In a famous “I Love Lucy” episode, Lucy and Ethel get a job at a
candy factory and have to wrap chocolates......mayhem
and hilarity ensue............ to hide their ineptitude.
Imagine if instead of a chocolate factory, Lucy got a job as a U.S.
district judge.......except where Lucy and Ethel failed as chocolatiers because of
their incompetence, Adelman fails as a judge because of his arrogance.

My Take - I've stated over and over again the federal judiciary is filled with political hacks. We need a 28th Amendment to create age and term limits for these people, and I've now decided the Amendment needs another component that will change how judges are to be removed from office.
For violations of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, a panel of retired federal jurists, chosen by the Senate and the President, can recommend removal from office. After a public hearing, followed by simple a majority vote by the Senate, and approval of the President.
