It Was Day 17, And The Secret Service Still Knew Nothing

 By Rich Kozlovich

I watched the Senate hearings over the Secret Service's Trump Assassination failures with the new temporary director, Ronald Rowe, (I think "temporary" is the operative word for this guy.) who testified aggressively when it became obvious he was stalling in what clearly seemed to be an effort cover up .... something ...., especially his involvement in this whole affair.   The Senate was in no mood for that claptrap, and they attacked him, vigorously.

I watched his song and dance with him in effect saying, yeah we screwed up, but we don't know anything yet, but we're really working hard to find out why.  I kept thinking, it's been 17 days, how can you know nothing?  Especially since private citizens were offering more information than the Secret Service.

Well, it's getting worse by the day.  It's claimed Kimberly Cheatle lied to Congress, and contemptuously refused to answer questions and was forced to resign.  If Trump is elected, this won't be the last time she's called in for questioning, possibly by an aggressive new Attorney General who really believes "no one is above the law", and that includes Rowe as it's being claimed they both lied under oath to Congress.   Not to mention Cheatle's involvement in wanting to destroy the evidence involving the White House Biden cocaine-gate fiasco claiming one of the most secure residences in the world, with a massive surveillance infrastructure, and yet they couldn’t know who was responsible?  It was because they didn't want to know.

As for Rowe, assuming the whistle blowers testimony pans out, then Rowe did lie to Congress saying he had nothing to do with restricting protection for Trump, when in reality "he did exactly that over the past two years".

The attempt to blame the Butler County police force is now backfiring on both of them.  It's come out the SS did nothing to establish a line of communication with the local police before hand, and there was none with government snipers, and the "most vital communications were made using texts over an overloaded cell phone network", even though local police offered both compatible radios and drones.  Both were refused, and not everyone was even on the same frequency.  Why?

It's also  being reported:

"To date, according to the spokesman for the local police, they’ve yet to be contacted by the Secret Service or the FBI.  It's been three weeks and no one has yet interviewed the local police who were there that day!  It seems like no one is really investigating."

Now the icing on the cake!  The least credible agency, the FBI, will be in charge of the investigation.

We still have old questions and new questions that need answering.

  1. Why is it no one has been suspended or fired?
  2. Why is there so little information about the shooter?
  3. Why is the crime scene not taped off?
  4. How did a kid with no military experience get the better of the Secret Service?
  5. How did his rifle end up eight feet away from his body?
  6. Civilians alerted law enforcement there was man with the gun, why were they ignored?

We've entered a period of insanity, where J6 people are subjected to unconstitutional punishments and yet this administration can work a deal with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, "the principal architect of the 9/11 attacks", to let him out of prison.  Public outcry ended that.

The world is aflame, and instability reigns all over the world, for which the Obama/Biden/Harris regime bears a large degree of responsibility, and they're hard at work attempting to install a post Constitution authoritarian government here in the United States by overturning the Constitution, and befouling the nation with corrupt officials like Kimberly Cheatle and Ronald Rowe.

Who Were the Secret Service Protecting?

 By Rich Kozlovich

Well, finally one of the incompetents Biden appointed to an important position has resigned for her incompetence.  Or was it incompetence?

Kimberly Cheatle has resigned after testifying she believed she was the best person around to keep heading up the Secret Service.  Why?  Because she was pretty much bereft of defenders, even Democrats attacked her.  Were there other reasons for her resignation?  Only time will tell.

In the meanwhile there are questions be asked based on what is now absolutely known, and one writer even wondered who Secret Service thought they were there to protect, Trump or Crooks.

