This week has been interesting to say the least.  What is wrong with the Democrats?   Remember how every leftist in the nation said Ole Joe was fit as a fiddle, and fit to be President for four more years?  Now.... a year later... physically he's not even fit to walk to the ice cream parlor without support, he has a terminal cancer, and in spite of  Karine Jean-Pierre's claims she saw the President daily and he was sharp as a tack, even the Pravda media thinks that's a load of horsepucky, and she and her "wife" are divorced.   It's all just falling apart for Karine. 

 

It now seems likely if he was elected he would've finished out his term, and that may have been the strategy to get an even more radical incompetent stooge in the White House, Kamala Harris.  

 

Now we find everything the vast right wing conspiracy was saying about Hillary's health was true.   It’s been revealed that during the 2016 presidential campaign, Hillary was on "strong tranquilizers for psycho-emotional problems and was suffering from ischemic heart disease."

 

Psycho-emotional problems?  What's that mean?  

 

Psycho-emotional problems are mental health conditions that affect a person's mood, thinking, and behavior, and include disorders like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. These conditions can manifest with emotional symptoms such as persistent sadness, irritability, or feelings of emptiness, and psychological symptoms like unusual thoughts, poor concentration, and distorted perceptions of reality. Factors like genetics, childhood trauma, chronic stress, and social issues can contribute to their development. 

 

Well, that pretty much describes Hillary's personality and behavior.  She's as nutty as fruitcake.  Being married to her must have been a nightmare.  If Bill wasn't so vile you could almost feel sorry for him.

 

Nancy Pelosi is finally going to rid the Congress of her stench and retire.  I'm seeing all sorts of clabber about what a great Speaker of the House she was, but the reality of Nancy tells a different tale, here's how Nancy got filthy rich in Congress.   Truthfully, she's as nutty as Hillary, and just as corrupt.  Nancy Pelosi made $130M in stock profits during Congress career — a return of 16,930%.

 

Now, the next Mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota claimed she's an illegal immigrant.  After the backlash over that she walked that back saying she was born here and her parents were here illegally.   How much better is that?  DC Mayor Muriel Bowser is under investigation for corruption, and a recently elected Mayor from a small Kansas town is being charged with voter fraud.  He's not an American citizen, he's a citizen of Mexico and has been a registered voter since 1990.   

 

The stench of voter fraud is ubiquitous in America, including the latest election in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, with accounts of "mishandled ballots, odd voter registration lists, missing ballots", and more, which Monica Showalter outlines in this piece.   

 

In New Jersey, some interesting facts have emerged. In a state were there's no voter I.D., no "enforcement of ballot harvesting/ mail-ins in the inner cities" and the "Mayor of Newark’s brother was paid 7 FIGURES for “political field operations"  Seven figures for field operations?  What's that mean exactly?  It turns out that either Scotty from the Enterprise beamed down "500,000-plus Democrats", or these Democrats were dormant like cicadas in the 2013, 2017, and 2021 elections?  Are we shocked?

John Brennan is in deep trouble, as subpoenas have been sent over the claim "top Obama and Biden officials engaged in a massive conspiracy to violate Donald Trump's civil rights through the Russia investigations and the probes by special counsel Jack Smith".   But he's not alone, just as these miscreants thought they were home free, a grand jury is also subpoenaing Lisa Page and Peter Strzok over Russiagate.  I have a lot of information of the Arctic Frost scandal I will be addressing next week.  This is a RICO investigation that's going to be all encompassing.  It's clear they didn't just want a Democrat elected President, they needed a Democrat to be elected President, and as this unfolds it's my belief we're going to see the biggest names of the Democrat party being indicted.

 

China has invaded America in more ways than anyone thought possible, whether it's buying up farm land, or under false pretenses claiming to help Chinese immigrants they've create a secret police force to intimidate them, and this will be a shocker.   China's stealing trade secrets from federally funded research, with the aid of scientists.  

 

The federal judiciary continues to be out of control.  Now a federal judge has ordered the Trump administration of fully fund SNAP for November because "the people have gone without for too long".   I wonder if he thinks that should also apply to criminal illegal aliens who are on Medicaid?

 

Where in the Constitution does it give the judiciary the power to tell the government how to spend it's money?    That's the responsibility of the Legislative and Executive branches, not the Judiciary.

For that matter we really need to start asking what is the justification for borrowing 38 trillion dollars to fund every idiotic costly political pandering scheme ever developed, and that includes both parties.  With an interest payment of "$881 billion in 2024 and projected to nearly double to $1.6 trillion by 2034. These rising costs now surpass spending on areas like Medicare and national defense, and are projected to become the second-largest category of federal spending." 

 

Senator Everett Dirksen once said 

"A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you're talking real money", and while it's being said he really didn't say that, he never retracted it in his lifetime.   The fact is he's been categorized as fiscally conservative and socially liberal, which is in fact is clearly cognitive dissonance, and his voting record shows that, and so too does that kind of cognitive dissonance apply to the Congress and the administration today. 

 

I will have more in the national debt on Monday. 

 

Another federal judge says they can't use tear gas as an anti-riot tool in Chicago, and another judge permanently blocks Trump from using the National Guard in Portland. Where's their legislative authority for such rule making.  Jurisdiction for the federal judiciary is determined by Congress, not the opinions of federal jurists.  It's called the rule of law.  

The endless Democrat lies about ICE’s actions - One of the most illuminating things you can do is check out the official DHS account on X, which shreds false reporting about its detainment actions. 

 

The shutdown Democrats have an ally, and this is really gonna shock you as a study confirms the media is playing defense for the Democrats.....Wow, I'm shocked, shocked I tell you.

 

Muslims are claiming Sharia law must now be implemented in NYC as huge crowds of Muslims gather to claim NYC for Islam, and as the police in NYC are leaving in droves, that’s exactly what will happen with Muslim thugs taking over whole areas of the city, just like Paris, London, and other European cities.

Their moral foundation on the left is the same as Islam’s. Hate, envy, greed, lust and violence, ergo, they have no bottom to their depth of degradation. They will do whatever it takes to get power to dominate and control everyone’s life. That’s the history of leftism since the French revolution, and nothing has changed. The curtain is rising, the actors are in place, the script is written, and the consequences will be disastrous, and as predictable as night follows day.

President Trump Kept 30 Years of Broken Promises

“Iran’s appetite for acquiring and developing nuclear weapons and the missiles to deliver them has only grown larger,” Bill Clinton claimed in 1995. “We have tried to stop its quest to acquire weapons of mass destruction, which would make it a threat not only to its neighbors but to the entire region and the world.”

