Hillary's Parade is Over: Part VII

By Rich Kozlovich

I don't think any news service in the world has been more devoted to exposing the Clinton's corruption than World Net Daily.  The list of their reporting is amazingly extensive - and I thought it might be worthwhile to organize their reporting of the Clinton's history - especially Hillary's - by topic, or at least as much as possible. Some articles I thought inappropriate and they were left out, and even then - there is much here I found unpleasant to post.  It's one thing to watch the Clintons over the years and see what they've done, but to see all this in one sitting is a little bit unnerving.   If someone read this who didn't know anything about the Clintons they would be incredulous.  For those who do know about the Clintons they're going to feel incredulous wanting to ask: Can all this be true?

Some of the articles are posted twice because the information is appropriate for each category.  I think you will find this way beyond interesting!

There are two absolutely clear understandings you will come away with:  WND really doesn't like the Clintons and considering the amount of scandal surrounding the them that's not startling.  The disdain is understandable.

In no other time in modern American history could such a candidate last more than a nanosecond before being dumped by the party in no uncertain terms.  There were some real stinkers in the 19th century, but Hillary takes the cake.

One more thing has occurred to me.  This is going to be a nightmare for Obama and his whole pack of myrmidons because if she goes down she won't go down alone.  There will be those who will be sacrificed to try and save her and those who will be sacrificed because she wasn't saved, and her husband may join her.  The Clintons will not go down alone. To do otherwise would be un-Clinton-like!

There is one more thing I think is clear.  I am of the opinion the Clinton Foundation - seemingly corrupt as is claimed - would have never been exposed if she had happily stayed a Senator from New York and then gone off into the sunset stunningly rich and happy as a clam.  Of course the question arises: Would the Clinton Foundation gotten all that money if they weren't in power and having it for sale?  But either way - the exposure came because she had to show she had experience in foreign affairs to prove she deserved to be President of the United States.  But her stint as Secretary of State has exposed her as incompetent, corrupt and  most importantly - shocker of shockers - she's clearly not the smartest woman in the world, and now the Clinton Foundation may be - if the corruption is shown to be true - justifiably dismantled and people sent to jail.

Arrogance has it's price.

Hillary Project on track 'to take her out'The Hillary Clinton Investigative Justice Project has reached its first threshold, having raised sufficient funds to continue its investigative series into the presidential candidate for illegal activities and to prepare a series of hard-hitting reports for WND that will lead to criminal charges being filed against her at the state level, if the Justice Department fails to indict her.  The investigative research began with a series of more than 20 articles written by WND senior staff writer Jerome Corsi beginning in April 2015 portraying the Clinton Family Foundation as a vast, criminal enterprise, designed to enrich the Clintons personally as well as their close friends.  “In the coming weeks and months, WND plans to present undeniable and irrefutable evidence of actual crimes, gross Internal Revenue Service violations, as well as national security breaches by Hillary Clinton currently under investigation by the FBI,” said Joseph Farah, editor of WND. “Though Barack Obama’s U.S. Justice Department appears unwilling to indict her for these crimes, we believe there is a strong likelihood that one or more state attorney generals will do so if provided with the evidence. That’s what the Hillary Project is all about.”  The goal, he says, is “prosecution, not the presidency.”.....

Benghazi

Clinton's testimony on Benghazi security contradicted by Pentagon - A central part of Hillary Clinton’s testimony to the legislative committee investigating the Benghazi attack is directly contradicted by the Pentagon expert who led the U.S. military’s efforts to supplement diplomatic security in Libya.  Repeating an assertion she has previously made, Clinton stated unequivocally at Thursday’s hearing that there were no recommendations from anyone within the government to close the U.S. special mission in Benghazi despite  security threats.

Dems bemoan 'political' Benghazi probe of Hillary - In dueling opening statements, Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi, and ranking member Elijah Cummings, D-Md., preceded the much-awaited testimony of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with a debate over whether the hearing was a pursuit for the truth of what happened in the Sept. 11, 2012, attack that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens or a Republican witch hunt designed to derail Clinton’s presidential ambitions.

Trey Gowdy slams CNN for 'fabulist' Benghazi report - Bradley Podliska, a former staffer with the House Select Benghazi Committee who helped with the investigation of that fateful 2012 attack, said he was fired from his Capitol Hill role because he refused to target Hillary Clinton, former secretary of State.  But his words were met with speedy rebuttal from one of Benghazi’s key investigators, Rep. Trey Gowdy.  Podliska said during an interview on CNN with Jake Tapper: “I was fired for trying to conduct an objective nonpartisan, thorough investigation.”

Benghazi details found in Hillary Clinton's emails -  More details have emerged about emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private server, including that there was classified material from five different agencies and among the information were discussions about the situation in Benghazi, in which terrorists attacked a U.S. facility and killed four Americans. Then the Obama administration dispatched officials to various television programs to claim it was a sudden violent response to an obscure online video. The new details were released by McClatchy, which found that the Benghazi email was among those released to the public in May by the State Department.

State Dept. to Hillary lawyer: Destroy classified Benghazi email - Another jolting disclosure in the Hillary Clinton email scandal: The State Department asked her lawyer to destroy all electronic copies of an email with classified information on the Benghazi terrorist attack. Clinton attorney David Kendall refused the request from Under Secretary of State for Management Patrick F. Kennedy, citing requests by Congress and other investigators to preserve her records, but he suggested the email might be deleted at some point.

Rand Paul launches into Hillary - During a radio interview Sunday, U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, a Republican presidential candidate, blasted Hillary Clinton over the email scandal, arguing her judgment in the fiasco shows she lacks the “wisdom” to control the U.S. nuclear arsenal as president.  “I think without question she put the country at risk,” Paul said. “She put her safety at risk. She put the people who protect her at risk by using a server that was not a secure national security type of server.”

Rand Paul: Hillary 'dishonest' during Benghazi testimony - Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., charged during a radio interview on Sunday that Hillary Clinton was “dishonest” during her testimony before a Senate hearing on Benghazi.   During the Benghazi hearing in March 2013, in response to a question from Paul, Clinton stated she did not know whether the U.S. mission in Libya was procuring or transferring weapons to Turkey and other Arab countries.  Clinton further asked Paul to inquire with the “agency” that ran the CIA Annex in Benghazi for more information.