  1. He wandered without hindrance at the rally.
  2. He settled in the most obvious location for his shot, and was observed doing so 20 minutes before the shooting, of which the Secret Service was aware.  One officer had Crooks point a gun at him and he fell off the roof, before the shooting.  That alone should have triggered an assault on Crooks.
  3. Two officers abandoned their post in spite of that knowledge.
  4. He was carrying a rifle, and he was carrying a range finder and the Secret Service knew about it.
  5. Ordinary citizens tried to warn police and were ignored.
  6. Police claimed they told the Secret Service, and they did nothing.
  7. The Secret Service had previously identified that location as the best location for an assassination attempt and it was not guarded.  A location he managed to get to and shoot Trump without hindrance.
  8. The Beaver County sniper team saw and photographed him a full four minutes before the shooting.
  9.  When the Secret Service sniper saw him on the roof with a rifle why didn't they shoot?  We now know there were a full 26 minutes to prevent the assassin from shooting at Trump.  It's also reported "at least one sniper/spotter team had the assassin in their sights for some three minutes but were denied clearance to shoot".  If that's true, then who refused permission to shoot, and why?  Is this failure by the Secret Service just blatant incompetence on the part of the Secret Service, or was it more?

All this was known to the Secret Service and yet no one prevented Trump from standing up in front of that audience, which is standard operating procedure in that kind of situation, allowing Trump to be Crooks' target, and no one prevented Crooks from setting up his target.  And now there's talk about evidence of a second shooter.

All nine bullet points outline serious violations of the operational procedures for the Secret Service giving way to the question: Who were they protecting?

As the story unfolds there's a lot of disturbing facts emerging indicating planning, advanced technology, and potential unexplained connections, along with a awful lot of unexplained security reactions.   I'm now convinced this is a story that has tentacles that reach farther, deeper, and wider than I initially thought, and it needs to be investigated far more seriously than it is, since the FBI and the DHS are taking on that responsibility, and no one trusts them.  I think it's not unreasonable to say there won't be a proper investigation until Trump is elected.

So, what do we have here?  Another conspiracy theory?   Let's try and get this right once, just once, please.  There's a difference between conspiracy theorists and those who believe in conspiracies.  Conspiracy theorists create these unfounded scenarios in order to try and make sense of a complicated world.  Whereas those who believe in conspiracies have read a history book..... or two, and they know all this clabber about how there's not such thing as a conspiracy, ergo, conspiracies don't exist, just isn't true!  There have been secret plans, i.e., conspiracies, throughout human history.  There's no reason to believe anything have changed.  People will be people, and the patterns of life repeat over and over again.

So, what do we have here?  Another conspiracy theory?  Well, that's how all conspiracies are exposed, by theorizing they exist, and then investigated, that's science.   In this case criminal science.  And time has shown an awful lot of these conspiracy theories turn out to be conspiracy fact.  However, let's not obfuscate this fact.  There' just no end to the rank incompetence in the Biden administration, and no matter what else is likely to be uncovered, that's blatantly obvious.

Trump Shooting Update: Secret Service Director Cheatle in the Hot Seat

Will she be able to take the heat?

By Jul 22, 2024 @ Liberty Nation News Articles, Opinion, Politics

It has been little more than a week since the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump was foiled at a campaign rally held in Butler, PA. Since that shocking event, Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has come under fire for inadequate advance preparation, not properly securing the rally site, and, most recently, turning down repeated requests for additional security made by the Trump detail. There are few official responses from the agency and fewer still from its leader, but today, July 22, Ms. Cheatle will appear before the House Oversight Committee via subpoena. Fireworks are expected. Here’s why:

Cyberspace is beginning to fill up with theories about the shooting. These include calling into question the number of gunmen who were behind the plot to kill Trump, as well as chatter about a potential cover-up. Cheatle has thus far avoided questions but, in a bizarre twist, showed up at the Republican National Convention last week – only to be heckled by several members of Congress.

With little in the way of an official response, hundreds of distrusting citizens are attempting to make sense of the events caught on a number of personal cell phone cameras. It’s doubtful that whatever Director Cheatle says at today’s hearing will quell the number of conspiracy theories running rampant across the internet, but it is beyond time for an official statement to be made. Thus far, the only unanimity from members of the public and their representatives has been a loud and clear call for Cheatle to resign.