“For the sake of peace, the world must not allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon,” George W. Bush declared.

“America is determined to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon, and I will take no options off the table to achieve that goal,” Barack Obama promised.

“Here is my message to Iran’s leaders, the United States will never allow you to acquire a nuclear weapon. As president, I will take whatever action is necessary to protect the United States and our allies,” Hillary Clinton assured.

“We will not let Iran acquire a nuclear weapon. Period. Period. End of discussion. It will not happen on our watch,” Joe Biden assured.

“Let me be clear, we will not allow Iran to obtain a nuclear weapon. Period,” Kamala Harris said.

The real ‘period’ was placed by President Trump who cut through 30 years of empty talk and ended the discussion. After decades of worthless promises by presidents, vice presidents, and presidential candidates, he took decisive action to actually prevent Iran from acquiring nukes.

Operation Midnight Hammer did the opposite of what presidents had been doing since the 90s. President after president had promised to stop Iran from deploying a nuclear bomb only to do nothing. Trump said he was negotiating with Iran even while planning to take out its nukes.

Democrats, including Sen. Chuck Schumer, who had been taunting Trump only days ago as chickening out on Iran, are furious because Trump actually kept all the promises they broke.

“We must do everything we can … to avoid a nuclear Iran. And we will be leading the charge to make sure that the Iranians know that they will not go nuclear or face the most severe of consequences,” Sen. Schumer had promised Now he bemoans Trump for actually doing it.

“We will do whatever it takes to make sure Iran does not get a nuclear weapon,” Rep. Jerry Nadler had boasted. “No matter what, even if it takes military action, Iran must be prevented from getting a nuclear weapon.”

After President Trump actually took out Iran’s nukes through military action, Rep. Nadler furiously urged that the strikes “must be condemned in the strongest possible terms.”

“All Members of Congress, regardless of party, agree: a nuclear Iran is simply unacceptable. It is a threat to the region, to the United States, and to our allies across the globe,” Rep. Nancy Pelosi had once asserted. “We must all use all the tools at our disposal to stop Iran’s march toward nuclear capability.”

Now, Pelosi assailed President Trump’s accomplishment of just that by contending that it “risks further escalation and dangerous destabilization of the region”

For 30 years, Democrats and some Republicans lied about stopping Iran. Trump did it.

That’s why they hate him. President Trump once again kept a promise he had made while Democrats, their media, the woke left and the woke right condemned him for doing it. The strikes taking out Iran’s nuclear program didn’t just smash the radioactive infrastructure of death, it also once again demonstrated the hypocrisy and double dealing so common in D.C.

The politicians who promised to secure the border, turn around the economy, unleash the private sector, cut government agencies, move the embassy to Jerusalem, and a thousand other promises never meant any of them. But President Trump, in the teeth of nearly universal opposition from the media and always online tweeting class of influencers, kept his promise.

Again.

The real question isn’t the one being posed by these politicians complaining why President Trump didn’t go to them to authorize a war with an Islamic terrorist state that had been attacking us since the Carter administration, it’s why they lied all these years to the American people.

If they had been opposed to taking out Iran’s nukes, why did they keep telling us otherwise?

In keeping 30 years of broken promises, President Trump showed how untrustworthy the same politicians condemning him are. Operation Midnight Hammer wasn’t just a strike on Iran, but on D.C. whose version of enriched uranium stockpiles are piles of broken promises and lies.

And if they couldn’t be trusted on the border or on a terror state with nuclear weapons, what can they be trusted on when it comes to our national security or any of the promises they make?

The Iran strikes have sent a message to the American people and to China and our enemies abroad that the era of hollow threats and empty assurances are over. Operation Midnight Hammer gave us real deterrence again, not just when confronting terrorists, but China.

A week ago, the People’s Republic of China was contemplating the odds of taking Taiwan and betting that America would do nothing. After a few extremely unpredictable weeks, Xi is much less likely to gamble that a nation that sent B2s from Missouri to take out nuclear plants without any further warnings, leaks or notice is a paper tiger that will do nothing if he attacks.

We are no longer a feckless nation governed by liars and hypocrites whose word is worthless.

For 46 years, Iran had two slogans, “Death to America” and “America can’t do a damn thing against us.” The two slogans went hand in hand. As long as Iran could kidnap, torture and kill Americans, it could safely chant “Death to America” because it believed America was helpless.

Trump buried “America can’t do a damn thing against us” as deep as its reactors of death.

That’s a message not only to Iran, but to China and our enemies at home and abroad. The politicians who broke thirty years of promises to stop Iran couldn’t stand up for our country or keep us safe. President Trump could and did. He stopped Iran and only he can stop China.

Points to Ponder

There was a series of sarcastic/satirical cartoons I saved for use, but I can no longer replicate them.   I used to save them to my pictures file, and then transfer them to P&D, but Google, which owns Blogger, will no longer allow that unless I give them access to all my cookies.  As one commenter noted:

Since when has acceptance of 3rd party cookies been required for file access? I use Blogspot and have used it for quite some time. This evening suddenly I am required to allow third party cookies in order to access my files (photos to add to posts). 

Well, that's just ain't gonna happen, ergo, I'm posting the content, with a bit if paraphrasing.  So, let's start with - who are the real criminals?  How about:

1. Elected and/or appointed government officials who break the law and then claim they have immunity.
2. When the government starts passing laws that break other laws. 
3. Judges and prosecutors who praise criminals and turn them loose to prey on society. 
4. Elected and/or appointed government officials who encourage criminal behavior.
5. A laptop from hell, tax evasion, two tier justice, shake downs and sweet heart deals, all of which involve a sitting President.
   

Then perhaps it’s time to admit we’re being governed by the real criminals, who should be subject to RICO investigations? 

No oppressor operates alone because no oppressor can be so strong they can oppress everyone unless their are accomplices among the oppressed. The problem isn’t that leftists are unethical, corrupt, criminal, lying dirt bags, everyone knows that. The problem is their supporters don’t care. 

Take for example all those boxes of ballots they keep finding.  Why is it we never seem to find boxes filled with missing Republican ballots?   Why is it there are so many missing boxes in the first place.  How do so many boxes of ballots get lost in the first place, and all over the nation?  Well, I know the answer.  They're were never lost, they never existed in the first place?   

Well, I have the answer.  They were replicated and beamed down my Mr. Scott of the Enterprise.  It turns out Scotty is a Democrat, so he only beams down replicated boxes with Democrat votes.   

Nah, that's all science fiction, just like all those "found" Democrat ballots. 

It’s amazing it was possible to find illegal aliens in order to send them government checks, but no one seem to be able to find them in order to send them back to their country of origin, at least until now.  