Corruption As A Philosophy

Clinton-linked group 'committed felony' - The attorney general of Georgia should open an investigation and file criminal charges against a group co-founded by former President Bill Clinton for holding a fundraising gala in Atlanta last March in which it raised $100,000 without being registered as a foundation in the state, as required by law, contends a Wall Street analyst who is probing the Clinton Foundation.  WND reported this week that Clinton serves as honorary chairman of the American India Foundation, which has fundraisers scheduled in Maryland, Virginia and Illinois without registering in those states as a non-profit with authority to raise tax-deductible charitable donations. As WND has reported since last spring, Ortel has concluded through an extensive investigation that the Clinton Foundation has illegally enriched its namesakes, Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton.

Hillary takes cake for fake Twitter followers - An audit of the 2016 presidential hopefuls’ Twitter accounts shows Democratic Party frontrunner Hillary Clinton with the largest share of possible fake accounts – roughly 41 percent of her 4.65 million followers.  In numbers, that’s nearly two million.

Hillary campaign: 'Whatever you can get away with' - An undercover video released by James O'Keefe of Project Veritas reveals staff members of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign joking about skirting restrictions on campaigning during voter registration drives. The newly released video, made in Nevada, shows the Clinton staffers "not only skirting election law but mocking it," the organization said Thursday. "Do whatever you can, whatever you can get away with, just do it," says Christina Gupana, a campaign worker for Hillary Clinton and a Law Vegas lawyer.

New book offers more evidence of Clinton criminality - The Clinton Foundation scandals form a centerpiece of investigative journalist Ed Klein’s new book on Hillary Clinton, “Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary,” providing additional support to the series of articles published by WND reporting Wall Street analyst and investor Charles Ortel’s research alleging the Clinton Foundation is a “vast criminal conspiracy.” Klein discloses that an FBI investigation regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server when she was secretary of state also includes a probe into conflicts of interest in the Clinton Foundation’s acceptance of foreign....

Defense of Hillary

Hillary camp: Inspector general part of vast right-wing conspiracy -  Hillary Clinton’s campaign added President Obama’s intelligence community inspector general to the “vast right-wing conspiracy.”  I. Charles McCullough III finds himself accused of colluding with Republicans to destroy Clinton’s campaign. The charges followed Tuesday’s revelation that Clinton had intelligence known as “special access programs,” or SAP, on her “home-brew” server as U.S. secretary of state.  Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon told CNN anchor Alisyn Camerota on Wednesday that McCullough was part of a “coordinated leak” with Republicans regarding SAP intelligence documents.

Blumenthal agrees with Hillary on 'vast right-wing conspiracy' - “H: Yes, there is a vast right wing conspiracy. Sid”  So read an Aug. 23, 2010, email sent to Hillary Clinton’s private email address from her confidant, Sidney Blumenthal. The Hillary adviser and former aide to President Bill Clinton forwarded an extensive New Yorker article on the Koch brothers titled “Covert Operations: The billionaire brothers who are waging a war against Obama.”“A must read piece that looks at the Koch brothers’ control and funding of the tea party and right wing,” Blumenthal wrote.  “Ah, a little lite vacation reading!” Clinton replied.

Hillary, Wasserman Shultz circling the wagons? - Debbie Wasserman Schultz and the DNC are either circling the wagons around Hillary Clinton or they’re circling the drain.  Polls show voters don’t trust the former secretary of state. Bernie Sanders is leading in Iowa. There is a groundswell of support of Vice President Joe Biden, and Clinton’s email server scandal won’t go away. Sanders and Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley want a round of debates to make sure the party nominates the strongest candidate in 2016, but the DNC says that isn’t happening.

Dems: Party shielding Hillary with skimpy debates - Several Democrat candidates for president are complaining that their party is protecting Hillary Clinton from scrutiny by limiting the number of debates this election season.

Hillary team mocked for 'Time to move on' -  Hillary Clinton’s campaign drew laughs from “Meet the Press” host Chuck Todd after her surrogates and staff had identical messages following his questions on her private email server: “Time to move on.” The former secretary of state was grilled for roughly 10 minutes by Todd on Sunday over her decision to use a personal server during her tenure at the U.S. State Department. Her supporters then unleashed a flurry a similar talking points that made MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” panel laugh on Monday.

Hillary watcher: She's still candidate to beat - On the eve of the Democratic Party’s first debate for the 2016 presidential primary, Hillary Clinton remains the candidate to beat, advises investigative journalist Ed Klein, author of the recently published bestseller, “Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary.”

Her supporters then unleashed a flurry a similar talking points that made MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” panel laugh on Monday.

Hillary acolytes 'trying to shut down FBI probe' - The Clinton “spin machine” appears to be behind a report claiming Director of National Intelligence James Clapper has overruled the finding of Intelligence Community Inspector General Charles McCullough that two Hillary Clinton emails sent on her private server contained highly classified information, investigative author Ed Klein told WND.

E-Mails

Top prosecutor: New Hillary revelations are 'very telling' - Just three days before the first votes are cast in the 2016 presidential campaign, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is on defense again after the State Department refused to release 22 emails kept on her unsecured server because they contain highly sensitive information.  State Department sources says the 37 pages of emails contain Special Access Program information, some of the most closely guarded secrets in U.S. government.  “This is very telling,” said former U.S. Attorney Andrew C. McCarthy, who is now with National Review and is author most recently of “Faithless Execution: Building the Political Case for Obama’s Impeachment.”...

Obama nukes Hillary, admits server contained top U.S. secrets - The Obama administration leveled a devastating blow to Hillary Clinton on Friday by admitting for the first time that her personal email server contained the highest levels of classified U.S. intelligence.     The White House said 22 emails from former secretary of state’s “home brew” server must be censored from public view when the State Department releases its final batch on Friday.  Diplomatic Security and Intelligence and Research bureaus will now try to determine if any of the emails were marked classified at the time of transmission, the Associated Press reported Friday.....

