Almost all rational people agree that the climate changes. There is incontrovertible evidence that glaciers once covered North America as far south as St. Louis. Obviously it's warmer now as anyone who's visited St. Louis in the summer can tell you. What should not be clear to rational human beings is what causes climate change. This is important, because according to President Obama, climate change is caused by human activity, specifically through the release of CO2 into the atmosphere by burning fossil fuels. As a result, President Obama and like-minded world leaders have designated hundreds of billions of dollars for climate relief for less developed countries, while simultaneously subsidizing green energy and impeding fossil fuel production and use at home. This ultimately increases the cost of everything and is a further drag on the economy