Cheatle Dee and Cheatle Dumb

Meanwhile, the Sunday cable TV news shows were filled with experts who have Ms. Cheatle in their sights. Sen. Ron Johnson (R- WI) was particularly damning in his comments about the Secret Service, saying local law enforcement and members of the Service weren’t even on the same communications frequency. And he wondered aloud why the shooter was not intercepted by the authorities, considering the number of eyewitness sightings that occurred before shots rang out. “There’s so many unanswered questions here,” Johnson said. Then he lit into federal authorities:

“I wish I could rely on and have faith in the FBI and the Secret Service to do a truthful accounting of this, but that’s not been my experience with the Russian inclusion hoax, and for years of dealing with federal law enforcement, we need completely separate and independent investigations, and it has to start now.”

On Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, President Trump’s former White House physician – now a congressman – was beyond furious over his interaction with Director Cheatle this week. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) fumed, “I was in the meeting with the president. She sat across the table from me, and she lied directly to me. She told me they have not denied any resources at any point that have been requested. And now we’re finding out that that’s not true …” Jackson was referring to an exclusive report published by The Washington Post, which cited several unnamed sources who insisted the Trump detail had been turned down multiple times when asking for additional resources to protect the former president.

As of Sunday, July 21, the charge of withholding additional protection was categorically denied on the Service’s official website: “The assertion that a member of the former President’s security team requested additional security resources that the U.S. Secret Service or the Department of Homeland Security rebuffed is absolutely false.”

Today’s House Oversight Committee hearing has been characterized as non-partisan. However, as the congressional body is still in Republican hands by a slim margin, the chair – Rep. James Comer of Kentucky – is a stalwart Republican with a reputation as one who takes no prisoners. Vowing to get to the bottom of the attempted assassination, Comer asserted that “questions remain about how a rooftop within proximity to President Trump was left unsecured.”

Queries are indeed mounting, and chances are Cheatle will be roasted on a spit if she doesn’t begin her appearance today by laying her cards on the table with a candid assessment of what happened in Butler, PA, on Saturday, July 13. Even if she does, she will likely be shown the door. But the director stepping down may not advance the investigation and could hamper it.

Some events are more significant than one person’s job, and this appears to be the case here. Many Americans are having flashbacks from the Kennedy assassination in Dallas, TX, on Nov. 22, 1963. Despite thousands of published official government documents, including the exhaustive Warren Commission Report, most of the nation appears unconvinced that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin who cut down a president in the prime of life.

Ironically, final government papers regarding the killing of JFK were to be released by President Trump when he was in office – and while he did distribute some, he stopped short of publishing them all. As recently as June, Newsweek asked the former president why. He responded, “I was hit by some people that work for me, who are great people that you would respect. They asked me not to do it, and I’m saying, ‘Why? Tell me why?'” He continued, “…but this time I’m just gonna do it.”

Now more than ever, transparency is what the American public yearns for in both situations, and that should be priority one as federal authorities begin another assassination investigation. Only this time, the target miraculously escaped serious harm.

The DEI Secret Service

By Daniel Greenfield @ Sultan Knish Blog
“The strength of our organization,” Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle argued in the 2023 report, lay in, among other things, “seeking out the boundless benefits of diversity.”

The Secret Service offers “leadership training on how best to support LGBTQ+ employees” and “training on unconscious bias” which is the idea that all white people are innately racist, and tries to guide more “more inclusive decisions” while “increasing empathy” for minorities.

Special Agents in Charge are tasked with DEI which distracts from their core duties, but diversity and its boundless benefits was not why the Secret Service existed. The Left was.

“Anarchy is a crime against the whole human race; and all mankind should band against the anarchist,” President Theodore Roosevelt had warned in his annual message to Congress.