Hillary emails so secret senior lawmakers can't read them -  Emails on Hillary Clinton’s “home-brew” email server were so sensitive that senior lawmakers with the highest levels of security clearance must sign additional nondisclosure agreements before viewing them.  Senior members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and other key lawmakers do not have authorization to view intelligence known as “special access programs,” or SAP, on Clinton’s server, a source told Fox News on Thursday.

Beyond 'top secret' emails found on Hillary's server - Fox News obtained an unclassified letter by Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III that shows Clinton’s server contained intelligence known as “special access programs,” or SAP. The Jan. 14 letter included the results of a comprehensive review by intelligence agencies identifying “several dozen” additional classified emails on Clinton’s “home-brew” server. The letter was sent to the leadership of the House and Senate intelligence committees and leaders of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, as well as the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and State Department inspector general.....

Ex-U.S. attorney predicts special prosecutor for Hillary - Former U.S. attorney Joseph diGenova believes there’s a “50-50 chance” that Attorney General Loretta Lynch will appoint a special prosecutor to handle Hillary Clinton’s classified-information case.

McCarthy: No special prosecutor needed for Hillary emails - It would be better to unravel the Hillary Clinton email scandal in the court of public opinion than a court of law, according to one of the nation’s top legal and political experts, former federal prosecutor and National Review columnist Andrew McCarthy.  “Political responsibility is a more significant issue than legal culpability,” he told WND, then explained why it would not be a good idea to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate possible crimes by the woman who would be president or possible criminal complicity by the White House, Justice Department or State Department.  The case for appointing a special prosecutor to look into all of those possibilities was made in a story posted at the top of the Drudge Report Thursday in which McCarthy was quoted, “The Countless Crimes of Hillary Clinton: Special Prosecutor Needed Now,” alongside the story, “The majority of Americans support a ‘criminal investigation’ of Hillary emails.”

State Dept. breaks judge's deadline on Hillary emails - Hillary Clinton received a New Year’s Eve gift when the State Department broke a judge’s order to release a batch of emails from her tenure as secretary of state. Officials are blaming the holiday season for the State Department’s inability to release over 8,000 pages of emails on Thursday.  “We have worked diligently to come as close to the goal as possible, but with the large number of documents involved and the holiday schedule we have not met the goal this month,” the State Department said in a statement released Thursday.

Obama's remarks on Hillary emails anger FBI - The FBI may charge Hillary Clinton with “gross negligence” for her handling of classified information while secretary of state, but agents are saying the same thing about President Obama’s public comments on their ongoing investigation.  Officials in the agency are livid with Obama for throwing a rhetorical wrench into their nonpartisan fact-finding inquiry into the extra-governmental email server Clinton used during her tenure with the administration. They are trying to determine if Clinton violated certain sections of the Espionage Act.
“I don’t think it posed a national security problem,” Obama said Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes.

Feds release 7,800 pages of Clinton emails - The State Department released 7,800 pages of Hillary Clinton emails, including one marked “secret” that contained information about U.S. foreign relations.  The Hill noted that particular email spoke about the federal investigation of the 2012 attack on America’s compound in Benghazi, Libya, that left four Americans – including Ambassador Christopher Stevens – dead. The email was written in the wake of the arrest of suspects “who may” have been tied to the attack, the Hill said.

Hillary email scandal grows under blind media - Hours after select media outlets reported the cloud company Hillary Clinton hired to provide backup company service for her secretive home-based server system was turning over data to the FBI – and hours after one of her long-time aides was caught lying about email use – Hollywood long-timer James Woods took to Twitter to slam the “pathetic” press and demand: Why isn’t the mainstream covering this?

More bad news for Hillary: 'Highly likely' there's backup server - If Hillary Clinton deleted those emails in an effort to protect herself from prosecution, she may have made matters worse for herself. ABC News reports the company she hired to do cybersecurity work for says it is “highly likely” a full backup of the server was made and that thousands of emails she and her staff deleted may still exist.  Platte River Networks, the Denver-based firm, is now cooperating with the FBI’s investigation into the matter.  The FBI got involved after two emails recovered contained “top secret” information. Clinton had denied that classified information ever appeared on the server.  Barbara Wells, an attorney for Platte River, said the server was rendered blank after data was transferred from it in June 2013. But Wells also said data from Clinton’s old server was migrated to a new server that still exists.

'Secret' Iran nuke info in Hillary email - The State Department’s latest release of former Secretary Hillary Clinton’s emails show hundreds more than previously thought that wound through her home-based private server were labeled classified.  Up until Wednesday, authorities believed 185 emails were classified. The State Department then cleared another batch of emails for release to the public, and investigators shortly after found another 215 labeled classified.

Hillary emails nearly hacked by Russia - Hillary Clinton’s private email server she maintained in her home while serving as secretary of State was possibly hacked by Russia-tied authorities, and others, on five separate occasions.  Investigators discovered among Clinton’s cache of released emails five that contained malicious software aimed at transmitting data to three overseas computers, including at least one in Russia, the Associated Press reported. The malicious software was activated by clicking on it; it’s not clear if Clinton actually opened these messages or not, AP said.

New bombshell: 5-month gap in Hillary emails -  The FBI is investigating Clinton's use of the server and trying to retrieve 30,000 emails she deleted after her own staff deemed them personal correspondence. The State Department said it had received approximately "60,00-70,000 pages of email correspondence printed to paper and stored in twelve bankers boxes," which are "the only comprehensive set of Secretary Clinton's email correspondence."  But the department was concerned there were other Clinton emails that would not be found.

Emails: Abedin was Hillary's nexus to scandalous foundation - The 7,000 Hillary Clinton emails the State Department made public earlier this month provide evidence that longtime aide Huma Abedin was the nexus between the former secretary of state and various Clinton Foundation scandals.  Abedin, while a State Department employee, authored numerous emails that kept Hillary Clinton apprised of Clinton Foundation activities and in touch with key people in the Clinton sphere of influence, including Doug Band, President Bill Clinton’s former “body man.” Band went on to head the consultant firm Teneo that employed Abedin while she worked for Clinton at the State Department.

