When President Trump repeatedly said he wanted the federal government to help bring law and order to the violent city of Chicago, everyone on the left yelled that he was a dictator by going into a blue state. That narrative fell apart faster than Joe Biden talking about the U.S. Constitution when President Trump announced the federal government would assist Democrat-run Memphis in Republican Tennessee with its lawlessness problem.
Then when Disney owned ABC put unfunny Jimmy Kimmel on “indefinite” suspension for dastardly awful comments following Charlie Kirk’s assassination, leftists screamed that Trump was a dictator getting rid of his critics. Some dictator Trump turned out to be with Kimmel’s four-night suspension.
Disney/ABC gave into the woke hysteria, believing there are more lunatic leftists than there are sane conservatives. As Fox News contributor Kira Davis wrote in “Disney Brings Back Kimmel, But the Damage Is Done” —
Kimmel’s show might pick up a few more sympathy viewers for a few weeks, but the game is over. No one was really watching it before, and the USAID dollars have dried up. The culture shifted last November, and took another giant leap last Sunday (Charlie Kirk’s memorial). Kimmel can do whatever he wants. Disney can do whatever they want. The verdict is in - America is done with their arrogant antics. Let them play their instruments as the Titanic sinks. The rest of us will look on from land, a land called America.
Jimmy Kimmel’s NON-APOLOGY made as much sense as Kamala Harris explaining why she lost the 2024 presidential election. While his ratings jumped when he first returned, they took a massive nosedive just days after returning to befoul the nation's airways.