It turns out Kim Jong Un, the dictatorial man-god oppressor of N. Korea, was all in the dumps when Biden was President, but is much happier now that Trump is President.  You see, it's been his life goal to destroy America, and Joe Biden was beating him to it, so now he's back on track. 

When Hillary called Trump an illegitimate President she was called courageous. When Trump called Biden an illegitimate President he was called treasonous.   When Trump won his second term then Joe Biden called Trump an illegitimate President and when Karine Jean-Pierre claimed it was stolen, they were called inspirational.   Remarkable!

During the "pandemic" Trump was quarantined with Melania.  Bill Clinton was quarantined with Hillary.  Bill's comment?  Thanks, now she's home all day.   I'm gonna take a shot in the dark here and say, Trump won!  

So, is it true that during the creation of the Constitution it was made clear none of the rights listed therein counted if anyone was sick?  No!  Really?  Isn't that special.  It turns out America didn't like all that pandemic socialist tyranny, but Bernie said that's not real socialism.  The body count is way too low.   AOC was upset the pandemic would make it impossible for the homeless people to pay their mortgages.  

The Democrats say if they can't have power you can't have peace.   Like the kind they delivered to the cities in Democrat controlled  states, like Seattle, Portland, and Milwaukee.  But all of that was mostly peaceful "riots" with billions in damage, rapes, murders and violence in general.  

Now, does anyone besides me think that's a truly interesting concept of peace?

Hillary Concussion: Fall at Home or Plane Crash?

What difference does it make?

On December 7, 2012, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton climbed into a C-17 Huron military aircraft in Northern Ireland and headed for Bahrain.

At the same time, Foreign Military Intelligence (GRU) published in the EU Times, claimed that Russia, which logs US military flights, reported that members of SEAL Team 4 left their base in Urozgan Province, Afghanistan to meet with Clinton at US Naval Support Activity Bahrain (NSA Bahrain).

It is reported that American Special forces protect “high-ranking diplomats traveling in Middle East and Asian combat zones.”

NSA Bahrain is home to the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (CENTCOM) and the U.S. 5th Fleet that provides Operational Support to U.S. and Coalition Forces operating throughout their area of responsibility, ensuring security to ships, aircraft, detachments and remote sites.

The members of SEAL Team 4 transferred to the C-12 Huron and the plane left Bahrain with a flight plan to Baghdad, Iraq. However, within minutes of leaving Bahrain airspace and “without notice” it deviated and headed toward Ahwaz International Airport, Iran where, “coincidentally, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had previously landed on an ‘unscheduled’ visit.”

This secret mission was not sanctioned. Upon landing, the report says the C-12 Huron “encountered extreme turbulence causing it to leave the runway where its main landing gear then collapsed causing it to crash.”

Clinton was reported “unconscious and bleeding profusely” and several people on board were killed. Another US military flight arrived from Bahrain and evacuated the injured and dead. The damaged plane remained there.

Clinton’s secretive mission was unknown other than a report from the Mossad-linked news site, Debka, which said that the Clinton meeting with representatives of the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was for talks on Iran’s nuclear program.

Clinton returned home and the damage control started immediately. State Department spokesman Phillippe Reines said on December 10 that Clinton was canceling a planned trip to North Africa and the Middle East because of illness. He said: “We will let you know when she shakes his bug and resumes a public schedule.”

Later the New York Times reported Clinton was diagnosed with a concussion. “The fainting episode occurred after Mrs. Clinton, who is being widely discussed as a possible presidential candidate in 2016, became dehydrated because of a stomach virus she contracted during a trip to Europe, according to statements released by a close adviser and her doctors.”

However, a headline in the EU Times on January 2, 2013, said “Obama Warned to Prepare for Hillary Clinton Death” and that he had was told soon after her return in December that her health prognosis was “grim.” Clinton’s term as Secretary Of State ended on February 1, 2013, but Obama nominated John Kerry to that position on December 16, 2012.

Clinton was hospitalized on December 30 for the concussion with “a blood clot on her brain near her skull.” Obama’s refusal to tell the American people of her condition suggests a “planned effort” to hide the truth and not have to explain why she was in Iran.

Clinton was to testify about the Benghazi attack for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee in December. They were told she would be unable to testify until January.

In a December 31 statement from her doctors: “In the course of a routine follow-up MRI on Sunday, the scan revealed that a right transverse sinus venus thrombosis has formed. This is a clot in the vein that is situated in the space between the brain and the skull.”

From Medical News Today (September 25, 2023) “Transverse sinus thrombosis is a rare type of stroke caused by a blood clot in the brain. It requires immediate medical care to prevent life threatening complications.” The article did not list concussions as a possible cause.

Clinton was back at work January 7, 2013, a month after the plane crash. When she finally testified on January 23 about Benghazi, she was wearing Fresnel prism glasses, which treat double vision. State Department spokeswoman, notoriously evil liar Victoria Nuland chimed in with: “…the secretary is going to be wearing the glasses instead of her contacts for some period of time because of lingering issues that stemmed from her concussion.”

Why was her condition hidden from the public? Political strategist Karl Rove, in a May 23, 2014, Washington Post interview said: “…that it is apparent that Clinton suffered ‘a serious health episode’ and said that if she runs for president in 2016, ‘she is going to have to be forthcoming’” about the details of where, how and when it happened. His comments suggest that people knew she had not fallen at home.

Bill Clinton, in defending his wife against Rove who was alleged to say that Hillary suffered brain damage, revealed that his wife’s injury “required six months of very serious work to get over.” Concussions usually last two weeks.

One of the more disgusting things about the brutal death of the four Americans at Benghazi was in a Sharyl Attkisson story May 30, 2013 that included: “U.S. officials gave instructions for Benghazi Medical Center to use a ‘John Doe’ pseudonym on the death certificate of Ambassador Christopher Stevens after he died of asphyxiation…That’s according to a U.S. official speaking on condition of anonymity because the official isn't authorized to speak publicly on the matter. The reason for the pseudonym, says the official, was to avoid drawing undue attention to the importance of the victim as Americans rushed to figure out how to recover Stevens' body and return it to the U.S.” That sounds like someone pretending to care.

Despite Barack Obama’s vow of justice for the dead diplomat and three other Americans, no serious investigation was ever done. Obama was seen at 5:00 p.m. at a previously planned meeting while the attack was occurring but was never seen or spoken to by anyone until the next morning when he was flying to Las Vegas for a fundraiser. What a loathsome human being he is.