Carly on Hillary's server: 'Pretty sure it got hacked' - Carly Fiorina, a Republican presidential hopeful who’s currently surging in polls, suggested during a Friday morning televised interview she believed Hillary Clinton’s email server – the one federal agents just found to be suspiciously wiped clean of any information – was most likely hacked by enemies of America.

Clinton spokesman: 'I don't know what 'wiped' means' -   Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s press secretary took a page out of his boss’ playbook on Thursday and played dumb when asked about her “wiped” server.  CNN’s Brianna Keilar tried for almost 10 minutes to get Brian Fallon to answer questions about the server Clinton turned over to the FBI on Aug. 11. “I don’t know what ‘wiped’ means,” Fallon said when asked about the server by Keilar, the Blaze reported.

'Hillary hacker' a hoax? - Federal agents have reportedly kicked off an investigation into the supposed hacking of Hillary Clinton’s private and personal emails – and their findings could lay to rest, once and for all, a somewhat shocking story at Radaronline.com about a computer specialist offering the former secretary of state’s missing emails for sale.

Another judge orders inquiry into Hillary Clinton's emails - The cloud hanging over Hillary Clinton because of her handling of government emails while she was secretary of state got a little lower, a little blacker and a little more ominous Thursday when another federal judge stepped in and ordered the State Department to work with the FBI to respond to a legal demand for details about her practice.

'Hillary's dump of emails is so big, we need a plunger' - With Tuesday’s revelation that Hillary Clinton’s private email account was run from a Denver loft apartment with its servers in a bathroom closet, the Democratic Party candidate for president is suddenly aflush with all sorts of toilet humor.  Radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh recounted how the former first lady “had Secret Service agents guarding a bathroom. She told us that Secret Service agents were guarding her server 24/7. You can smell the stench of this a mile away, folks. A Mile High away!”  Limbaugh said Hillary herself is now “becoming bathroom humor,” with the jokes writing themselves, as he proffered numerous one-liners, including:

Watergate reporter on Hillary email: 'Reminds me of Nixon tapes' -   The number of Hillary Clinton’s emails flagged for potential classified information has grown to 300 and now, in an ominous sign for her, one of the Washington Post’s famed Watergate reporters is drawing comparisons between her use of emails and President Richard Nixon’s use of audio tapes.  The number of flagged emails stands to grow exponentially if the secret information continues to be found at its present rate. That’s because reviewers have screened only about 20 percent of the 30,000 emails Clinton returned to the State Department. At the present rate, more than 1,500 emails will have to be sent to intelligence agencies for scrutiny, the Washington Times reported.  Dozens of messages already released publicly have had information redacted as classified, raising questions about Clinton’s security practices when she declined to use the regular State.gov system and instead issued herself a private email account on a server she kept at her home in New York.

New book offers more evidence of Clinton criminality - The Clinton Foundation scandals form a centerpiece of investigative journalist Ed Klein’s new book on Hillary Clinton, “Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary,” providing additional support to the series of articles published by WND reporting Wall Street analyst and investor Charles Ortel’s research alleging the Clinton Foundation is a “vast criminal conspiracy.” Klein discloses that an FBI investigation regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server when she was secretary of state also includes a probe into conflicts of interest in the Clinton Foundation’s acceptance of foreign

FBI chief to bolt if justice thwarted in Hillary probe?  -  WND’s Q&A series continues with author Edward Klein whose newest book, “Unlikeable: The Problem With Hillary,” was released in September.  Klein is the author of the No. 1 New York Times best-sellers “Blood Feud” and “The Amateur” about the Clintons and the Obamas. He has also written numerous other best-sellers, including “All Too Human: The Love Story of Jack and Jackie Kennedy,” “The Kennedy Curse” and “The Truth about Hillary.” He is the former editor in chief of the New York Times Magazine and a contributing editor to Vanity Fair.

New book offers more evidence of Clinton criminality -  The Clinton Foundation scandals form a centerpiece of investigative journalist Ed Klein’s new book on Hillary Clinton, “Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary,” providing additional support to the series of articles published by WND reporting Wall Street analyst and investor Charles Ortel’s research alleging the Clinton Foundation is a “vast criminal conspiracy.”  Klein discloses that an FBI investigation regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server when she was secretary of state also includes a probe into conflicts of interest in the Clinton Foundation’s acceptance of foreign donations while she was secretary of state.

Hillary under FBI eye for alleged 'gross negligence' - An intelligence official familiar with the ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton’s extra-governmental email server said the former secretary of state may have violated sections of the Espionage Act that dictate how federal authorities must handle and safe-keep national defense information.

FBI kicks off investigation of Hillary's email - The FBI has kicked off an investigation into the type of security Hillary Clinton used to safeguard the private email system she set up in her New York home while serving as secretary of state.   “Quite predictably, after the [intelligence community inspect general] made a referral to ensure that materials remain properly stored, the government is seeking assurance about the storage of those materials,” said David Kendall, Clinton’s attorney, in a statement reported by the Washington Post.

Financial Corruption

Well, excuse me! Look at big money trail for Clinton pardons - On Sunday, Hillary Clinton said there should be “no individual too powerful to jail,” and the author of the explosive book alleging Clinton used the State Department for favors to Clinton Foundation donors says that rule should apply to the Democrat front-runner as well.  “Clinton Cash” author Peter Schweizer told WND and Radio America the Clintons are also still profiting off the pardon of Marc Rich, one of the ugliest – and last – acts of President Bill Clinton in 2001.

Ex-DOJ official: Twisted Hillary scandal 'is felony corruption' - The FBI is expanding its investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server to examine whether Clinton used her office in a way that benefited the Clinton Foundation.  The story was first reported Monday by Catherine Herridge and Pamela Browne of Fox News.  “The FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email as secretary of state has expanded to look at whether the possible ‘intersection’ of Clinton Foundation work and State Department business may have violated public corruption laws, three intelligence sources not authorized to speak on the record told Fox News,” wrote Herridge and Brown.  “This new investigative track is in addition to the focus on classified material found on Clinton’s personal server,” they added.

