Fani Willis Update: It's Not Pretty

By Rich Kozlovich

On February 26 I ran this piece entitled, FaniGate: It's Bad, And It Just Keeps Getting Worse!, with the subtitle, "They treat the public treasury like a self service, all you can eat buffet." I went on to say:

None of these fabricated prosecutions against Trump are really against Trump. They're against the American people, and if allowed to happen, it will end American democracy, capitalism, and destroy the Constitution............  Fani Willis went after Trump like a mad dog in a meat market for daring to question the validity of the 2020 election.  The charge?  RICO.  Imagine that, she charged Trump and 18 others under a statute designed to get organized criminal organizations, like the Mafia................

Well, that old axiom, "be careful for what you wish for" has turned out to be amazingly applicable to Fani Willis, the Biden Administration, and the entire corrupt cabal that our justice system has been turned into by a bunch of political hacks masquerading as investigators, prosecutors and judges.

Well, since I published that piece a lot of information has come out since then, and I've updated my article a number of times.

Fani's in trouble, along with the Biden administration, as this really does look like it deserves a RICO investigation, so take some time and take another look at: FaniGate: It's Bad, And It Just Keeps Getting Worse!

A RICO investigation?  Really?  Well, I'm not the only one who sees this as a massive nationwide conspiracy to destroy Trump in order to subvert the 2024 election.  And guess what, the America public is convinced there's a double standard for Trump versus Biden regarding these document cases.  If that's true, and it is, then how much doubt can there be this is a national criminal conspiracy being conducted by politicized government agencies and directed by Democrat party elitists?  Apparently the House Republicans also think that's a very real possibility as they're wanting to investigate collusion between  Fani Willis and the Jan. 6 Panel, which might be facing a criminal investigation of it's own.

Update, 2:13 PM:

BREAKING: ‘Impropreity’ – Judge Says Fani Willis OR Lover Wade Must Exit Case for It to Continue.  And it took this judge a week to come up with this decision?  Amazing!  But, truth be told, I expected a worse decision since it's seems clear to me he's part of this corrupt cabal.   And it appears my view isn't a singular one.   As Mike McDaniel states in his article, Fani Willis: unethical, corrupt, but prosecutors will be prosecutors:

In all my years in law enforcement, I never saw anything like the bizarrely contradictory and extra-legal behavior of judges in the Donald Trump affair. One can only conclude every judge involved has decided Donald Trump must be destroyed at all costs, even if that results in the utter destruction of public faith in our system of justice. The latest example is provided by Judge Scott McAfee in Fulton County Georgia. The text of his ruling is available at the link.

McAfee issued his ruling on the dismissal of Fani Willis from her bizarre persecution of Donald Trump. In a pseudo-Solomonic muddle, he decided Willis, Wade and their supporting witnesses are perjurers and Willis engaged in all manner of impropriety. McAfee delivered a tongue lashing, and decided either Willis or Wade have to go, but hey, prosecutors will be prosecutors and maybe some other entity will do something about them.......

In short, this nitwit judge is declaring they're guilty of all the things they've been charged with, including perjury, which before Bill Clinton was considered a serious crime, and it seems clear Willis has misused federal funds, which also used to be considered a serious crime, but neither one of them will be charged with these crimes and one of them can stay on the case anyway.   As McDaniel points out:

Fani will have to decide her own pseudo-punishment for actions that would get a prosecutor disbarred, even prosecuted, elsewhere.

Now, ya just gotta admit, that's bizarre, and certainly seems to prove this "judge" is in league with this leftist mephitic ooze of judicial corruption.

Update 3/16/24:

Friendly Reminder: Judge Scott McAfee Donated to Fani Willis’s Campaign in 2020 – And So Did His Wife

March 15, 2024, Fani Willis: unethical, corrupt, but prosecutors will be prosecutors, and there were a lot of comments.  Here's one by someone named Eric.  I didn't research the validity of  his comments, and some of this speculation seems to be a bit over the top.  How much? Who knows. At any rate, you judge for yourself, here's his take on this:

McAfee’s couldn’t do the right thing for a few big reasons…

1- He’s got an election coming up in Fulton County GA. Humiliating and professionally destroying the two most deserving black lawyers in GA and dismissing the Orange Racist Dictator’s phony case- is not going to go over too well with black voters and white liberals.

2- He was appointed by Governor Kemp to conceal Kemp & Raffesberger’s involvement in the “Shadow Campaign” to install Dementia as POTUS,, by saving Fani, so she can save him. Fani’s case is supposed to drive the stake through Trump’s heart, before a Trump 2.0 tasks AG Paxton with exposing his shenanigans down in GA.

3- Killing Jack Smith’s GA case, is a sure fire way to get found dead. If McAfee adhered to the law, dispensed actual justice, he’d be found dead within a week. The MSM would report- “Judge McAfee was found dead this morning, slumped over his steering wheel, in the parking lot of a seedy hotel.” Followed by law enforcement concluding- “Judge McAfee died of multiple, self inflicted gunshot wounds, to his head, back, neck and shoulders.”

The Deep State is NOT PLAYING AROUND these days, the evidence of this fact, calls himself Terrence Bradley. The 180 between Bradley’s text messages with Trump attorney Merchant and his testimony on the witness stand- is astounding!! Bradley went from being a helpful witness, with an outstanding memory, to a stammering, bumbling perjurer. A perjurer with terror in his eyes.