In a story by Lisa Myers, May 6, 2013, titled “Official: US Special Forces team wasn’t allowed to fly to Benghazi during attack.” She says: “A small team of Special Forces operatives was ready to fly from Tripoli to Benghazi last year after Libyan insurgents attacked the U.S. mission there, but was told it was not authorized to board the flight by regional military commanders, according to a career State Department official scheduled to testify before Congress on Wednesday.

“Gregory Hicks, then deputy chief of the U.S. diplomatic mission in Libya, told investigators for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that U.S. officials had persuaded the Libyan government to allow the Special Forces operatives to board the rescue flight from Tripoli to Benghazi. But an officer received a phone call telling them to stand down before they left for the airport.”

It has long been believed that Hillary Clinton ordered the “stand down.”

When Clinton did appear before the Senate about the Benghazi attack and about the murder of four Americans, she said did not convince anyone with the lies she told.

She blurted out: “What difference at this point does it make?”   That sounds like someone with brain damage to me

Biden Backers Fund Vandalism of Constitution

When Stonehenge was vandalized by militant leftist environmentalists convinced that the world was going to end, the trail led back to an L.A. organization and then to Biden and Hillary Clinton.

Just Stop Oil had been behind not only the vandalism at Stonehenge, but attacks on multiple classical works of art and culture, including Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” and Van Gogh’s “Sunflowers,” as well as the Magna Carta.

As Freedom Center Investigates previously revealed, Just Stop Oil was funded by the Climate Emergency Fund in California whose backers include such liberal royalty as Rory Kennedy, Aileen Getty, Abigail Disney and Hollywood director Adam McKay.

But there is another major donor to the Climate Emergency Fund.

After Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election, she created Onward Together to serve as the arm for her future political goals. The group uses her familiar ‘arrow’ as part of its logo. Late last year, Hillary Clinton asked supporters to celebrate her birthday by supporting the “work Onward Together groups are doing to protect and strengthen our democracy”.

One of those groups was strengthening “democracy” by attacking the Constitution.

Onward Together had previously provided $500,000 to the Climate Emergency Fund. This year. activists with Declare Emergency, an allied group, tried to vandalize a copy of the Constitution at the National Archives. The organization’s site states that the, “Climate Emergency Fund is the lead funder for Declare Emergency’s recruitment, training, and educational efforts.”

Hillary Clinton has been accused of attacking the Constitution before, but never this literally.

And she’s not alone. The global assault on art and cultural heritage was financed by the wealthy Hollywood liberal elite behind CEF which also funds and supports Biden and the Democrats.

Rory Kennedy co-founded the Climate Emergency Fund and sits on its board of directors The daughter of former Senator Robert F. Kennedy, Rory was ‘front and center’ when the Kennedy family rolled out its endorsement of Joe Biden. Rory appeared on Good Morning America and condemned her brother, RFK Jr, telling former Clinton White House adviser and current ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos, “I am concerned that voting for Bobby is going to take votes away from Biden and lead to a Trump election.”

George did not ask Rory about her role in a group funding terrorism worldwide.

Biden has repeatedly appeared with Rory Kennedy including at the White House. Beyond Biden, Rory Kennedy donated to Kamala and at least six Senate members. Not a single media outlet raised concerns about Kennedy’s role in an extremist organization funding groups engaged in the vandalism of art and historical documents in America and in Europe.

Or has asked Biden and other Democrat recipients how they felt about getting support from a political extremist whose group engaged in global vandalism and terrorism.

Including a physical attack on the Constitution.

Bloomberg revealed that CEF had “been Just Stop Oil’s majority funder since the group formed last year”. Just Stop Oil has attacked multiple paintings around the world including DaVinci’s ‘The Last Supper’ and Vermeer’s ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’, and vandalized Stonehenge as well.

Biden and top Democrats are raising money from the same donors funding ecoterrorism.

The BBC had previously quoted Kennedy as saying that the group’s terrorist activities would continue in order to “stave off the worst climate emergency we’ve ever faced”.

She tweeted in response to a story about an allied eco terrorist group that “ClimateEFund will continue to support these activists. We agree that “governmental inaction over the #climate + ecological crisis now justifies peaceful and non-violent protest + direct action, even if this goes beyond the bounds of the current law.”

Freedom Center Investigates had previously revealed that CEF has lied to the IRS by falsely claiming in its 990 forms that it “supports only nonviolent, legal activities”

Kennedy’s tweet admitted that CEF supports groups that violate the law.

Beyond the vandalism of art and cultural landmarks, the eco terrorists and their funders promote violence and dangerous behavior.

Rory Kennedy hailed a New York Times op-ed by Margaret Klein Salamon, the clinical psychologist who heads CEF, that began with describing a man setting himself on fire in front of the Supreme Court as a “principled protest.” And in a disturbing example of child abuse, Kennedy also promoted a radical environmentalist stunt during which an 8-year-old boy was made to hang from a bridge in order to display a banner promoting its extremist message.

Aileen Getty, the granddaughter of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, helped create CEF and is a top donor to the extremist organization. After Just Stop Oil threw soup on Van Gogh’s Sunflowers painting, Getty wrote an op-ed headlined, “I fund climate activism – and I applaud the Van Gogh protest”.

Aileen Getty is an enthusiastic donor to Democratic politicians and causes. And last year donated to Hillary Clinton’s Onward Together.

As well as to Joe Biden.

Getty has funded Gov. Newsom’s SuperPAC which may help ensure that the group has nothing to fear from law enforcement in California.

Abigail Disney, the Disney heiress and Democrat donor, is another backer CEF backer. Disney was herself arrested at a protest. Disney has donated to radical Democrat politicians, but also to Biden, Sen. Chuck Schumer and the DSCC.

In response to a demand that she and CEF “stop funding groups” attacking “famous pieces of art”, Disney retorted, “No I won’t pledge any such thing and you know why? Because there is a climate emergency going on. You can be hostile about these protests–you only raise their profile and effectiveness, so thx.”

Hollywood director Adam McKay serves on the CEF board of directors and has donated $4 million to the extremist organization. He has also donated to Biden and multiple Senate Democrats as well as to fringe leftist radicals like Cenk Uygur and Zephyr Teachout.

McKay tweeted “that disruptive protest is not only essential in this moment, it’s also awesome.

#JustStopOil.” When Just Stop Oil vandalized Stonehenge, McKay retweeted the video and argued that “anyone angered by this rather than the climate apocalypse big oil has unleashed needs to take 3 deep breaths and then redirect their anger where it belongs:”

The CEF board also includes documentary filmmaker and Democrat donor Geralyn Dreyfous.

The vandalism of the Constitution and classical art around the country and the world has been funded by Biden donors and surrogates. The Climate Emergency Fund lied to the IRS. Key figures and donors have defended the vandalism carried out by the extremist groups it funds.

