Texas DPS Director: ISIS Coming Over the Border - The Texas DPS Director Steven McCraw expressed concern over the possible infiltration of ISIS through the border during a visit to Laredo this week. The comment came during the annual Texas Border Coalition meeting, when a member of the audience asked the director if any suspected ISIS members had ever been apprehended on the Texas/Mexico border.
