLION budgeted for defense.
You’re probably thinking that Uncle Sam needs to reduce the budget. Isn’t that what most people would do if they had a lot of debt and not enough money to pay down their bills? Good luck with that. Currently, 70 percent of the budget is on mandatory obligations such as Social Security, Medicare, federal retirement programs, veteran programs, etc. The key word is “mandatory.” That means those programs can’t be touched.
The national debt is $34 TRILLION and growing!!!
SPEAKING OF MONEY ...
As our government seeks more control over what we do, say, and purchase, there will be more emphasis on becoming a cashless society and only using digital currency. Were this to happen, there would be absolutely no privacy regarding your purchases. Moreover, digital currency would allow Big Brother to track everything you buy.
That also means the government could restrict purchases and we’re not just talking about destroying the Second Amendment, by not letting us buy guns. What if Uncle Sam, to reduce health costs, won’t let you buy certain foods or drinks that it deems are bad for you, based on your recent medical tests? (Tests the government would require doctors to submit to a specific agency.) What if you refuse to let your child be mutilated to change genders and they won’t give you access to your money?
Some say going cashless will reduce crime, but much of the theft has been in stores where thugs go in and steal merchandise.
Small businesses that now have many cash sales would have all their sales by debit and credit card, thus they would have to pay more in fees.
For digital currency to work, people would need access to the internet. Broadband in rural areas aren’t on a par with metropolitan cities. What if there is a natural disaster or cyber-attack where no one could get to their money? Or the government decides to debank citizens with opposing political views, as the Canadian government did when truckers protested COVID mandates.
President Trump has voiced opposition to a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) since it would give the federal government complete control over every American’s money. Trump said: “They could take your money, and you wouldn’t even know it’s gone. This would be a dangerous threat to our freedom.”
NIKKI HALEY: Is she part of the Biden Campaign?
On February 21, Democrat Nikki Haley announced that she would remain in the Republican primary no matter what the results of the February 24 South Carolina primary. Doesn’t Haley know that the goal is to WIN primary elections? On the DEMOCRAT side, every time globalist loser Nikki Haley gives an interview or speech, the Biden campaign has another ad ready to go. Speaking about Democrats, Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung told Axios in a statement: "It's not a coincidence that she's their best surrogate." Haley must think that LOSING is the goal. To date, she has lost to President Donald Trump in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, Michigan, U.S. Virgin Islands, and her home state of South Carolina with an embarrassing loss. Maybe it’s time for the Haley campaign to hear from you:

Kennedy, Jr. A December Quinnipiac poll gave RFK 40 percent versus 11 percent from those 65+. In the same poll, RFK leads both Donald Trump and Joe Biden by 1 percent for registered voters under 45.

TALKING TO DEMOCRATS: Two stories
Two Patriot Neighbors readers shared examples of reaching out to Democrats and how it made a difference. While both incidents occurred in southern California, this could have been anywhere in the United States. If you are in a red state, it’s important to keep the state red; don’t assume it always will be. (California and Colorado were once red states.)
JUDY D.—ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
I was canvassing in my city and given a list of Republicans and instructed to knock on their doors. However, it was getting cumbersome looking at the list and checking addresses, so I decided to knock on every door and talk about the Republican candidates and what Republicans stand for. Obviously, some Democrats didn’t want to talk to me, but one woman when I first engaged her, she told me she was a Democrat and I said that was okay.
Instead of challenging her, I asked a few questions such as about transgender lifestyles being promoted in schools and children being allowed to change their gender without parental notification. Each time, she answered that she was against these things. But I shared they were happening … here … where we live.
She looked at me and asked, “How did we get here?” I told her the Republicans were outnumbered in the State Senate and the State Assembly, that we could not stop any bills or stop any taxes. She said she would vote for the candidate I was canvassing for. Encouraged, I asked her if she would vote the entire Republican ticket and she said yes and would tell her husband.
I think that when Republicans knock on doors, they should knock on everyone’s door and politely talk to them about the issues.