The links between the Biden campaign, Hillary Clinton’s people and the eco-terrorists attacking art and even physically assaulting the Constitution have been covered up by the media which has refused to ask Biden, Hillary Clinton and top Democrats any hard questions about it. This corruption threatens our Constitution figuratively and now even literally.

Hillary’s Comeback

Seven years after her political epitaph was written, she’s back.

The Clinton Global Initiative has been relaunched in a big way and Hillary Clinton is fundraising for Biden, her allies are inside his faltering campaign and she’s meeting with foreign leaders on his behalf.

Until 2023, Hillary’s career had been on one long downward slide. After she ran out of biographies to sell, she tried writing a children’s book, “Grandma’s Gardens” (which contrary to expectations was not about Vince Foster’s corpse turning up in Fort Marcy Park), then getting in on Chelsea’s racket of putting her name on collections of stories about feminist heroines (Greta Thunberg, Bella Abzug) and that failed, and then she tried to get in on Bill’s racket of putting his name on fictional thrillers about thinly disguised versions of himself with “State of Terror”.

In a career low, Hillary was reduced to marketing fanfic in which she’s struggling with “a Republican president nicknamed ‘President Dumb’ who pulls out of the Iran Deal and then goes to Florida to play golf” and still couldn’t get anyone to pick up a copy. That and trying to get people to buy memberships to Masterclass to listen to her talk about the “power of resilience” put her only a step above peddling Cameo clips side by side with George Santos.

But 2024 looks like Hillary’s year.

When Argentina’s President Javier Milei arrived in New York City, he found Hillary Clinton there waiting for him. Instead of meeting with Biden or Secretary of State Blinken, the newly elected head of state met with a former secretary of state to discuss his country’s finances.

A few weeks later, Hillary met with the families of Israeli hostages and blasted Netanyahu, claiming that he just cares about “politics and personal political survival” and told them to pressure the Israeli government to cut a deal. It was a return to form for Hillary, who hates the Israeli prime minister and boasted of being the “designated yeller” at him under Obama.

But the real question is why did anyone care what Hillary Clinton thought about anything?

The answer, as usual, is power. It’s been quite a few years since Hillary had anything resembling power, but that’s no longer the case thanks to a former enemy: Joe Biden.

In 2015, Hillary had convinced Obama to sideline Biden in favor of her. Biden’s agreement not to run came after months of backbiting in which he spent entire meetings ranting about her. The only thing that could have changed his mind about her is his unpopularity inside his own party.

What has Biden worried most of all is not the general election, which will be fought on familiar ground, but the more serious threat that the Democrats might push him off the ticket. Unlike the Clintons and the Obamas, Biden never built a huge army of loyal operatives to protect him, and the closest thing that he has to a base is the Congressional Black Caucus. His allies managed to rig the DNC primaries, but that was before the polls showed he could lose in 2024.

Barack Obama despises Biden, didn’t back him in 2020 and has been undermining him now. David Axelrod, Obama’s consigliere, recently popped up to suggest that Biden may want to consider dropping out. So Biden knows better than to think that Obama will bail him out.

And that just leaves the Clintons.

Hillary Clinton is hosting fundraisers for Biden and making the case for him to Democrats. The Clintons won’t spit in your face for free and acting as a campaign surrogate comes with a high price. That’s why Hillary is now suddenly back on the world stage, meeting with foreign leaders and why her aides are showing up in the Biden campaign. Once again, as Elton John sang, she’ll “entertain by picking brains and sell my soul by dropping names.”

Dennis Cheng, the vice president of the Clinton Foundation, is now going to be Biden’s deputy political director, tying together the Biden campaign and the Clinton moneymaking operation.

But beyond her donors, her political operatives and her public support (these days her approval ratings are better than his), Hillary has something more important to offer Joe Biden.

There are only four living Democrats who fought through tough presidential primary battles, one of them is near death, one of them despises Biden and two of them are Clintons. What Hillary lacks in public graces and charisma, she more than makes up for in fighting dirty so that even the winners walk away regretting their victories.

Hillary gave us Russiagate, but she also gave us Obama’s birth certificate. She may not win popularity contests, but she will scorch the earth, then salt it and poison all the wells. Given a choice between having Obama or Hillary on his side in an inter-party battle, Biden is probably better off with Madame Defarge than another Obama speech about “who we are as a people”.

And Hillary has been carefully nurturing Biden’s paranoia.

In September, Hillary made her first public appearance at the White House, supposedly to join Jill in awarding a Japan Art Association award, in reality to warn Joe Biden about the threat of third party candidates. Biden’s people have already been obsessed with a variety of splinter campaigns, from deranged Marxist terror simp Cornel West to No Labels, a moderate liberal alternative linked to Senator Joe Manchin, and Hillary was feeding on his insecurities.

Bot networks and influencers have also taken to attacking Rep. Dean Philips, Biden’s only real primary opponent, in ways familiar to anyone who has watched the Clintons do their thing.

Biden may have once hated Hillary, but he has started turning into her. He’s a deeply unpopular and disliked establishment candidate whose main theme is that his opponent is Hitler. After watching multiple policy proposals crash and burn, his only path to the nomination is using the party’s machinery to intimidate or crush any opponents who might want to challenge him.

This is Hillary territory.

The biggest problem with Joe Biden is that he wants money and people to pay attention to him, but he doesn’t actually stand for anything beyond some retail politicking. He turned over his first administration to Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Rep. Jim Clyburn to secure the support of the Left and the Congressional Black Caucus in the 2020 primaries. Now he’s mortgaging any possible future administration to the Clintons in the hopes of clinging to the ticket with the last shreds of his senility. Biden just wants to be out front, he doesn’t care who’s really running things.

And now the willing puppet has found someone else to pull his decaying strings.

Considering Hillary’s track record of losing a primary and then losing a presidential race, she doesn’t seem to offer much hope, but Biden is beyond hope, like Hillary, he may be willing to settle for revenge. In the primaries, Hillary can terrorize former enemies who want him off the ticket, and in the general election, the mistress of Russiagate may have a new big idea.

Biden’s odds of winning a normal election are poor, but between multiple indictments and trials, the odds are that this won’t be a normal election anyway. And Hillary may have something to add beyond the 2020 election legal battles. Some brainstorming hatched the idea of tying Trump to Russia. Who knows what malicious schemes may even now be brewing in her brain?

Hillary is a dangerous ally to have around and she may want something more than a piece of the action. If Democrats boot Biden, they have to decide who will replace him. Hillary was brought in to threaten existing candidates and those in waiting, like Gov. Gavin Newsom, but has she ever given up on the impossible dream of taking another shot at the White House?

