I'm from California.  I'm very conservative.  I'm heavily involved in the Republican MAGA movement in my state.  So, I want to start with my state. 

California:  In “Goodbye to DEI, Crushed by the Weight of Its Own Hypocrisies,” Victor Davis Hanson writes:

 In today’s California, the demography breaks down as 40% Latino, 34% white, 16% Asian American or Pacific Islander, 6% black, and 3% Other — with no significant majority and fewer whites than the Latino “minority.” Are Latinos the new de facto “majority” and “whites” just one of the four other “minorities?...........

President Ronald Reagan once said of Orange County, California that it was the place “where good Republicans go before they die.” For decades, the county (now with 3.1+ million people), was among the most conservative counties in the United States. It was home to Richard Nixon and the John Birch Society.

Of Orange County’s six Congressional districts five are held by Democrats and one by RINO Never Trumper Young Kim. One district also includes some of San Diego County while another includes some of Los Angeles County. This is purposely done to increase Democrat votes.

It is very interesting that between September and October, FOUR major Republican organizations will be holding their conventions in Orange County: 

California Republican Party;

1. Sept. 5-6 — Garden Grove Going on the Offense—Turning Momentum into Victory · National Federation of Republican Assemblies; 
2. Sept. 26-28; Anaheim The Republican Wing of the Republican Party · Golden State Republican Women; 
3. Sept. 26-28; Buena Park Best of the West · California Federation of Republican Women; 
4. Oct. 17-19 — Costa Mesa Centennial Celebration

New York: Communist Zohran Mamdani looks like he might win New York City’s mayoral race because the NON-Mamdani vote remains split between former Democrat, now Independent former governor Andrew Cuomo, former Republican/former Democrat and now Independent Mayor Eric Adams and Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa. 

We believe the national GOP wants Mamdani to win!

Speaking on Fox News last week, Donald Trump, Jr. confirmed that belief:

Eric Trump was also in the interview and shared: 

“The guy is coming out and actively saying that he wants to shut down capitalism. I think it’s a disastrous thing for the state, which has already had an exodus of people out of it.”

Virginia:   This School District Labeled Teenage Boys as 'Sexual Harassers' for Not Embracing Gender Ideology - Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) is suspending two male high school students for complaining about a trans-identified girl using boys' locker rooms.  LCPS began investigating the matter, which occurred at Stone Bridge High School, back in May. The Virginia school district has a policy allowing students to use bathrooms and locker rooms that correspond to their chosen gender identity.......The female student.....used her phone to record the two boys and their friends in the locker room. ..... “I have a daughter that's in high school as well, and if there was a male in there videotaping her in the locker room, I would have issues,” the father said.

Washington D.C.:  Prior to becoming DC Police Chief, Pamela Smith oversaw the police department’s DEI. Smith was the department’s Chief Equity Officer focusing on all the related DEI issues. Obviously, that prepared her to be police chief—not! But at least now you know why when a reporter asked Smith if there was a new “chain of command,” she had no idea what that phrase meant.

As you know on August 11 President Trump announced a temporary federal takeover of Washington, D.C. police to bring law and order to our nation’s capital. There are just under 700,000 residents in D.C. 

Although 93 percent of D.C. residents voted for Kamala Harris, they might still be thrilled that President Trump plans to bring back law and order to the city. In 2023, there were 6,773 auto thefts. In 2024, that number was 5,126. According to the World Bank, in 2024, D.C.’s homicide rate was the fourth highest in the country. 

That works out to 27 homicides per 100,000 residents. Compare the homicide rate to these other cities: 

1. Bogota, Columbia: 15 homicides per 100,000 
2. Mexico City, Mexico: 07 homicides per 100,000 
3. Lima, Peru: 07 homicides per 100,000 

Although crime escalated, in fiscal year 2024, the D.C. City Council had reduced the police budget by 23 percent to $505 million. For FY 2025, they increased the budget to $573 million. The D.C. police union supports the temporary federal takeover to help reduce crime and assist police who are stretched beyond its ability to protect.

