Observations From the Back Row: A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words!

By Rich Kozlovich

I was often asked over the last three months who I thought was going to win.  I said if it was a straight up election Trump would win, but I felt voter fraud was going to be so massive it would be Hillary.

Melanie Zanona posted this article - Celebs who said they’d leave country if Trump won - on The Hill saying:
The threat is a common one after any election outcome: Canada’s immigration website crashed from heavy traffic as it looked increasingly likely that Trump would win.
Promises, promises!

Unfortunately the only one I can remember who did move was Pierre Salinger when he permanently moved to France making good on this promise:
"If Bush wins, I'm going to leave the country and spend the rest of my life in France."
Well, that was about the only thing worthwhile he ever did.  And although he died in France he somehow got buried in Arlington Cemetery.  That's an insult to the nation.  As for these blithering idiots who are paid obscene amounts of money portraying someone other than themselves and mouthing words other people have written - let's take a look as Melanie Zanona reports:

Bryan Cranston said he hopes he doesn’t have to pack his bags, but would “definitely move” if Trump won. “Absolutely, I would definitely move,”

Say goodbye - We're really gonna miss ya!

Samuel L. Jackson  really stuns me though.  He slammed Trump for running a “hate”-filled campaign and said he would move to South Africa if he wins.  - Okay....why is it reporting what leftists actually do -  and are doing - "hateful", but it's courageous when making claims - many times untruthful - against conservatives?    Reminds me of the 1824 Jackson/Adams campaign.  The dirtiest campaign in American history.  However, virtually everything the Adams people said about Jackson was true, whereas almost everything Jacksonites said about Adams was a lie.  So Sam - what dirt thrown at Hillary was a lie?  At any rate I really want to see him move to South Africa....and just how long it will take for him to beg to come back.  Give up your citizenship first Sam!  Walk the talk!

Lena Dunham - whomever she is - says about moving if Trump wins:
“I know a lot of people have been threatening to do this, but I really will. I know a lovely place in Vancouver.”
And I'm sure Vancouver is just thrilled at the thought.  I have no idea who you are, but I'm thrilled at the thought too.

Neve Campbell - another celebrity I only vaguely knew existed before this - has:
"vowed to move back home to Canada"  -
Well....why did you move here in the first place?   And home is where the heart is, so take the rest of your body back to where your heart's already residing.

Then there's someone else I don't know or care about Natasha Lyonne who says:
"she would hightail it to a mental hospital."
Well at least we know Natasha will be right at home. Then we have that perpetual mover - Cher - who says:
“I’m moving to Jupiter.”
Really?  She's going to move to Jupiter.  What makes anyone think she's not living on Jupiter right now because she's clearly from another planet.

Miley Cyrus wroteL:
"with tears running down her cheek" ..... "she was unbelievably scared and sad. “I am moving if he is president,” ..........“I don’t say things I don’t mean!”
Well Miley I think the nation will be so happy you mean what you say - good bye!  And just how many times is Barbara Streisand going to move to Canada?  If she would do it just once and stay there that would be nice, along with Ne-Yo and Drake whomever in the world they may be.

The article says Amy Schumer is a comedienne......OK, I'll take her word for it.  I've read her name and posted another article about these "celebrities" who want to move so desperately in the past - but I have no idea who she is really, but if she's going Spain it turns out she needs to learn Spanish.  She's also going to have to figure out how she's going to make a living there.   I can't wait for her to come crawling back....so I can continue to have no idea who she is.  Actually, I can wait and hope she stays there and gives up her American citizenship.

Then there's Chelsea Handler who claims to have made "contingency plans months ago."  Really?  What's that mean?  Well it appears she “did buy a house in another country” and went  on to say:
“So all these people that threaten to leave the country and then don’t — I actually will leave that country.”
Okay Chelsea - we're watching!

Then there's Jon Stewart:
"Jon Stewart said he would consider “getting in a rocket and going to another planet, because clearly this planet’s gone bonkers” if the real estate mogul wins."
You and Cher are already on another planet!  And Whoopi Goldberg says she can afford to move to wherever she wants.  Well, that just great!  She can join Cher and Jon and go to another planet, and please....make it soon.

Keegan-Michael Key said - again another really famous and important person I never heard of:
"he's "fleeing" to Canada....but right across the border from Detroit."
Gee ..... can't you go and stay?   After all, George Lopez says he'll go back to Mexico.....with all that glorious money he made here.  Wow!  It must have been horrible here for him.   I hope you're both so happy North and South of the border and you stay there.....sans your American citizenship.

Then there's Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg who wants to move to New Zealand if Trump wins - no partiality there on the court.  She apologized for saying that and I resent that apology.  Go Ruth Go!  There are two times the nation is safe.  When Congress is gridlocked and Ruth Bader Ginsburg is fast asleep on the bench.

But the one I like best is Civil rights activist Al Sharpton:
"told a reporter earlier this year that he’s “reserving my ticket out of here if [Trump] wins."
And where exactly does this criminal con artist think he's going to go that will tolerate his blithering idiocy?  Cuba?  I know he just loves Castro!  How about Venezuela?  Maybe he can go there and donate his money to the government to help the poor starving people of Venezuela, along with Bernie Sanders.  Of course the only things he will be allowed to say publicly have to be supportive of the government's destructive economic policies, otherwise they'll turn him into toast.  I can see why he's so hot to move.  He's stupid! Oh, one more thing.  I wonder if he can get Jesse Jackson to go with him?  Now there's a brain trust America can afford to lose.

But when it really comes down to it - do we really care what these nitwits do?   I don't!  Unless of course they're going to be true immigrants and become citizens of these countries they're so hot to move to, giving up their American citizenship along the way.  Now that would be walking the talk! But in the real world leftists are only good at talking, not doing, unless they're spending - oh let's make that wasting - other people's money.

That brings me to the Republicans who vowed to support the Republican candidate and didn't - and the list is massive and amazing!  Make no mistake about this, Pat Buchanan is right when he said:
"Whatever happens Tuesday, Trump has made history and has forever changed American politics......he has inflicted wounds on the nation’s ruling class from which it may not soon recover.......Whatever happens Tuesday, there is no going back now.."
It will be interesting to watch these "conservative" NeverTrumpers come whimpering back to the public, because that's who they've offended. Not Trump - the people!  The public understood this election was not all about Trump.  It was all about Hillary and her incompetence, criminality, corruption, treason and her wealthy leftist crony connections.  In short - the public wasn't so much in love with Trump as they were absolutely petrified of the Clintons.

Now I believe the public will want the Republican leadership punished for their transgressions and for Hillary - and those who covered for her - to go to jail for her criminality.  Does Trump have what it takes?  We'll see!

Oh, one more thing.  It appears the Republicans have retained both the House and the Senate.  There will no longer be an excuse for not passing a budget, cutting spending, taxes, regulations, and making government smaller all around is there?  But we'll see!