Thank you for the voting guides in your latest newsletter. Many people in my church know that I am politically active and at every election they ask me to put together a voter’s guide for the issues and candidates on the ballot in our community. Last Sunday I was speaking to a group of people at my church and explaining how the recommendations on my current voting guide reflect our conservative Christian views. (Of course, I am recommending Trump for president). One of the women at the table (who I know has been a lifetime Democrat) told me that she was switching parties to Republican because of how I explained the issues. We can all do something to make a difference and influence others. Keep up the great work with your newsletter.
WHO TO VOTE FOR? Find an organization or person you trust
We keep adding to the voter guide list!
On some races and propositions, you know how you’re going to vote. But there are other races where you aren’t sure who to vote for. Find an organization or individual that overall shares your political views and look at their recommendations. Deborah Pauly, Esq., President of Conservative Patriots of Orange County, has some suggestions regarding endorsements and recommendations:
“An endorsement or recommendation should mean something. Picking the least onerous of the two options is not a recommendation. It is simply settling. Conservatives have been “settling” for the “lesser of two evils” for a long time and our situation continues to degrade. There are many “Sham Voter Guides” that do nothing more than parrot official Republican Party swamp endorsements. They present themselves as independent, when they are merely rubber stamps. Some of them have never met the candidates.
“At what point do we finally say enough is enough? Refuse to contribute to the swamp. Let’s drain it! This isn’t a game of football where we are cheering for red v blue. This is about the governance and continued vibrancy of our Constitutional Republic.
“Do NOT vote Early! Do NOT vote by mail! Vote in person! Vote on Election Day! Vote by paper ballot!”

As a reminder, there are some races where your ballot might read: “Vote for up to ___ candidates.” We recommend just voting for the candidates you support even if it’s less than the total number allowed. This increases the chances your preferred candidate(s) wins.

ARE WE NOW A RADICAL SOCIALIST NATION? Some recent events that make us wonder if the republic can be saved.
MISSOURI—Did you know that it’s racist to call someone a thug, even if that someone shoots and murders people? During the Kansas City parade to celebrate the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win, there was a shooting that resulted in one death. Missouri Republican Governor Mike Parson used the word “thugs” to describe the shooters. The governor said: “We can’t let some thugs just take over and ruin what happened.”
Kansas City Democrat Mayor Quinton Lucas claimed that the word “thugs” is a “dog whistle.” During a KCUR interview on Up to Date, Democrat Lucas said:
“I have respect for the governor. We get along well. I disagree strongly with how he would describe that situation. I certainly do think this was criminal activity. It was lawlessness, and I think that that’s troubling. But ‘thugs’ is a dog whistle in the most classic sense.”
This is another example of radical socialists trying to advance their backwards positions by changing the meaning of words. For instance, undocumented workers instead of illegal alien invaders. Or, unhoused for homeless.

USA—Republican Ohio Representative Jim Jordan chairs the Congressional Select Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. He recently revealed that the Department of Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) warned financial institutions to flag “extremism indicator” transactions where words like MAGA, TRUMP, CAPITOL, BIBLE, were involved.
Doesn’t this sound communist? The East German STATIS (secret police) would have been so proud of American government agencies. According to the subcommittee, the federal government:
“… urged large financial institutions to comb through the private transactions of their customers for suspicious charges on the basis of protected political and religious expression.”
INTERNATIONAL
GREECE: This beautiful Mediterranean oasis became the first Orthodox Christian nation to legalize same-sex marriage. Of course, it’s not good enough for the alphabet side. They have criticized the new law for not going far enough.
IS THE TIDE TURNING TO FREEDOM?
With our prayers and involvement, we must have hope of saving our republic. Let’s look at some recent wins that show the tide might be turning in the direction of Conservative Judeo-Christian values. However, we need Republican LEADERSHIP, which seems to be in short supply.
NATIONAL MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY—The National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s statement following the firing of 90-year-old California VOLUNTEER Fran Itkoff because she breached its diversity and inclusion policy after she was asked to use someone’s pronouns and didn’t know what the other person was talking about was pure crap. Itkoff had been a volunteer for 60 YEARS! Her late husband ran the Long Beach-Lakewood chapter prior to his death.
Emails, phone calls, letters and negative publicity forced the MS Society to issue this statement:
“We realize now that we made a mistake, and we should have had more conversations with Fran before making this decision. Over her 60 years of volunteer service, Fran has been a committed champion for our cause. While we acted at the time with the best intentions, we did not have clear protocols in place. We should have spent more time with Fran to help her understand why, as an organization, we are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive movement where everyone has equal access to the care, connections, and support they need to live their best lives.”
Sorry, but in our opinion, the MS Society’s statement is pure bullshit. The MS Society did not apologize for their insane woke policy, but apologized for not better explaining their insane woke apology. HUNGARY: Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has publicly endorsed Donald Trump for president. In the video titled “The Name of Peace is Trump!” Orbán said re-electing Trump would help finding peace in Eastern Europe. From the video: “We can’t interfere in the elections of other countries, but we really want President Donald Trump to return to the White House and make peace here in Eastern Europe. It is time for another Make America Great Again presidency in America!”
Patriot Neighbors welcomes sharing readers’ opinions. MY NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION by James B. — Nevada I want to share something I wrote at the beginning of January: I would like to humbly suggest a New Year’s resolution for those who care about the future of America.
First, some background. Every day the dollars that you work hard to earn are becoming worth less. Everyday the national debt increases rapidly while the federal government sends money overseas to fund other countries’ wars. Everyday your children in school are being taught bizarre ideology about “gender” while the performance of American students in math and reading continues to diminish. Every day college students are wasting their time and money learning hatred for the America you grew up in. Every day thousands of illegal immigrants, largely military aged men, are flooding across what used to be our southern border. Every day Americans are dying from drug overdoses from drugs coming, once again, over our nonexistent southern border.
So now my resolution. I urge you to get a 3x5 index card and write the words “Every Day” on it. Keep it in your pocket as a reminder to do something to fight back against all the predicaments we currently face. No matter how big or small, do something EVERY DAY.
THE RUBBISH HAULER’S WIFE VS BARACK OBAMA
We frequently share how each person can do something. Many Americans agree that our current socialist quagmire started fermenting with the election of Barack Obama in 2008. Patriot Neighbors reader, SUSAN DANIELS did something back in 2009 and wrote about her experience in “The Rubbish Hauler’s Wife vs Barack Obama.” From Amazon books: The Rubbish Hauler’s Wife versus Barack Obama is the true story of Susan Daniels, an ordinary housewife from small town Ohio. Beginning in 2009, she felt her country was being destroyed by the Left from within. She decided to single-handedly take on the President of the United States, Barack Obama, by attempting to remove him from the state of Ohio presidential ballot in 2012.
Daniels sets the stage for his drama by recounting her life story which began as an uphill battle, from an unimaginable childhood to the murder of her husband, a rubbish hauler, by a Cleveland gangster named Danny Greene. She found herself widowed at the age of thirty with seven small children, the oldest was ten. Upon her husband’s death, the secret she had kept of his second family was splashed all over the news media, stunning friends, family and, most of all, her own children. Daniels was left with a high school education, little hope and no money.
Daniels had to rely on her own resources to raise her family and move on, later becoming a private investigator at age fifty-three. In doing so, she stumbled upon Barack Obama’s biggest secret – though allegedly born in Hawaii, he had been using a stolen social security number issued in Connecticut for his entire adult life!
Daniels filed a lawsuit against Barack Obama’s Ohio candidacy in 2012, with the goal of forcing him to reveal his true origins and identity. She tried to enlist the aid of high ranking Republicans, none of whom would acknowledge what she was doing. That’s how Daniels learned early on that the fix was in with the Uni-party in Washington DC. Now at the age of eighty-one, Daniels shares her amazing journey from personal heartache to challenging the highest levels of power in the United States government.

