California under Democrats has become a cesspool joke to the rest of the nation. From Governor Gavin “Hair Gel” Newsom to Los Angeles Mayor Karen “Communist” Bass, it’s no wonder that hardworking, law-abiding, citizens are getting the hell out. But as they move to red states, they should remember that along with California, Arizona and Colorado were once deep red.

What some of our readers said about the latest (but not the last) California riots:

• Donna M., California - I'm thrilled DT sent in the National Guard. I believe it's the first step of many in which DT will implement Federal Laws in California. Newsom is now on notice. DT will come in using Federal Laws. Hoping this will lead to Voter ID, Fully vetted voter rolls using enhanced data bases (SS#, birth certificates, death records, change of address, etc.).
• I'm a state’s rights gal. Less government, keep decisions closer to the people. However, California is sooo long gone, DT's Federal Government implementing laws is our only way out of California hell.
• Gene V., California - I think a Battalion of 0311 USMC Combat Troops from Camp Pendleton, CA would go a "long way" toward quelling the pathetic unrest in the streets of L A. I'm an 80-year-old Viet Nam Combat veteran (USMC '68-'69) and willing to "gear-up!"......living in Leisure World (Seal Beach) am considering forming a LW Militia.....if this gets much worse.  Thanks for carrying the torch!
• Aaron T., Arizona (former Californian)- Before you Californians pack up & move because of the riots, don’t. My wife & I came to AZ in 1998 (got a promotion) thinking we were moving from one conservative state to a more conservative state. Look at AZ today! Our governor & 2 senators are radical leftists. A friend in TX says it’s going purple. Now the world sees that Newsom is an imbecile & Prez Trump will have more support in deporting these awful illegals.
• Frances S., California- It’s a GOOD thing Trump called for the National Guard when he did. Newsom would have waited until it was totally out of control and then, blamed Trump anyway. Newsom has been warned this was coming and does not understand criminal behavior or accountability. MAGA!!!!
• Gail M., California - I had an email from a member of my book group who was very upset over the way protesters are being treated! And Trump sending in the National Guard. She said that all they want is a decent job and a better life.  She/they just don’t get it do she/they? That’s what’s upsetting!!!

Why Democrats support ILLEGAL ALIENS even when they are rioting: It’s ridiculous but the Census (conducted every 10 years) counts ALL residents residing in the United States of America, regardless of immigration status. Every 760,000 or so ILLEGAL ALIENS who are deported = one congressional seat. Plus, the number of congressional seats is how the number of Electoral College electors per state are chosen.