Russiagate became a conspiracy theory to divert the blame for the defeat from her to outside forces. The premise was that Hillary Clinton didn’t really lose, the election was stolen from her.

Some Democrats are convinced that she didn’t really lose and so this time she could win.

It’s unlikely, but bringing her into the circles of power makes it more so. Hillary has gone from putting her name on bad novels to becoming a power player again. And the one thing she knows how to do is seize power. Biden already has a secret service entourage, but hopefully he will be very careful when flying over Croatia or strolling through Fort Marcy Park.

Hillary is the Symptom, Part II

On October 10, 2023 I published this piece, Hillary is the Symptom, saying:

As time goes by we see all the dire predictions from George Orwell's book,  1984, where he predicts a dystopian society totally controlled by "Big Brother", whose dictates are a corruption of language, twisting definitions into pretzel like shapes in support of irrational narratives.  All enforced by the "Thought Police", and any thoughts expressed that contradicts the narrative of Big Brother are crimes, and punishable by "vaporization", meaning they just seem to disappear.  We're now seeing that coming into play now.  Hillary Clinton is the symptom of a chronic disease and a metastasizing intellectual infection contaminating American society.

Recently Dana Perino, formally in the Bush administration, and now contaminating the air ways on Fox, called Hillary an "amazing" Secretary of State.  Well, truth be told is she is amazing.  Amazingly evil, and Hillary, along with so many others in her circle is a liar, a sociopath, a psychopath, who is totally ruthless and  unconscionable in her words and actions, demanding so-called "MAGA cult members" need to be properly "indoctrinated', in reeducation camps.  Just like Mao.

I've heard these Clinton sycophants drooling how Hillary is sooooo smart.  So, I ask someone to name one smart thing she ever did in her entire life, and graduating from high school or finishing college can't be among them. As for her tenure as Secretary of State, that was a huge bust and a clear demonstration of just  how incompetent she is.  Name on thing she did that was "amazing".

From the time she was a staffer during the Watergate hearings (circa 1972)  where she was fired “Because she was a liar,”  “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality”, her whole life has been filled with lies and corruption!   Take a look at  Hillary Clinton's cloud of corruption.  You will find more corruption than you could think anyone could be capable of without going to prison.  I'm even shocked!

 

Selling horsepucky as perfume has been her stock in trade all of her life.  So how insane can the leftists in the Democratic party to have once picked her as their candidate?  It's simple.  Lying and corruption is policy is stock in trade for leftism.  She's the perfect candidate for the left - she's their mirror of reflection of their tyrannous and insane views and practices.

Oh, one more thing.  Talk about Horsepucky.  Bill Clinton "Serial philanderer says, 'I married my best friend'"  Really?  So, that's why he cheated on her with every woman he could get his hands on?  And so, if that's how he treats his best friend, what would he do to his adversaries, or even someone he just didn't like?  If he was an actor he'd get an Oscar for a lifetime achievement for the ability to turn horsepucky into roses. 

The real story is...once again...... Hillary is the symptom, a symptom of an intellectual social infection! A chronic infection that has metastasized, and is in serious need to treatment before civilization dies.  The real issue is we're facing a dictatorship controlled by psychopaths.  The treatment is exposing these insane monsters for who and what they are, and their supporters. 

Hillary Clinton Calls for ‘Formal Deprogramming’ of MAGA ‘Cult Members’

Former Secretary of State and 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said Thursday on CNN’s “Primetime” she believed there needed to be a “formal deprogramming of the cult members” who support former President Donald Trump.

Clinton said, “You saw the number of Republicans who voted along with Democrats to keep the government open, so there’s clearly a common sense, sane part of the Republican caucus in the House. But I think they are intimidated. They oftentimes, you know, say and do things which they know better than to say or do. It will require us defeating those most extreme measures and the people who promote them in order to try to get to some common ground where people can again work together.”..........To Read More....

My Take - What amazes me is this interviewer did choke and gag at her comments.  Trump is only in it for himself?  Coming from a Clinton....ya gotta be kidden me.  She's been corrupt up to her eyeballs, and she's in no position to criticize anyone else, especially since trump has suffered financially and personally far beyond anything she or her corrupt husband have suffered. Suffering they deserve, and more,  like jail time for their criminal activity.

It Still Matters To Amercian Families – Flashback September 11, 2001; 2012

In remembrance of 9/11, 2012 and 9/11, 2001 I’m reposting my syndicated column originally published January 29, 2013.  It’s not to remind you how vile Hillary is, but to remind you to never forget the brave men and their families that she and Obama tread under foot. 

Let us not forget that while Hillary was busy smuggling guns and profiteering on earthquakes, hurricanes and the Middle East, her actions resulted in the murder of Americans around the world and specifically in Benghazi, September 11, 2012.  Let no one forget that when I sounded the alarm in a 2004 syndicated op-ed about the threat that a limousine sodomite narcissistic crackhead Marxian fake Moslem phony liar, named Obama, people didn’t listen.  This resulted in him signing-off on the murder of brave American Marines and military personnel in Benghazi plus a host of other betrayals of America and her military.  And the Biden crime family organization continues to reap massive fortunes by selling out America.

As you read this remember it was written September 2012, but the waste and abuse of American military continues at the hands of warmongering profiteers. 

“What difference, at this point, does it make?” – Hillary Clinton: For September 11, 2012:

Testifying before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee January 23, [2013] Hillary’s performance was predictable. After suffering with a tummy ache, an alleged fall, and alleged blood clots caused by the alleged fall – she appeared before the Committee filled with spit and vinegar.

Her theatrics were expected (at least by me), but what wasn’t expected by me was her recalcitrant comments about the murders of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Sean Smith, and Glen Doherty in Benghazi.

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI), asked her: “Madam Secretary, do you disagree with me that a simple phone call to (the diplomatic personnel) to determine what happened would have ascertained immediately that there was no protest?”

Her response was as revealing as it was combative and arrogant. Clinton angrily snapped back at Johnson: “ We had four dead Americans…What difference, at this point, does it make? It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again, Senator.”

That was quite a cavalier comment coming from someone who had allowed lie upon lie to be told in the aftermath of the murders.

What does it matter, indeed. Perhaps she should have posited that question to the parents, families, friends, and loved ones of those four murdered Americans. Does Clinton believe that the family and friends those murdered Americans left behind think it doesn’t matter? Does she think our military personnel feel as cavalier as she does? Does she even care?

Does it matter to her that the lothario she married has such disrespect for women?

