When a science
advocate’s prominence rises, the attacks from the anti-science side become more
relentless and frightening. Kevin Folta knows this. Unfortunately, the pressure
has been so great that Folta made this announcement on his Facebook page on November 4.
My Take - Some years ago I attended a Buckeye Institute
meeting in Akron, Ohio. One of the attendees was a recent PhD - and a conservative -
who was working on and publishing articles about - if my memory serves me correctly
- education issues. There was a brief
discussion about him being tracked and attacked, which apparently is the common
trend with leftists. They’re clearly following
Saul Alinsky's Rules For Radicals. It's scary to see these tactics being
employed, but it has been clear for decades to those who've been paying
attention the left will do anything to promote their misanthropic and morally
defective agenda. What's truly sad is the depth of their degradation and how
many they've corrupted into joining them from every institution of learning,
entertainment, information distribution, labor and most puzzling – industry! Can there be any rational resolution to all
of this? Worldwide civil unrest
is brewing at unprecedented levels, and I fear civil wars are to follow, especially in Europe. And
it appears even America may be unable to avoid it.

Are we heading into a Medieval savage darkness with modern weapons? Perhaps, because it's become clear - we’ve lost our minds!