Our church here in Murfreesboro, TN is extremely supportive of Israel. Our pastor studied in Hebrew University and his parents, who began the church, lived half the year in Israel over several years; they still maintain a property there and host tours.
Long story short, yesterday at the 9:30am service, which I encourage your following to view at wochurch.com, or YouTube, Pastor Allen had CBN Christian Broadcasting Network News Chief for Israel as guest. Videos were shown of the tunnels; a similar program was aired by Joel Rosenberg on The Rosenberg Report on TBN Trinity Broadcasting Network. Our church has started a fund to support the Israelis displaced from around the war zone and help the out of work tourism community, cab drivers etc. The program is being run by an Israeli businessman who is a friend of our pastor asking for help. The new program uses the people in the tourism industry to take displaced families on sabbatical-respites to Israeli national parks for R & R.
Your followers who want to help in some way may want to consider this as an additional option among the several places you have already directed them to participate in support of Israel.

I'd suggest that our America is on "life support" because of the lack of concern on the part of those who should love her--her decent and honorable and hard-working citizens, who just could not bring themselves to believe that there were those in our midst who wanted to DELIBERATELY destroy America, and who have almost succeeded!
The evil followers of Satan have only been doing what their 'father", Satan, has told them to do for centuries. The rest of us--God fearing people who thought we were being good citizens--have, over most of OUR lives--NOT done what our Heavenly Father has COMMANDED us to do--at least not with "all of our hearts, minds, and strengths", and we now wonder in confusion and fear why God appears to have abandoned America to its fate.
The battle, sadly, has gone by virtual default to the collectivist enemy of God & Country because "good people' listened to the "Siren Songs" of the "world", rather than the commands of our God to subdue the world and make it into God's "image".
We all know that, as the old truism says: FREEDOM ISN'T FREE! Indeed it isn't. If we ignore the tedious job of "eternal vigilance" as the price we must pay to retain our freedom, then we should not be surprised that, because we as an American people have NOT been eternally vigilant pertaining to threats against our freedom, we are slowly losing our freedom.
It's the old law of CAUSE AND EFFECT, used, sadly, by God Himself when he ejected our first parents out of His beautiful garden because they ignored God's plain commands. We Americans are, I fear, on the verge of being EJECTED out of what once was our "beautiful Garden of Freedom". It's our own fault!!