Does it matter to her that had her husband accepted President of Sudan, Bashir’s offer to arrest, detain and hand over bin Laden to the United States? (SEE: Jethro’s Ghost; 10/21/03) Had her husband who was President at that time done his job there would have been no 9/11 and it is not unreasonable to believe the level of mayhem perpetrated by Al Qaeda around the world since that time would have never taken place.

But following in the footsteps of her husband, Hillary openly shows not just disrespect but complete disregard for the lives of our military.

Clinton not only showed her defiance to the Committee, but she also left no doubt pursuant to her contempt for Americans in uniform.

It was an open secret that during the years of her husband’s presidency she was rude and insulting to the military personnel assigned to her husband.

It’s easy to understand why Hillary is the bitter harridan she has become. At the dawn of what was to become her career she became involved with a serial philanderer who has no respect for law, propriety and/or women.

Hillary the radical feminist whose theism dictated that men were only needed for sperm donations not only became involved with a man who represented everything feminists condemned, but she became the very thing feminists accuse stay-at-home mothers and conservative women of being, i.e., dependent on men for their advancement.

As Hillary looks back in the mirror, of her life she sees embarrassment, abandonment, and, worst of all, she realizes that she has had to swallow her pride time after time as the pernicious lecher she married was accused philandering and sexual assaults.

She made the decision to stay with him because it was the only way she was going to have even a remote chance of becoming the public figure she has become.

But, the frustration and public embarrassment that her life became was not caused by our military. Ergo, it would behoove her as an American, if not because of her position as Secretary of State, if she would remember that and treat them with respect.

Why Stevens, Smith, Woods, and Doherty were murdered does matter. It matters to those they left behind and it matters to patriotic Americans. They made a decision to serve their country and that decision to serve resulted with them being murdered. And their murders deserve more than lies, subterfuge, obfuscation, and hostile blather from her and Obama.

Hillary saying her job is to see that it doesn’t happen again is specious and purposefully misleading. You cannot ensure something doesn’t happen again without knowing what caused it the first time. Hillary doesn’t want to address the causal factors of why Stevens, Smith, Doherty, and Woods were murdered – because to do so would mean Obama would have to answer the question of why he permitted them to be murdered as he reportedly watched the live feed of their murders from drones recording the attack.

Where is Hillary’s Indictment on the Same Charges as Trump?

On December 12, 2016 (or D12), the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign endorsed a call by Christine Pelosi, the daughter of then House Democrat leader Nancy Pelosi, as well as other electors to receive an “intelligence briefing” on how “Russian interference was performed to help Donald Trump get elected” from Obama’s Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

Hillary Clinton and her senior campaign officials were aware that they had concocted the lie that the Russians had gotten Trump elected, outsourced it to a former British intelligence operative, Christopher Steele, who produced the infamous Steele dossier, and distributed it through the FBI and were exploiting it to subvert the Electoral College and hijack the presidential election.

The Clinton campaign was endorsing a move to influence members of the Electoral College to set aside their duty and corrupt the electoral votes. Electors are bound to vote in accordance with the ballot count. There was no purpose to a “briefing” on the conspiracy theories that were manufactured by the Clinton campaign except to persuade them to corrupt the vote.

The Wall Street Journal correctly described the move as an “Electoral College Coup”. Pelosi’s daughter and other Democrat electors were requesting “a briefing on all investigative findings, as these matters directly impact the core factors in our deliberations of whether Mr. Trump is fit to serve as President of the United States.” And they were asking it from Clapper who would go around pushing the Steele dossier and defending its conspiracy theories as based on facts.

Clapper, using similar language to the Democrat electors, would describe Trump as unfit.

The Clinton campaign endorsed this proposed Electoral College coup by claiming that the “electors’ letter raises very grave issues involving our national security. Electors have a solemn responsibility under the Constitution and we support their efforts to have their questions addressed.”

The attempted coup was backed by the Clinton campaign, members of Congress and assorted celebrities from Michael Moore to Martin Sheen. An Atlantic article by anti-Israel activist Peter Beinart contended that “The Electoral College Was Meant to Stop Men Like Trump From Being President”. More seriously, House Democrats made the case for a coup and a power grab.

“I do think the Electoral College should choose someone other than Donald Trump to be president. That will lead to a fascinating legal issue, but I would rather have a legal issue, a complicated legal problem, than to find out the White House was now the Kremlin’s chief ally,” Rep. Jim Himes (D-Conn.) argued.

The elector coup letter was signed by former Rep. Carol-Shea Porter, future New York State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, D.C. Councilwoman Anita Bonds and backed by many other Democrats. None of them have been treated like Trump’s alternate electors.

The faithless electors coup ultimately collapsed and has been largely forgotten. But the Trump indictment has made it relevant again.

The indictment of the former president by Clinton ally Jack Smith covers the same bases.

Smith has indicted Trump for, in his words, having “spread lies” and then engaging in a conspiracy to “obstruct” the “lawful federal government function by which the results of the presidential election are collected, counted and certified by the federal government.”

Rather than creating alternate slates of electors, Democrats set out to corrupt existing ones.

The Clinton campaign and Democrats spread lies that they knew were false about the 2016 election because they had invented them. The electoral college coup was an attempt to undermine the proper process by inciting faithless electors to choose Hillary over Trump. All of this was done through fraudulent efforts based on conspiracy theories to “create an intense national atmosphere of mistrust and anger” that could be used to overturn an election.

The Clinton campaign and the Democrats were not just engaging in a “conspiracy against the right to vote” of individuals, but of large groups of people through a campaign to corrupt electors.

All of the ingredients that Jack Smith shaped into his indictment of Trump were there.

Back when the Clinton campaign and the Democrats were perpetrating this coup, no one had seriously given thought to criminalizing it. Dirty electoral politics aren’t actually illegal. If they were, nearly every other president before the 20th century would have been locked up.

Alexander Hamilton had proposed much more radical remedies in the 1800 election. Some elections, like that of 1876 and 1888, were simply stolen through various shenanigans. There’s a line between legal and illegal shenanigans. Voter fraud, for example, is illegal, while slates of alternate electors and faithless electors are an election issue for the courts to decide.

The decision by Jack Smith, following up on the work of the House Democrat J6 committee, to criminalize the disputing of elections is deeply dangerous and it also reopens the issue of Russiagate. Beyond the various illegal acts and abuses committed by the government in the pursuit of Russiagate, the proposed electoral coup and the ways in which the Clinton campaign utilized its fraudulent claims of Russian intervention, ought to trigger similar indictments.

Obviously Jack Smith, a Democrat operative, is not about to indict his former boss. But if Democrats want to criminalize election challenges, they should face the consequences. Especially since if they lose in 2024 they will try some of the same stunts all over again.

