Today's edition has seven commentaries/gazettes by me for your perusal, and twenty one excellent commentaries by others.  

If anyone has any doubt immigration won't destroy western civilization, you need to read my two gazettes dealing with that, and the list is large, one of them dealing exclusively with Europe, which is culturally, economically, and socially done, toast, doomed, and immigration from these third world crap holes, especially Muslim immigration, has already destroyed it.  That and their incredibly stupid economic and environmental policies.  They just delusionally refuse to accept it.  And in America we have lunatics attempting to mimic that doom here.

This massively corrupt lawfare scheme being played by the Democrats, especially the amazingly corrupt and vile Soviet Justice system in New York against Trump has sent support for him over the top.  It's clear the judiciary in America is out of control, and needs to be bridled, severely.

At the federal level it's long overdue for the Congress to exert it's Constitution authority to putting a leash on the federal judiciary.  There's only one federal court that's Constitutionally mandated, and that's the Supreme court. All others are creations of Congress, and can be eliminated by Congress, which in the past they've done, and got rid of bad judges who claimed since they had life time appointments the Congress couldn't do such a thing. They were wrong.

The federal judiciary has promulgated the idea it's the Supreme Court that decides what the Constitution says. The Constitution says the Congress decides what the Constitution says, and gives the Congress the power to determine the jurisdiction of the federal judiciary.  It's time they exercised that authority.

At the state and local levels, severe penalties need to be installed against prosecutorial misconduct, including being subject to civil suits, and even criminal penalties.  The left is bankrupting their adversaries by forcing them to fight against illegitimate criminal charges, and they need to be called to account for their actions.  Economically and criminally, and that applies to federal prosecutors. Especially federal prosecutors.