Blue Fault Line: DC Police Were Losing Manpower for Years Before End of ‘Home Rule’ -Departures from the Metropolitan Police Department spiked during amid the 2023 crime wave but has shown no signs of slowing down.  For years before the federal takeover, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), responsible for safety on the streets of the nation's capital, has for years faced a chronic shortage of officers. Departures are rapidly growing to far exceed recruitment and leaving the force as many as 800 officers short of what's needed. .........

In Washington D.C. Trump's police takeover is the big story right now, but there's a larger story brewing.  Ed Martin has said they're going to look into the illegal activity of the January 6th Committee, and a lot of them never got an Autopen amnesty, which may yet come into question.  As for those who were pardoned, I think it fair to ask:   Why were they in need of pardons?   If this is was a legitimate Congressional committee doing the legitimate work of Congress legitimately, they have qualified immunity from prosecution.   So, unless they've committed crimes, why would they need to be pardoned?  Isn't that a tacit acknowledgement they have committed crimes?  

 

However, even if criminal charges can't be lodged against them any investigation into their actions will bring them into disgrace, and rightly so.  As for John Brennan, he's a gift that keeps on giving.  

 

Then we have Rep. Jamie Raskin who likes Washington DC criminals running rampant.  At least he’s consistent.  He's never seen an insane leftist position he couldn't embrace, twist and lie about to justify insanity.

Penske Panics ICE: Never allow yourself to be deluded about large corporations.  They're not to be trusted!  Large corporations would sell the nation down the river for a good quarterly report, and everything they do needs to be questioned, and here's a perfect example.

(Immigration and Customs Enforcement) has openings to hire 10,000 new officers. More than 100,000 people applied! These Americans understand that ICE is saving our nation from internal enemies, the same way our outstanding military saves our nation from external enemies — all seeking to do us harm. 

Against this backdrop, Penske Truck Rental derides ICE for using one its trucks to arrest ILLEGAL ALIENS (among them gang members). Twice in a 24-hour period, Penske chastised the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for its efforts to protect Americans by arresting ILLEGAL ALIENS. What the hell has happened to corporations whose success is based on American customers?

Media Monsters:  TDS Howard Stern, who is on SiriusXM radio, once said he was proud to be woke and that he hated Americans who voted for President Donald Trump. In September 2024, he made it clear that he did NOT want Trump supporters listening to his show. 

Rumors have it that his long-running Sirius radio program will be canceled. Howard Stern used to have 20 MILLION listeners every day. Then he started going woke and it’s reported that he now has about 120,000 daily listeners. 

Stephen Colbert had 177 guests on his late-night program since 2022. Only ONE was a Republican: Liz Cheney. (ROFL!) 

NewsBusters at the Media Research Center examined five daily late-night comedy shows (well, they call themselves “comedy”): 

1. ABC’s "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," 
2. NBC’s "Late Night with Seth Meyers" 
3. "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 
4. CBS’s "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 
5. Comedy Central’s "The Daily Show." 

From January 6 to June 30, 2025, 99 percent of political guests were left leaning. Our guess is that the left will temporarily rally around Stern just as they have for Colbert.

And finally, Gen Z are Still in Diapers:  Read the results of this Campus Reform survey on Gen Z and ask yourself if YOUR parents would have ever done any of these things. Would YOU have wanted them to do them? Of course, not!

Gen Z are those born between 1997 and 2012. In 2025, the oldest members are around 28 years old. Most Gen Z parents are from Gen X—those born between 1965 and 1980. Baby Boomers are those born between 1946 and 1964. 

About Gen Z: 

1.  31% had a parent write their resume. 
2.  45% regularly have a parent talk to their current manager. 
3. 53% had a parent speak with a hiring manager on their behalf. • 73% have their parents help complete their work assignments. 
4.  57% have brought a parent to their current workplace. 
5. 77% brought a parent to a job interview.

  Now, doesn't that give you confidence the nation's future leadership will be in good hands??