Clinton Foundation denial 'opens Pandora's Box' - Clinton Foundation spokesmen demonstrated little knowledge of the nonprofit’s “long and deeply flawed history” when they insisted a spinoff charity didn’t need to refile IRS tax statements due to errors, contrary to admissions reported by Reuters in April, charged Wall Street analyst and investor Charles Ortel.  Politico’s Josh Gerstein reported Monday that Maura Daley, a spokeswoman for the Clinton Health Access Initiative, denied conceding the group made reporting errors on its 2012 and 2013 tax filings and planned to refile the returns. However, Politico contacted Reuters reporter Jonathan Allen, who stood by the accuracy of his report.

Clinton Foundation 'fraud began with exploiting earthquake' - Former President Bill Clinton developed a methodology of exploiting epidemics and natural disasters to raise hundreds of millions in “charitable donations” that in a relaxed regulatory environment could be diverted to personal gain, funding Hillary Clinton’s political campaigns and supporting Democratic Party causes, charges Wall Street analyst Charles Ortel, who has conducted an in-depth investigation of the foundation’s finances.  Ortel points to Bill Clinton’s involvement with the American India Foundation, which the former president co-founded in 2001 with Rajat Kumar Gupta, the India-born philanthropist who headed the international management consultancy firm McKinsey and Company

Clinton Foundation refiles 'fraudulent financials' with IRS - The Clintons have “dug themselves a deeper hole” by refiling “fraudulent” IRS tax form 990s for the Clinton Foundation for years 2010-2013 and for the Clinton Health Access Initiative for years 2012 and 2013, charges Wall Street analyst and investor Charles Ortel.

Clinton Foundation auditor on hot seat as deadline looms - As the Clinton Foundation faces a deadline of Nov. 16 to refile audited statements of a spinoff charity that were admitted to be error, Wall Street analyst and investor Charles Ortel is demanding the foundation’s accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, answer questions he has posed to the firm since May.

Fundraising galas pose more trouble for Clinton Foundation - State regulators should shut down gala fundraisers planned by an organization closely tied to former President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, charges Wall Street analyst and investor Charles Ortel.  The American India Foundation, for which Bill Clinton serves as honorary chairman, has fundraisers scheduled in Maryland, Virginia and Illinois, but the organization is not registered in these states as a non-profit with authority to raise tax-deductible charitable donations, Ortel contends.

CNN debate host was on Clinton Global Initiative - Political pundits have wondered why CNN’s Chief Washington Correspondent, Jake Tapper, was not moderating Tuesday’s Democratic debate from Las Vegas, Nevada. They now may have an answer. The Clinton Global Initiative’s website lists CNN’s Anderson Cooper as a “notable past member.” A list of CGI members was published by Mediaite when ABC’s “This Week” moderator George Stephanopoulos failed to disclose his own ties to the foundation during an interview with “Clinton Cash” author Peter Schweizer on April 22. Stephanopoulos eventually apologized to viewers for not disclosing $75,000 in CGI donations. Cooper told the Huffington Post Oct. 7 there would be no “gotcha” questions during Tuesday nights Democratic debate. Instead, wants people to get to know the candidates – including Clinton, a former secretary of state and first lady who has been in the public eye for decades.

Drip, drip, drip: New Clinton Foundation scandal! - The embattled Clinton Foundation – accused of illegally enriching its namesakes and receiving politically infused donations from foreign nations and figures – is not registered as a charity in Ireland, even though the nonprofit has raised hundreds of millions of dollars in the island nation.   Ireland’s Charities Regulatory Authority stated in an email to Wall Street analyst Charles Ortel that its records show the Clinton Foundation under its various names, including the Clinton Health Access and the Clinton Global Initiative, is not registered as a charity in Ireland. Ortel who has been investigating the Clinton Foundation, as WND has reported, asked the CRA to confirm whether or not the Clinton Foundation or its subsidiaries are “validly registered within Ireland as charities.”

Clinton Foundation on charity 'watch list' - As the Clinton Foundation gets ready for the opening Saturday of the annual meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City, the organization remains on the “watch list” of one of the nation’s most prestigious charity watchdog organizations
Sandra Miniutti, vice president of marketing and chief financial officer at Charity Navigator, explained to WND the Clinton Foundation is on the watch list because of its multiple entities and concerns about foreign donations and accounting issues. “We can’t rate the organization at this time because it is made up of multiple entities which some have been spun off and others brought back into the main organization,” explained , Miniutti said in an email Monday.

Clinton cash: $32M net worth for Hillary - The formerly “dead broke” millionaire known as Hillary Rodham Clinton may have reached “middle-class” status. Her net worth: $32,015,000.

Clinton Foundation illegally solicited tax-exempt donations - After an exhaustive search of all relevant documents available online, Wall Street investor and analyst Charles Ortel has concluded the Clinton Foundation’s solicitation of “charitable donations” to fight HIV/AIDS in Third World countries traces back to a conversation Bill Clinton had with Nelson Mandela in July 2002.

Wall Street expert: Clinton Foundation a 'vast criminal conspiracy' - Adding to Hillary Clinton’s concern that the FBI may open a criminal investigation into her use of a private email server is evidence among the emails recently released by the State Department that she maintained deep ties to the Clinton Foundation while serving as U.S. secretary of state.

Huma: Hillary is 'often confused' - Hillary Clinton’s top aide says the Democrat front-runner for the 2016 U.S. presidential election is “often confused.” A Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed June 5 by the government watchdog Judicial Watch has revealed an email by Huma Abedin saying the former U.S. secretary of state is easily disoriented. The new documents were provided by the State Department Oct. 30. The nonprofit organization secured the following copy of a Jan. 26, 2013, email exchange between Abedin and Clinton aide Monica Hanley:

Judiciary

Attorney suggests Clinton attacks 'prejudiced' court - A lawyer whose RICO case against Bill and Hillary Clinton hit a road block this week when a federal judge blocked depositions that had been scheduled for the former – and possibly future – tenants of the White House says he wants to argue the issues in court.  Attorney Larry Klayman filed a renewed request for oral argument with U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in his case against the Clintons and their foundation.“In light of the court’s recent order of July 23, 2015, which stayed discovery pending disposition of defendant’s motions to dismiss, and the court’s having ruled on prior motions to quash prior to the time for plaintiff to respond, plaintiff respectfully requests that oral arguments be held with respect to defendants’ motions to dismiss.

