Former Alaska Gov. and 2008 vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin is set to endorse the Republican 2016 front-runner Donald Trump Tuesday evening. "I am greatly honored to receive Sarah's endorsement," Trump said in a statement. "She is a friend, and a high quality person whom I have great respect for. I am proud to have her support." "I am proud to endorse Donald J. Trump for President of the United States of America," Palin said.......The Cruz campaign pre-emptively slammed the endorsement Monday, calling it "a blow to" Palin herself," adding that it would be "deeply disappointing."...

My Take - Well, it would appear Sarah Palin isn't the conservative we've been lead to believe. Trumps not a conservative - why is that so hard to understand?
His big stick has been immigration, and he scores good on education, energy and environment, foreign policy and defence, but after that - his conservative record is shaky to bad at best. He scores "mixed" on budget and spending issues, moral issues, Second Amendment and taxes, economy and trade. He scores "bad" on civil liberties, free market, health care and entitlements, taxes, economy and trade. He's pro-abortion - and get over the "pro-choice" clabber - they're not pro-choice they're pro-abortion - let's get that right once and for all.
So now Sarah Palin thinks all of that's okay?
Cruz scores "good" on every one of these issues except free market, which he scores mixed, but she chose Trump over Cruz. Cruz is right - she has deminished herself! What is she getting out of this is my question? But no matter - I've not been impressed with her since she failed to fill out her term as governor of Alaska - and I think she'll find more unimpressed people from now on.