Several months earlier, a leftist anarchist had murdered President McKinley. Roosevelt, always a man of action, headed out by boat, train and wagon, to the scene, took the oath of office in borrowed clothes and launched a war against the Left.

“When compared with the suppression of anarchy, every other question sinks into insignificance,” he declared while urging Congress to ban leftist literature from the mails.

He wanted to give the federal government the authority to suppress the leftist radicals by signing treaties with other nations to outlaw anarchy “like piracy and that form of man-stealing known as the slave trade; for it is of far blacker infamy than either.”

While these efforts failed, Congress did approve the expansion of the Secret Service to protect the president. And Theodore Roosevelt became the first president to be formally protected. (Roosevelt was shot later by an assassin at a campaign event in Milwaukee, but continued his speech. The bullet remained embedded in the muscle tissue of his chest for the rest of his life.)

The track record for preventing leftist presidential assassinations was mixed. After the radical terrorists Sacco and Vanzetti were executed in Massachusetts, a plot by anarchists to bomb President Herbert Hoover’s rail car in Argentina was averted locally. The Secret Service successfully stopped a Puerto Rican nationalist terror attack against President Harry Truman, but failed to prevent a Communist from murdering President John F. Kennedy.

And it once again failed to stop President Donald J. Trump’s assassin until he had taken his shot. The nation’s first true federal law enforcement agency had been designated to protect presidents in response to a wave of radical leftist terror. Earlier proposals to retask the Secret Service, including after the assassination of President Lincoln, who had created it to stop counterfeiting, to protect presidents had been turned down until the anarchist reign of terror.

Unfortunately the Secret Service, like much of federal law enforcement, drifted from its original mission. Rather than fighting leftist radicalism, the Secret Service embraced it.

Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, formerly of Biden’s protective detail, and boosted by Jill Biden to serve as director, made it her mission to remake the organization into a 30% female force and to pursue DEI. “I am very conscious as I sit in this chair now that we need to attract diverse candidates,” she told CBS News.

While the Secret Service may not work so well at stopping assassins, it has an ‘Equity’ team that works “diligently to address the needs of the agency’s diverse workforce” through “caring support, informative training sessions” and “cultural awareness events”.

Two of the three top executive roles in the Secret Service were held by women, by Cheatle and Chief Operating Officer Cynthia Sjoberg Radway who was brought in to find new recruits.

Beyond 30% female recruits, the Secret Service was committed to a 12% disabled workforce, hiring without regard to” disability (physical or mental)” or “gender identity” which is very promising for mentally ill transgender recruits, but not those whom they are supposed to protect.

And it holds an annual “Unity Day” to “pay homage to the unique accomplishments that various ethnic groups, cultures and individuals with disabilities have made to our organization.”

“Embracing a diverse and inclusive workforce enables the Secret Service to be more responsive and better prepared to address the evolving security threats facing our nation’s leaders,” the Secret Service claims, without clarifying exactly how using diversity rather than ability saves lives. Was Trump better protected because the Secret Service has a more “diverse” workforce?

The Secret Service claims that it only hires 1 out of 250 Special Agent applicants and DEI ensures that many of those will be hired for affirmative action reasons rather than merit.

The Secret Service career page images of its ideal recruits features three women, two of them minorities, and one minority man; a promotional recruitment video centers on a black woman with no white men in sight. The same tends to be true across Secret Service literature where I had to flip through endless pages of ideal diverse agents in search of one single white man. But the pictures of white men usually only appeared in the photographs of actual training exercises.

“I’m a black female and that’s not what people imagine when they think of a Secret Service Agent,” a pull quote from the protective assignments section gushes.

An organization once tasked with fighting leftist assassins is now instead focused on “positive organizational change where fairness, equality, diversity and inclusion are put into practice by all Secret Service employees.” And perhaps not stopping Trump’s assassin was one example.