A system of double standards in which prosecutions and exonerations are based on political party, rather than the specific acts committed, is worthy only of a corrupt banana republic.

Laws cannot apply to only one political party.

Democrats claim that the exigent threats to democracy entitled them to call for an electoral coup in 2016 and then to criminalize election challenges in 2020 and then perhaps to call for another coup in 2024. But that is how totalitarian regimes and their kangaroo courts function.

In 2016, Christine Pelosi was advocating an electoral college coup, while in 2022 her mother was pushing the J6 committee which criminalized electoral college election challenges.

The corrupt hypocrisy here could not be any more blatant.

Following up on the work of the J6 committee, it may be time for ethical members of Congress to begin exploring the proposed electoral coup in 2016 and the role of House Democrats and the Clinton campaign in this subversion of a vital government function. And then, suddenly, Democrats will discover that electoral coups are actually the ultimate expression of patriotic democracy and that only fascists would attempt to suppress them or to criminalize them.

Because what’s good for the goose ought to be shoved down the craw of the gander.

Hillary Lied, Democracy Died: The Durham Report

The special counsel wraps up his investigation of the FBI – and it confirms many people’s worst fears.

Special Counsel John Durham on May 15 released his final report on Crossfire Hurricane. Its conclusions are unambiguous. The report is dated May 12, so Durham has been at this for one day shy of four years. His investigation produced several indictments and one conviction of a former FBI attorney. Crossfire Hurricane was the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into an alleged conspiracy between the 2016 Trump presidential campaign and the Russian government. Citing a not inconsiderable amount of evidence, the 300-plus-page Durham report concludes that the FBI threw its own rule book out of the window and charged into an investigation that would never have been opened had the Bureau lived up to its once-impressive reputation for competence and thoroughness.

Dark Days Ahead

Then-Attorney General William Barr signed an order appointing Durham, a veteran federal prosecutor, to his position on May 13, 2019. His mission was “to investigate whether any federal official, employee, or any other person or entity violated the law in connection with the intelligence, counter-intelligence, or law-enforcement activities directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns, individuals associated with those campaigns, and individuals associated with the administration of President Donald J. Trump, including but not limited to Crossfire Hurricane and the investigation of Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, Ill.”

Durham Report a Black Eye for the FBI

Put simply – according to Durham’s report – FBI officials involved with Crossfire Hurricane failed to verify the authenticity of the allegations initially provided to them concerning Donald Trump and his campaign. Subsequently, they ignored a significant amount of exculpatory evidence and failed to interview key witnesses. They also provided incomplete and/or misleading evidence to obtain a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant.

This is by no means a complete listing of ways in which Crossfire Hurricane was apparently tarnished, mismanaged, and compromised. The Durham report lays out in detail a multitude of discrepancies between how the Bureau normally approaches an investigation and how it handled the Trump-Russia probe. Those, in addition to broken or circumvented rules and standard operational procedures:

“As the more complete record now shows, there are specific areas of Crossfire Hurricane activity in which the FBI badly underperformed and failed, not only in its duties to the public, but also in preventing the severe reputational harm that has befallen the FBI as a consequence of Crossfire Hurricane. Importantly, had the Crossfire Hurricane actors faithfully followed their own principles regarding objectivity and integrity, there were clear opportunities to have avoided the mistakes and to have prevented the damage resulting from their embrace of seriously flawed information that they failed to analyze and assess properly.”

The one conviction Durham secured was that of Kevin Clinesmith who, in 2016, was an attorney with the FBI’s Office of General Counsel. He was one of those tasked with preparing warrant applications that would be submitted to a foreign intelligence surveillance court, or FISC. Clinesmith altered a key detail in an email that was used by the FBI to obtain a warrant to place Carter Page, then an advisor to Trump’s campaign, under surveillance.

In the years since his appointment, Durham has uncovered evidence that the Russia-Trump conspiracy was created within the presidential campaign of Trump’s rival, Hillary Clinton. Even back in 2016, the FBI had received information that pointed to the Clinton campaign as the source of the “collusion” theory but chose to exclude it from consideration. As the Durham report states though, this is not the entirety of the evidence that points to Clinton:

“The Office [of the Special Counsel] also considered as part of its investigation the government’s handling of certain intelligence that it received during the summer of 2016. That intelligence concerned the purported ‘approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016 of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security services.’”

The report goes on to detail the “Clinton Plan” through quotes from testimonies, Clinton campaign communications, and other sources.

Bias or Improper Motivation?

The main allegation leveled at the FBI by the 45th president and his supporters is that the entire operation, Crossfire Hurricane, was motivated by politics; specifically, a desire to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president. The report details what many have long suspected: that significant bias existed within the FBI. It further cites concrete examples of anti-Trump sentiment within the bureau and from other parties involved. The special counsel does not conclude that politics drove the investigation; nor was it in his brief to determine such a thing – but he leaves the door open to that implication. One example of how the report touches on electoral politics can be found on page 19:

“The speed and manner in which the FBI opened and investigated Crossfire Hurricane during the presidential election season based on raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence also reflected a noticeable departure from how it approached prior matters involving possible attempted foreign election interference plans aimed at the Clinton campaign.”

FBI standard procedure is to begin a potential counterintelligence investigation with an assessment that could progress to a preliminary investigation. The Bureau effectively skipped these two steps in the Trump case and went straight to a full investigation within a matter of days after activating Crossfire Hurricane.

Later in the Durham report, under the subheading, “Bias or improper motivation,” the special counsel states that an FBI Inspection Division Report observed that investigators would “repeatedly ignore or explain away evidence contrary to the theory the Trump campaign … had conspired with Russia …. It appeared that … there was a pattern of assuming nefarious intent.” Durham points out: “An objective and honest assessment of these strands of information should have caused the FBI to question not only the predication for Crossfire Hurricane, but also to reflect on whether the FBI was being manipulated for political or other purposes. Unfortunately, it did not.”

Edward Hirsch Levi served as US Attorney General from 1975 to 1977. He was appointed by President Gerald Ford. Levi inherited a Justice Department and FBI plagued by distrust and accusations of political weaponization. On his watch, multiple FBI agents were investigated, two former attorneys general were convicted (in connection to Watergate), and the Office of Professional Responsibility was created, one for the FBI and one for the Justice Department as a whole. The Durham report concludes – perhaps pointedly – with a quote from Levi: “Nothing can more weaken the quality of life or more imperil the realization of the goals we all hold dear than our failure to make clear by words and deed that our law is not the instrument of partisan purpose.”
