This is a new argument on what it means to be sexist. During a conversation on CNN that centered on Donald Trump’s recent statement that Bill Clinton is a sexist, CNN anchor Deborah Feyerick tried very hard to deflect any criticism of the former President. In fact, she tried so hard that she may have invented a new defense for sex criminals everywhere… ‘I wasn’t sexually assaulting her. I just really, really like women.’ No seriously, that is what Feyerick said........I guess that that’s one way to look at it. That seems pretty demeaning to victims of sexual assault though, doesn’t it? ‘That rapist wasn’t a horrible monster… he just really likes the ladies.’