Judge appointed by Clinton tosses case against Clinton - A Clinton-appointed judge who prevented a lawyer who brought an organized crime case against Bill and Hillary Clinton and their family foundation from obtaining evidence has concluded the case must be tossed essentially because of a lack of evidence.

Motion filed to confiscate Hillary's thumb drive -  A lawyer who has filed a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act case against Bill and Hillary Clinton and their family foundation, alleging it is more or less a criminal enterprise to benefit the Clintons, has renewed his request for a federal court to take control of a thumb drive reportedly held by the Clintons’ lawyer.

Another judge orders inquiry into Hillary Clinton's emails -The cloud hanging over Hillary Clinton because of her handling of government emails while she was secretary of state got a little lower, a little blacker and a little more ominous Thursday when another federal judge stepped in and ordered the State Department to work with the FBI to respond to a legal demand for details about her practice.

Muslims

Hillary: Muslims 'have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism' - Hillary Clinton sees zero connection between Islamic terrorist networks seeking to create a “would-be caliphate,” the “radical jihadism” they preach, and Islam. The Democrat front-runner for her party’s 2016 presidential nomination said Friday, “Let’s be clear: Islam is not our adversary. Muslims are peaceful and tolerant people and have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism.” The former secretary of state made the comment while speaking before the Council on Foreign Relations in New York on Thursday.

'Huge mistake!' That time Hillary worked with jihadists - The man who once spearheaded congressional efforts to strengthen American intelligence is hammering former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for her description of the U.S. mission in Libya at the recent Democratic debate and blames both Clinton and President Obama for unnecessarily turning a reluctant ally into a hotbed for jihadism.  Former Rep. Pete Hoekstra, R-Mich., chaired the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence during his time in Congress. He is now a senior fellow at the Investigative Project on Terrorism and the author of “Architects of Disaster: The Destruction of Libya.”  During the first Democratic presidential debate on Oct. 13, Clinton vigorously defended the Obama administration’s decision to intervene in Libya and ultimately force the overthrow and killing of longtime dictator Moammar Gadhafi.

Hillary once backed Muslim profiling - While now claiming Donald Trump is the personification of an ISIS recruiting poster and having Tweeted last month that Muslims have nothing to do with terrorism, Hillary Clinton was telling a different story post-9/11.  In fact, she once called for profiling Muslims and doing "whatever it takes to keep our people safe."    That's what she told ABC's Sam Donaldson in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.  Donaldson asked: "Let's talk about American life now, though. What happens in the future from the standpoint of the question of security versus relaxation or giving up some of the freedoms that we've enjoyed in this country? How far do we go, for instance, on airline security?"  Clinton responded: "Well, I think everyone recognizes we have to tighten security. We have to do whatever it takes to keep our people safe."
Donaldson asked: "Including profiling, senator?"

Morning Joe' reminds Hillary started Muslim rumors - Joe Scarborough, co-host of “Morning Joe” on MSNBC, gave viewers a jarring reminder during Monday’s broadcast about the real roots of the rumors of President Obama and his Muslim beliefs – none other than Democratic White House hopeful Hillary Clinton.   Scarborough made the remarks while discussing Clinton’s criticisms of those who further the mantra of Obama’s Muslim ties and faiths – specifically, Donald Trump – to co-hose Mika Brzezinski and Bloomberg politics managing editor John Heilemann.  “It was rich this weekend,” Scarborough said, Breitbart reported, “for Hillary Clinton to come out and criticize anybody for spreading the rumors about Barack Obama when it all started with her, and her campaign, passing things around in the Democratic primary, rich. Now listen, the Republicans are wrong for doing what they’re doing. It started, this started with Hillary Clinton and it was spread by the Clinton team.”

Obama

Hillary to Obama: 'Call off your f---ing dogs!' -   Hillary Clinton allegedly barked at President Obama to call off his “f–king dogs” after it became obvious her private email server scandal wasn’t going to disappear.  Sources close to Clinton and Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarret told Ed Klein of an explosive Oval Office meeting between the former secretary of state and the president for his new book, “Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary.” “What I want for you to do is call off your f–king dogs, Barack!” Clinton allegedly said to Obama, sources told Klein.

Blood feud: Blumenthal slammed Obama's chief strategist - In an email to Hillary Clinton, her longtime adviser and confidant Sidney Blumenthal blasted President Obama’s chief strategist, David Axelrod, as “out of his lane” for commenting on foreign policy.  “Axelrod has enough to do fixing the domestic messes he’s made,” Blumenthal scathingly wrote.

Author: Obama fueling Hillary's campaign scandals - As the scandals arising from her use of a private email account and her foundation’s receipt of foreign donations during her service as secretary of state evolve from allegation to investigation, Hillary Clinton’s public defense of her actions aren’t holding up, threatening her once “inevitable” path to the Democratic Party presidential nomination in 2016.

Smartest Woman in The World

Hillary stumbles at socialist vs. Democrat comparison - Democratic Party presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton stumbled during a question-answer session on MSNBC when host Chris Matthews posed a query that's now become common food for thought among political watchers and pressed her to explain the difference between a Democrat and a socialist.
"I want to help you tonight, for this audience ... locate yourself politically in this country," Matthews said. "Now we have [Donald] Trump out there and we have Bernie [Sanders] out here and Bernie calls himself a socialist ... he loves that label.

Space cadet Hillary pledges Area 51 task force - Hillary Clinton has no interest in talking about the Benghazi terror-attack cover-up, but she vows to investigate UFOs.  The Democrat front-runner told the Conway Daily Sun during a campaign stop in New Hampshire that she believes aliens may have already reached Earth. “I think we may have been [visited already]. We don’t know for sure,” the former secretary of state told the newspaper Dec. 30.
John Podesta, Clinton’s campaign chairman and former White House chief of staff under Bill Clinton, believes in UFO theories.

