My Take - And who's paying for this crappola?  Wisdom is coming to the realization a lot of PhD's really aren't the brightest pebbles in the brook.  They don't write well nor do they think well.  This is one more example of the wisdom of Winston Churchill's rule that "experts should be on tap, not on top."  Oh, one more thing.  Is there anyone out there besides me who thinks there are just entirely too many PhD's in the world with nothing really important to do so they have to create schemes and programs amounting to nothing short of intellectual welfare paid for by the public?  Just a thought!
