Democrat Crime: Mortgage Fraud And Letitia James, Part VIII

By Rich Kozlovich Tags:

On July 24, 2025 I published this piece, Democrat Crimes: Let's Talk About Letitia James, Part III, outlining much of her criminal past, and it's worth a second read, linking some articles showing a long term pattern of corruption. We'll come back to that.

  1. Reports and Legal Documents on Letitia James That Led Up to Her Criminal Referral to the Trump DOJ on Tuesday – Including Documents She Signed Alleging She Was Married to Her Father
  2.  Letitia James’s Fishy Virginia Foreclosure Purchase in Martinsville Warrants Separate Investigation
  3.  Report: FBI Investigating Mortgage Fraud Claims Against NY AG Letitia James
  4.  Federal Agency Refers New York AG Letitia James to DOJ for Prosecution for Alleged Mortgage Fraud
  5. Letitia James’s Fishy Virginia Foreclosure Purchase in Martinsville Warrants Separate Investigation

Well, that's all just the tip of the iceberg, her problems are growing.

  1. House GOP Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik Demands AG Pam Bondi Launch a Full Investigation into Standard Chartered Bank’s Terrorist Financing and Letitia James’ Role in the Explosive Scandal
  2.  Marlow: Eight Reasons I Called for the Prosecution of Letitia James for Conspiracy Against Trump’s Civil Rights Ahead of DOJ Bombshell - Conspiracy against rights refers to a federal crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C. § 241, which states that it is illegal for people to “conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so...............
  3. James Under Criminal Investigation Into New York Attorney General Letitia James - New York Attorney General Letitia James is now under criminal investigation over her targeting of both President Donald Trump and another instance at the direction of Attorney General Pam Bondi, Breitbart News has learned.
  4.  Letitia James Is in More Trouble Than We Thought - New York Attorney General Letitia James just got some horrible news. Federal prosecutors have officially launched an investigation into her legal attacks on President Donald Trump and the National Rifle Association (NRA).  James was a critical component of the failed Democratic efforts to use the criminal justice system to prevent Trump from winning the 2024 election. Now, her actions against Trump and the NRA will be investigated by the feds........
Along with all the mortgage fraud charges, this charge of using the justice system to prevent Trump from getting elected in 2024 is a serious crime called "deprivation of rights", and given the circumstances surrounding her attacks against Trump this may will be compounded by a "conspiracy against rights", which could well lead to some big political players.

“This is nothing more than a continuation of the President’s desperate weaponization of our justice system. He is forcing federal law enforcement agencies to do his bidding.. These charges are baseless.....[his] actions are a grave violation of our constitutional order and have drawn sharp criticism from members of both parties. His decision to fire a United States attorney who refused to bring charges against me and replace them with someone who is blindly loyal not to the law, but to the President, is antithetical to the bedrock principles of our country.

This is the time for leaders on both sides of the aisle to speak out against this blatant perversion of our system of justice. I stand strongly behind my office’s litigation against the Trump organization.......... I’m not fearful. I’m fearless. And as my faith teaches me, no weapon formed against me shall prosper. We will fight these baseless charges aggressively, and my office will continue to fiercely protect New Yorkers and their rights, and I will continue to do my job.”

So, she's going to continue doing her job, so that's why 1000 people died while she was fraudulently chasing Donald Trump.   Others called it prosecutorial misconduct.  While all that may sound great playing to the media, it may not play so well in a courtroom.

The Federal Criminal Case Against Letitia James: A Complete Roadmap for Special Prosecutor Ed Martin -  With Special Prosecutor Ed Martin now investigating New York State Attorney General Letitia James, here’s the systematic destruction of every defense and the roadmap to the most documented mortgage fraud case in modern political history.  A moment of reckoning has arrived for the prosecutor who thought she was above the law she swore to enforce. This appointment represents federal validation of the extensive documentary evidence we’ve compiled over months of investigation.

When career prosecutors and federal agencies review evidence and conclude it warrants special prosecutor oversight, it confirms the serious nature of the alleged criminal conduct we’ve documented. Moreover, Attorney General Pam Bondi’s appointment of Ed Martin as special prosecutor to investigate Letitia James represents the inevitable collision between four decades of systematic criminal conduct and someone who believed her position made her untouchable. What emerges from the documentary evidence isn’t isolated misconduct—it’s a sophisticated criminal enterprise that spans multiple properties, jurisdictions, and federal programs.

The 40-Year Criminal Enterprise Spans Three Properties As consistent as it is damning, this pattern spans decades. At her Brooklyn property on Lafayette Avenue, James spent over 20 years systematically misrepresenting a legally documented 5-unit building as having only 4 units across more than 10 different mortgage transactions,   enabling her to secure federal HAMP relief and favorable residential loan terms she wasn’t entitled to receive, while systematically violating financial disclosure laws to conceal the true scope of her mortgage obligations from state oversight.......

And after all this work and all that evidence there were two federal prosecutors who claimed there was insufficient evidence to charge her with crimes.  Three things:  (1) They're gone, either by firing or resignation.  (2) The left protects their own. (3) The corruption at the DOJ goes deeper, farther and wider than we ever realized.
As for Tish, things are going to get worse as more indictments are coming, as Joel Gilbert notes:

I compiled a mountain of evidence that LaTisha James was engaged in a pattern of mortgage fraud that went back to 1983, when she was only 24 years old. She claimed in her very first purchase of a townhome that she had married her father in order to qualify for the loan……So it’s a pattern of mortgage fraud. She can’t claim that she didn’t have intent. She can’t claim she didn’t know the law because she’s been suing people in New York for these very same things. And she said that any tiny mistake on a mortgage application is a grave crime. And that’s what she charged Donald Trump with.........

It includes a government loan from HAMP. Under the TARP program, 2011, she told the US government to get rid of her 10% private bank loan. She wanted to get 2. 7% on the back of the American taxpayer. It’s too long, too many years, too much of a pattern. I don’t think she’s going to last very long. I think she’s going to have to cop a plea because the number of indictments that are coming, I think, is going to be staggering, and I don’t think she’s going to be able to withstand it............

The question is will a New York jury be willing to find her guilty, and will a black judge appointed by Joe Biden befoul the rules of law in order to protect her, remember, the left protects it's own.   But her crimes were committed in a number of jurisdictions, and I guessing if she's acquitted in New York, she'll be indicted elsewhere, and as they can play the same game the left has played....."the process is the punishment".... and she's hired some high priced legal help.