DEI is a fundamentally ideological program and beyond lowering the effectiveness of any organization, it also introduces radical political agendas into the body of the group. Did those biases play any role in the failures of the Secret Service during the assassination attempt?

It’s difficult to know, but the only way to be sure is by weeding politics out of the Secret Service.

President Theodore Roosevelt turned to the Secret Service to protect presidents from the Left. But if the Secret Service and other federal law enforcement agencies are infiltrated by the Left, who will protect Republican and conservative public officials from their radical ‘protectors’.

Trump Assassination Attempt Is the Tip of the Iceberg

By Rich Kozlovich

Let me see if I got this right. A man with a gun climbs up on a roof of a building less than 500 feet away from Trump, and no one from the Secret Service noticed. And when a civilian notices and tells someone, he was ignored. Did I get that right?   And people find that suspicious, imagine that.  With all the ludicrous insanity I see going on I just can't help channeling Captain Renault:

"I'm shocked, shocked I tell you!"

This would qualify for Ripley's Believe it or Not.  There are those claiming this was all staged.  After all, on a regular basis don't we see politicians all over the world setting up fake assassinations with a bullet passing micrometers from a kill shot to their heads, all in order just to get sympathy from the public, and who knows, maybe this was staged in order to appeal to black voters.

Now, who could possibly find fault with that kind of reasoning?  Nah, get real, that's nuts, and while the rest of the world was calling it gunfire, the Pravda media was saying wasn't really gun shots, it was just "loud noises", and it was Trump's fault anyway.   Are you shocked yet?

This couldn't be considered anything less than a national tragedy, unless you're a bona fide certifiable lunatic.  The left's first reaction was to try an claim this was "staged", this is Trump's Reichstag Fire” moment, and tried to get America's Pravda cabal, AKA Main Stream Media, to support the position this was all staged.

This was not an entirely unsuccessful, or at the very least this was a shared view and goal by the media cabal to claim it was Trump's fault!   Naturally, there's always a RINO who just can't help themself.  Never Trumper Blames Trump for Own Attempted Assassination.  Ya just can't fix stupid.

Then, all of a sudden, there's elation on the left!  It turns out the shooter was a registered Republican, except he supported far left positions.  So, I think this is a valid question.  Does it really matter how a leftist lunatic is registered to vote?

What should shock everyone is this hasn't happened before now.   Leftism and violence go hand in hand.  The left promoted violence against House Republicans, a conservative justice and now a President, not to mention all the attacks against Israel and American Jews on our college campuses. Considering the vile rhetorical rantings of the left, there was a grim inevitability to yesterday’s shooting.  Joe Biden called Trump a genuine threat to America. How can anyone believe this kind of rhetoric isn't responsible for this attempt on Trump's life?

After the Supreme Court struck down the Roe v. Wade decision:

"Senate Majority Leader Schumer all but invited wannabe assassins to come to D.C. and shoot justices responsible for that result. Although there is a federal law requiring protection for all the justices, Attorney General Garland has allowed violent protestors to make threats to them outside of their homes. Behind the safety of his security detail, Joe Biden did nothing to discourage these violent assemblies."

And of course the Nitwit Brigade in Hollywood had to jump. Bette Midler Suggested Biden Have FBI Use Deadly Force on Trump.  As time goes by we may find there may be something to this.   In 2015 the hate producing Lincoln Project’s Rick Wilson,  wanted the "donor class" to "put a bullet in Donald Trump."  Did he mean that literally, or was that merely a Freudian slip?  And is there anyone nuttier than Maxine Waters?  Not everyone in Hollywood is part of the Nitwit Brigade.   James Woods states these lunatics "who joked" about killing Trump now have blood on their hands.

Democrat Hypocrisy

While the media is I'm sure receiving some public back lash, and want the Trump-Is-Hitler toned down, and leading Democrats like Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries, Nancy Pelosi, Bernie Sanders, and Gavin Newsom have publicly condemned this attack, do we really believe that?

