The quote above is probably one of the most profound maxims I learned in my service to the nation in uniform. I also carry it with me to this day. Engaging with your enemy is not about having a fair or proportionate contest; it is about crushing them and their will. Austrian General Carl Von Clausewitz asserted, "War is the imposition of your will upon the enemy."
This is why I find it abjectly absurd and ludicrous to hear the rhetoric about "proportionate response" when it comes to the sovereign nation of Israel defending itself. It is pretty disconcerting to watch the international community express grief and sorrow when Israel is attacked, especially after the savage, brutal, and heinous assault of October 7, 2023, while that sentiment quickly fades as soon as Israel takes to the offense in defense of their right to exist..........To Read More....
Posters of Kidnapped Israeli Kids are Traumatizing Hamas Supporters - By Daniel Greenfield - Students for Justice in Palestine claims posters are “insensitive” and “triggering”. On city streets and on campuses across the country, posters of kidnapped Jewish families, women and children are being torn down by Hamas supporters. Why are they doing it? Students for Justice in Palestine at Drew University issued a statement claiming that the posters of abducted children “use triggering and insensitive language” and “delegitimize the need for Palestinian resistance”.............That’s nothing less than a defense for the extermination of the Jews by a campus organization..........Will no one feel any pity for the trauma of terrorist supporters traumatized by their victims?........They don’t want to see evidence of their crimes. Israel's New Enemies - Alan Joseph Bauer Nov 06, 2023 - While Western democracies have, for the most part, supported Israel without the obligate two-sided balance statements, several countries have taken the opportunity to become Israel’s enemies. In the West, large protests have been ongoing in major cities and college campuses. While the left and its fellow traveling Islamists fetishize the murder and decapitation of babies, officially, host countries such as the US, UK, Germany, and France have made their support of Israel public and relatively clear. While the West is sympathetic to the brutality Israel has faced and the challenges of chasing down an enemy that hides behind women and children and under hospitals, several dictatorships have thrown their lot squarely with Hamas......Turkey.....Russia.....China....
