Rep. Michael Grimm (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn) is expected to be
indicted by the U.S. Attorney's Office in New York following a long federal
investigation, his attorney told the Advance. In a statement to the paper,
Washington D.C. attorney William McGinley said "After more than two years
of investigation plagued by malicious leaks, violations of grand jury secrecy,
and strong-arm tactics, the U.S. Attorney's Office has disclosed its intent to
file criminal charges against Congressman Grimm. We are disappointed by the
