The Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change
(IPCC) of the United Nations (U.N.) is regarded by the believers in
anthropogenic global warming (warmists) as a definitive authority on climate
change. That the reports issued by the IPCC are filled with errors, are
internally inconsistent, and have consistently and laughably backtracked from their
own conclusions (as widely reported in AT) seems not to have cooled warmists'
ardor. Nor, it seems, have warmists lost any love for the totalitarian,
national sovereignty-sapping U.N.
Now comes another report, from the very same U.N. so