D'oh! Hillary defends presidents with criminal records - Teleprompters could not stop former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from making a giant Freudian slip at an event last Friday.  It is unclear whether former President Bill Clinton’s past legal troubles, or the FBI’s current investigation into her personal email server while with the Obama administration, was on her mind when she said, “Earlier today, I announced that as president I will take steps to ban the box so former presidents won’t have to declare their criminal history at the very start of the hiring process."  Clinton was speaking at the NAACP’s 98th annual Freedom Fund Banquet in Charleston, South Carolina, when she made the mistake.

Hillary vows to let big banks fail - Hillary Clinton, the Democratic front-runner in her party’s primary for president, said during an appearance on the “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” she would definitely let big banks fail, even to the point where they crumble. (Actually - I agree! But even a blind monkey can find a coconut by accident.  RK)

Reflection

Watergate architect: Hillary scandals 'much larger' than Nixon's - The chief operative of the infamous Plumbers unit inside the Nixon White House – the man who orchestrated the Watergate building break-in – says that Hillary Clinton’s many scandals are “much larger” that anything of which Richard Nixon was accused.

State Department

Trump accuses Hillary of killing 'hundreds of thousands' - Donald Trump, who’s leading in most presidential polls but now facing stiff competition from Sen. Ted Cruz in the race for the White House, faulted Hillary Clinton for the death of thousands, saying her policies while secretary of State were “stupid” and dangerous.

State Dept. to Hillary lawyer: Destroy classified Benghazi email - Another jolting disclosure in the Hillary Clinton email scandal: The State Department asked her lawyer to destroy all electronic copies of an email with classified information on the Benghazi terrorist attack. Clinton attorney David Kendall refused the request from Under Secretary of State for Management Patrick F. Kennedy, citing requests by Congress and other investigators to preserve her records, but he suggested the email might be deleted at some point.

Voter Perception

Hillary's nightmare focus group: 'B----y' - A focus group from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s worst nightmares became a reality on MSNBC Wednesday morning.  Moderator Mark Halperin oversaw a panel of Democrats who overwhelmingly agreed Clinton has an “off-putting” attitude, which may drive male voters away in the general election. “What are you seeing?” asked Halperin. “You know, when she’s I don’t want to use the word, but ‘b—-y,'” said a participant named Shannon, the American Mirror reported Wednesday. “It’s like that, ‘women need to be equal.’ I mean, I don’t feel unequal.

War on Women

Linda Tripp: I saved Monica from being killed - Bill Clinton’s affairs numbered in the “thousands,” and Hillary Clinton’s response was to “disseminate information and destroy the women with whom he dallied,” according to Linda Tripp, a key figure in the Monica Lewinsky scandal.  “Everyone knew within the West Wing, particularly those who spent years with him, of the thousands of women,” Tripp told Breitbart.com’s Aaron Klein in a an interview Sunday night on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio.”  “But as to the hundreds or thousands, remember I worked closely with the closest aides to the president,” she said. “And it was a loosey-goosy environment so there was not a lot of holding back. So it was common knowledge, let’s put it this way, within the West Wing that he had this problem. It was further common knowledge that Hillary was aware of it."

Hillary cornered on Bill's sex-assault accusers - Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton wants all rape survivors to be believed – unless the women are accusing her husband.  An audience member at a New Hampshire campaign event asked the Democratic Party presidential front-runner on Thursday whether recent calls to believe sexual assault victims also pertains to Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey and Paula Jones.  Broaddrick claims former President Bill Clinton raped her April 25, 1978; Willey, a former White House aide, claims Clinton sexually assaulted her Nov. 29, 1993; and Paula Jones dropped a sexual assault lawsuit against Clinton in 1998 after an $850,000 out-of-court settlement was reached. “You recently came out to say that all rape victims should be believed, but would you say that about Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey and Paula Jones? Should we believe them as well?” the audience member asked, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

Bill 'rapist,' Hillary 'enforcer,' new book charges -   Roger Stone and Robert Morrow’s new book, “The Clintons’ War on Women,” could rock Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign with further evidence that former President Bill Clinton is a serial rapist and that the former first lady and secretary of state has worked behind the scenes to silence the victim.

Hillary nightmare: Gennifer's back! - For the first time since Hillary Clinton announced her candidacy for president, Bill Clinton’s notorious mistress for 12 years, Gennifer Flowers, is now speaking out, calling Hillary’s bid to run in part on women’s issues “a joke.”  In the wide-ranging interview on the popular Sunday night program “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” Flowers further accused Hillary of being “an enabler that has encouraged him (Bill) to go out and do whatever he does with women.”  “She always got things on the back of her husband. … I think it’s a joke that she would run on women’s issues.”

Lucianne Goldberg: Bill's 'bimbos' ... 'they're back!' - Lucianne Goldberg, one of the pivotal figures in the Monica Lewinsky affair that rocked Bill Clinton’s second term in office, is marveling at how the defining scandal of the late 1990s is now being resurrected as a result of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential bid.

Book: Bill cheating on Hillary again with busty blonde -  Former President Bill Clinton is cheating on Democratic Party presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and “has a blonde, busty mistress” code named “Energizer” by Secret Service agents, according to author Ronald Kessler, a former investigative journalist at the Washington Post. Kessler published his claims in his book, “The First Family Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal the Hidden Lives of the Presidents.” “He has a blond, busty mistress, and she’s been code named Energizer by agents,” the author told Chris Stigall on Talk Radio 1210 WPHT. “This is unofficially, but that is what they call her. … She comes in to the Chappaqua [NY] home whenever Hillary leaves. The details coordinate to make sure they don’t cross paths. She, unlike Hillary, is very nice to the agents. She’ll bring cookies.”

