European Companies Announce 10,000 Job Losses

Leading European companies announced job losses totalling more than 10,000 on Wednesday, underlining the scale of problems facing the continent's manufacturers.

My Take – Green energy as an alternative is stupid, irrational, stupid and insane.  It cannot be an alternative because it is a parasite on the energy grid that must be maintained in order to cover the failures of green.  It cannot be sustained without tremendous subsidies….Duh….that means it doesn’t work as an alternative.  Natural gas is an alternative to coal and vice versa because both will work as well as the other in producing energy.   Solar is an alternative to wind and vice versa.  But neither solar or wind can be an alternative to coal or gas because neither can stand on their own.  What part of that is so hard to understand?