One J6 committee  staffer says not to miss next time.  She was fired, but is that what the left really thinks.  Are we really expected to believe the man they vilified for all these years as a modern Adolph Hitler, a KKK member, a fascist, a wanna be dictator, and a threat to America democracy are relieved he's now safe?   Ya gotta be kidden me.

The left has been assassinating him at so many levels for years, this is just another attempt to prevent Trump from being re-elected.   There was even an attempt to entirely strip Trump of Secret Service protection.  If that had happened, what did they think would happen next?  Given all that's occurred why would anyone believe they don't want him dead?  When someone says they hate you, and they want you dead, you should believe them.

Secret Service

Which of course must now bring us to the real question.  How did this happen?

Here was man who was less than 500 feet away from Trump on top of a roof with a gun and no one noticed?  Well, that was the initial story at any rate, but time and truth are on the same side, and it appears there are two things we now know.  Someone reported seeing him to law enforcement, and was ignored, and allegedly a sniper saw him, had him in his sights requesting authorization to fire and that authorization was denied.

We also know repeated requests for added security was denied by Director Kim Cheatle, a  corporate stooge for Pepsi.

In a nation with the finest military, special forces, and security services the world has ever know, Biden appoints a female DEI hire from PepsiCo as the director of our Secret Service. Not a former Army Ranger, not a Navy SEAL, not even a longtime SS agent with decades of experience… a woman who did corporate security for PepsiCo.....

Does anyone really believe this is a "one off" event, and there will be no more attempts on Trump's life?  Given the Democrats history of violence incitement, and their efforts to eliminate Trump's SS protection, along with the administrations deliberate failure to provide adequate SS protection for Trump forcing them to use local police forces, and their absolute refusal to provide SS protection to RFK, Jr., does anyone really believe in the Biden administration's integrity?

Short of an actual assassination, I can't imagine anything that would outrage the American public more.  It's my view this finalizes Trump's re-election, and I think this will play heavily on the down card for Congress.

Ivanka and Family Show Serious Class In Treatment of Secret Service

By Andrew West May 2, 2017

There have been a number of detractors in the media who have lambasted Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner’s, roles in the administration of her father, Donald Trump. Of course, there is the obvious rallying cry of decrepit nepotism that has the left in a tizzy, claiming that their tax dollars are now going to support even more of the Trump family tree that they despise. What these leftist agitators are forgetting is that Ivanka Trump is one of the most capable women on the planet, let alone in Washington D.C........To Read More.....

My Take - For those Secret Service agents who protected Clinton - this must be a welcome treat.  And as far as I can tell - Obama's family treated the Secret Service agents with respect also.  For those still covering the Billarys - my sympathy - for that must be punishment duty.  And people wonder why I think Hillary is crazy.

Hillary F. Clinton Curses Those Who Keep Her Safe

Hillary routinely bullied her bodyguards — and with the worst language possible

By Deroy Murdock

Hillary Clinton’s “treatment of DS [Department of State] agents on her protective detail was so contemptuous that many of them sought reassignment or employment elsewhere,” according to a just-released summary of an FBI interview with a former State Department official. “Prior to CLINTON’s tenure, being an agent on the Secretary of State’s protective detail was seen as an honor and privilege reserved for senior agents. However, by the end of CLINTON’s tenure, it was staffed largely with new agents because it was difficult to find senior agents willing to work for her.”

Clinton’s State Department agents are hardly the first to complain about her bullying. “She derives pleasure from lording over other people who cannot do anything about it and who are less powerful than she is,” author Ronald Kessler told Newsmax TV’s J. D. Hayworth. In fact, Clinton’s well-documented history of profane, unhinged outbursts against those who work for her spans decades........   If this is how Hillary Clinton handles those who have stood ready to take bullets for her, how would she treat 325 million everyday Americans?..........Read more