Feminist icon: Bill Clinton just like Bill Cosby  -  Imagine a charming and lovable TV character known as “America’s Dad” capturing the hearts of viewers across the nation for eight years.  Then, one day, 35 women would come forward to accuse that man of being a sexual predator and a rapist.  Now picture that man living in the White House. Feminist iconoclast Camille Paglia is drawing attention for comparing former President Bill Clinton to Bill Cosby. There was a time when that would have been tremendous praise. After all, Cosby was the immensely talented and hugely wealthy entertainer.  That was before dozens of allegations of what society today would call date-rape were leveled against him. Now, his sponsors and even some friends have abandoned him

Kathleen Willey calls out 'lying pig' Hillary - Kathleen Willey, the former Democrat activist who claims she was sexually assaulted by President Bill Clinton, is calling out Hillary Clinton for a new ad that expresses the presidential candidate’s purported concern for the survivors of sexual assault.  “She’s a money-hungry hypocritical witch who will do anything for money,” Willey told the American Mirror.  In the ad, which is only about 17 seconds long, Hillary Clinton states: “I want to send a message to every survivor of sexual assault. Don’t let anyone silence your voice. You have a right to be heard, and you have a right to be believed. We’re with you.”  Willey pointed out she got a different message from Hillary when she accused Bill Clinton of sexually assaulting her.  “She believed what happened for sure. She just chose to ignore the plight of all of his victims, thus enabling him to continue to abuse and rape women in the future,” Willey said of Hillary.

SNAP! Democrat women go off on 'tainted' Hillary -   It’s a sordid tale of two Bills: In both cases, dozens of women say they were sexually victimized by powerful men and threatened to stay silent about the traumatic assaults.  But there’s a crucial difference between the two scenarios involving actor and comedian Bill Cosby and former President Bill Clinton.  Women in Clinton’s past were targeted by the IRS and reportedly found themselves on death lists.   Clinton paramour Monica Lewinsky and Lewinsky confidante Linda Tripp – who secretly recorded phone conversations about the White House intern’s trysts with the president – found their names on those death lists.

'Death list' and IRS ravaged 'women of Clinton' - It’s a sordid tale of two Bills: In both cases, dozens of women say they were sexually victimized by powerful men and threatened to stay silent about the traumatic assaults. But there’s a crucial difference between the two scenarios involving actor and comedian Bill Cosby and former President Bill Clinton.Women in Clinton’s past were targeted by the IRS and reportedly found themselves on death lists.Clinton paramour Monica Lewinsky and Lewinsky confidante Linda Tripp – who secretly recorded phone conversations about the White House intern’s trysts with the president – found their names on those death lists.

Kathleen Willey: Hillary 'wrote the book on terrorizing women' - Kathleen Willey, one of the women caught in the crossfire of alleged sexual harassment by former President Bill Clinton and what she characterizes as acts of intimidation to silence her, has taken issue with Hillary Clinton’s remarks last week comparing terrorists to Republicans engaged in a so-called war on women.  “This woman wrote the book on terrorizing women, on terrorism,” exclaimed Willey during an interview Sunday on Aaron Klein’s Investigative Radio program.  Continued Willey: “Her tactics and the things that she set in motion against all the women like me, the ones you have heard of and the ones you haven’t heard of, and the ones who are so scared that fled the country, are terrorist tactics like I’ve never seen before.”  “I went through them. I lived through them. And I know exactly what I am talking about. She is the war on women. I don’t care what anybody says.”

Clinton rape accuser: Bill and Hillary have secret 'evil compact' -   Juanita Broaddrick – who famously accused former President Bill Clinton of raping her – is ripping into Hillary Clinton for what she says is an “evil compact” made by the two to cover up sexual crimes and indiscretions.  “Shame on you, Hillary, that’s disgusting,” Broaddrick said of Hillary basing her presidential campaign, in part, on women’s issues. “Shame on you, Hillary. It’s time to be truthful.”  Broaddrick stayed out of the headlines for nearly a decade, but she made the statements in an interview Sunday night on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio.”  During her interview with Klein, she accused Hillary of concealing her husband’s crimes.  “I think she has always known everything about him,” she said. “I think they have this evil compact between the two of them that they each know what the other does and overlook it. And go right on. And cover one for the other."

Charge: Hillary camp fears new 'bimbo eruption' -   Kathleen Willey, one of the women who reports being sexually harassed by Bill Clinton during his time in the White House, as WND reported earlier, has launched an anti-Hillary Clinton website called “A Scandal A Day.”  And a popular progressive icon, Camille Paglia, is comparing the escapades of Clinton, the husband Hillary, a possible Democratic Party nominee for president in 2016, to Bill Cosby, who has been accused by dozens of women of being a sexual predator and rapist. Now the controversy has gone global, with the Daily Mail in the United Kingdom charging that Hillary Clinton’s campaign “fears a new ‘bimbo eruption’ will put the kibosh on candidacy.”

Kathleen Willey vows to 'haunt' Hillary throughout campaign - Kathleen Willey, one of the women caught in the crossfire of alleged sexual harassment by former President Bill Clinton and what she characterizes as acts of intimidation to silence her, announced new plans to “haunt” Hillary Clinton throughout the 2016 presidential race and beyond.  During a radio interview Sunday, Willey delivered a message to Clinton: “I am going to be shadowing you every single place you go to remind people, especially young people, young women, college-aged students who don’t remember any of this. I want them to know all about this. Because once they do they are not going to be real proud of supporting her as the first women president.”

'Pets killed, tires slashed, late-night phone calls' - Kathleen Willey knows what intimidation is. One of the women who famously accused former president Bill Clinton of sexual assault, she used a radio interview Sunday to urge other sex victims to speak up.  “I would just like to encourage any woman who has suffered at the hands of Bill Clinton to please try to find the courage and bravery to come forth,” she said on Aaron Klein’s Investigative Radio. “Because it’s OK now. Nobody can hurt you now. It’s as simple as that. Nobody can touch you now. The word is out. You will be OK but you will be doing the right thing for all the right reasons and you will be helping your fellow sisters.”

Final Thought!

Voters to Hillary: Halt your campaign - The poll numbers are in, and it’s another hit at Hillary. According to a recent Rasmussen Reports’ survey, a good portion of U.S. voters say Hillary Clinton ought to put her presidential campaign on hold, at least until she can clear up the scandals surrounding the private email server she utilized while secretary of state.
